What I’m thankful for this Thanksgiving Day: God’s Truth

What I’m thankful for this Thanksgiving Day: God’s Truth

1 Thes.5:18 In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you!

It’s hard to give thanksgiving in a country whose motto is “In God we trust”, when they stole the very land we have from the Indian nations who lived here first, and put them in confined spaces called reservations, which are lands so sparse you would hardly ever want to make a reservation to go there!

To a country who has lost its first love, whom they say they love, and has turned their backs of the very words that He (Our Lord Jesus) gave to us for our Salvation, that cometh from Him alone! They have turned the truth upside down and right has now become wrong, and gay rights have now become a dominant way of life over what created life to begin with; a man and a woman in a loving relationship that was started by the very God who created them! By the wisdom of man, man knew not God, and has rejected His narrow path that leads to righteousness and holiness that is called the straight gate for a reason, anyone who is not straight will not enter therein, not into His Kingdom, for He looks to the very soul of man’s heart, and out of man’s heart issues forth the treasures of his heart; by every idle word man speaks, he will be judged by his own words that will give himself away, Ro.3:4, come the day of judgment, and only they who speak as oracles of God who speak the words of God in their own lives and walk there in, will be written in the Lambs book of eternal life, such as these, Mal.3:16 Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another; and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name.17 And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

That my friends is what I’m thankful for; he has given me His Holy Spirit with wisdom and power of His Truths, that I too may go out among the unjust and bear witness to a right way in which they know not; even when they say they are Christians, and yet do not meet the first fundamental precept or principle in their own lives, they don’t really serve the Lord at all. They go to hear sermons on how to do it and think they are doing it when they drop a dollar off into the offering to help the needy, the homeless, the orphaned, the widows, and the evangelists who give their own lives for Jesus doing the work all so-called Christian’s are to be doing in their own lives as well! Ya that dollar covers a lot of ground doesn’t it? Ya I’m talking to you too, you tongue talkers, who can speak line and verse and then go to families house and keep their own traps shut for fear of offending someone’s sensitivities! Knowing full well if they go on continuing in sin and walking as the world does they are headed for Hell, for we all know the world lies in wickedness, 1 Jn.5:19 and if we are friends with this world, we then are an enemy of God Jms.4:1-4, all because the flesh and carnal nature cannot please God, Ro.8:1-8 and unless the world receives that which is lost in their souls by regeneration of God’s Holy love in them they have no hope of eternal life with Him, they must be washed in the water of forgiveness of sins, Jn.3:3-8, and baptized in the only name by which salvation comes, Ac.4:12, in the very name of Jesus Christ who bought our salvation with His own blood, the very blood of the Holy Spirit, Ac.20:28, who was made flesh, for this one purpose; to bring salvation to a world that was lost and dying, 1 Tm.3:16, God was manifested in the flesh for that one reason so none should perish: That all could come to repentance, that has works of thanksgiving shown in them, Ac.26:19-20 because it’s a commandment, that our faith have works, worthy of repentances, James chapter 2, which Paul preached about as well, for the Epistles were written to them it had been confirmed to have received the Holy Spirit, with gifts and fruits of the Spirit in them! For it is impossible for the power of the Almighty God to come inside you and He not have an effect on your lives, with speaking in tongues as His Spirit gives you the ability so that all who are in the world can hear the praises of God in their own languages, from someone who has never even been in their country or studied their language speaking of the grace and glory that is of God, that only they who have been with God can proclaim! For a true child of the Most High God, will prophecy, he will have a testimony of all that Jesus has ever done in their lives, that is what a true child of God will do because they are a minister of His fire, that is shut up in their bones, Rev.19:10! That is what a true minister of God is, A SERVANT, one of the least, who will be found first in heaven, because they have a pure heart, Mt.5:8! They too will see God, for they already know who He is and have seen Him, when they look upon Jesus, for He has revealed Himself to them, they who are the real children of God, Mt.11:27!

That is what I’m thankful for this Thanksgiving day, for the children of God that came to America to seek a new life away from religious persecution, and found native Indians who pulled their fat out of the fire the first winter they got hear or they too would have perished. But by God’s will He put in the native Indians a kind heart and they taught the pilgrims how to hunt in the new lands and to raise crops, fish and support themselves in the harsh new country they found themselves living in, while trying to walk in the righteousness of God’s word to them. All through history we see so-called Christians who say they are seeking a right way to go; always walking contrary to God’s own words to us, such as these; Mt.5:1 And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him:

And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,

Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

21 Ye have heard that it was said of them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:

22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

23 Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee;

24 Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.

25 Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.

26 Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing.

27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:

28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

31 It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement:

32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

33 Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths:

34 But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God’s throne:

35 Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.

36 Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.

37 But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.

38 Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:

39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

40 And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also.

41 And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.

42 Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.

44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?

47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?

48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

See how soon they forget that last verse here: I am thankful that His Spirit in me has given me the power to become perfect in brotherly love for all humanity, which I too am a partaker of and a member in! I’m thankful for the Love that comes from God alone that covers all sin, Prov.10:12 Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.13 In the lips of him that hath understanding wisdom is found: but a rod is for the back of him that is void of understanding. 1 Pt.4:1 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;

That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.

For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:

Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you:

Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.

For this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit.

But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.

And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.

Use hospitality one to another without grudging.

10 As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

If we speak as other men we will be judged as they are too, for we will all be judged by every idle word that comes out of our mouths, Mt.12:36-37, how much more will we be judged by our own actions that do not line up with the will of God which is in His words to us in His Gospels of the good news, which leads us to salvation when obeyed correctly, Ro.3:4, for everyone who finds their own lives not lining up with His will which is His words to us, will be found in perdition walking in their own lusts of the flesh that cannot and ever please God, Ro.8:1-8 or walk in His ways, which are love to all men, because God became our brother in the flesh with us and walked with us as our Immanuel, Mt.1:23 so He could know our trial and tribulations and yet to show us how to walk on earth without sin, for this too was even capable of Cain as well seen in Gen.4:7, for sin lieth at the door and Cain was to have dominion over it and subdue the lusts of the flesh and the pride of life, that was hidden in his heart that the Lord saw in him. He warned Cain, in fact all mankind has been warned and given perfect instructions on how to overcome this world and the flesh, if only they will submit to His will instead of their’s, if they continue to do so they too will find themselves in that sin that will never be forgiven in any age to come, Mt.12:30-31, because they gather not with the Lord but help to scatter with their own self-seeking teachings, and philosophies of this vain world we live in. You see if we love our brothers, meaning all mankind such as we all are, in that we all came from the same father and mother, called Adam and Eve, if you believe in the same Holy Bible I do; you too would believe all mankind is of the same race who have many different colors, habits, customs and lifestyles but still made from and in the image of our One God who is our maker and founder of our one faith and one baptism, Eph.4:1 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,

With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;

Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;

One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. If you have been born–again of Him in His Spirit and His Truths, as seen in 1 Cor.6:11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. If you have been buried with Him in baptism, you have put on Christ Jesus and then are supposed to walk in Him and as He is so should we all be as He is and if you read St John’s epistle’s to us in the first one in chapter four we see that God is love, and when we have loved our God with all our hearts, minds, strengths, and souls, we too can be found as He is, and love all our brothers in the world as ourselves and treat them as we would have them treat us, in doing this we have fulfilled all the law, Gal.5:13 For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.

14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

15 But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.

16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the word of God is spiritual and it is His righteousness to us so that we too can come to know His mind and His heart for His creation. I am thankful that I have had an experience with Him in my life and I too know who Jesus is as He has revealed Himself to us in His own words to us so we could know Him and who He is, the I Am, that was before Abraham, Jn.8:58 and if we don’t know Him as such, then we too will die in our own sins, Jn.8:24, for this reason I am thankful this Thanksgiving day, for He has shown me in His words to us, that we have not long to be here. All prophecy in His Holy Bible has been fulfilled and all prophecies that have not are about to come to pass and many are coming to pass even in my lifetime, which to me is something to be thankful for that He has revealed them to His children and they can all draw comfort knowing that when His great wrath is poured out on all flesh and peoples of the world, that He will do as He has said in His written worlds to us as seen in Rev.3: And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;

I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

But to all those so –called Christians who have grown lukewarm and have lost the fire and the faith once delivered, you too have been warned, Rev.2:4-5, repent and return and do the first works and return to your first love who loved you from before the foundations of the worlds! Or face His wrath with all they who know Him not, and it would have been better for you to have never known Him than to walk away from Him after learning the truth for what it is He has for all them who are called by His name! This too Jesus talked about in Mt.10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

36 And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.

37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.

39 He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.

40 He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.

41 He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward.

42 And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

We are dying daily whether we admit it or not, but the question is are we giving our lives for the service of Jesus and His gospel so we can find our lives with Him forever? Or are we living as they of the world who has not come out from among this untoward generation, which is living contrary to the words of Jesus and His Ordained Apostles as conditioned by Jesus’ own commandment to us, as seen in Jn.15:20! This is the man who has had his house cleaned out and garnished, that Jesus talked about in Mt.12:43 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none.

44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.

45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation. This too is what Jesus was talking about in the remaining verses here as well: Mt.12: 46 While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him.

47 Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee.

48 But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?

49 And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!

50 For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. For the will of the Father is the very word of God that Jesus is, for Grace and Truth came by Jesus Christ, Jn.1:17, who is the Word that is God, Jn.1:1-18, the begotten God in the Greek original!

Without a clear understanding of who God is, we cannot worship in Spirit and in Truth, which is required of us in His words to us, Jn.4:23-24!

I’m thankful this Thanksgiving day, that He has revealed Himself to me and I too know How He is and He has given me a gift of wisdom and knowledge that only comes from God teaching His children of His ways, so they too can walk in them to please the Father and He will be my God, 2 Cor.6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

For all they who are really His, will be taught of God, Is.54:13 seen in Jn.6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.

45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.

46 Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father.

47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.

All because they were being taught of God who was the bread of eternal life that came down from Heaven for their salvation, and if they walk in His ways and obey Him with peace and love in their hearts as an innocent child they too will be the greatest in His Kingdom, and their sins will be remembered not more; Jer.31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:

32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the Lord:

33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

All of them who have been raptured will have the Lord’s words in their hearts and upon their minds and be living them already when He comes for them who have made themselves ready and walk as he walked on this earth, 1 Jn.2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.

He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.

Brethren, I write no new commandment unto you, but an old commandment which ye had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which ye have heard from the beginning.

Again, a new commandment I write unto you, which thing is true in him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shineth.

He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now.

10 He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.

11 But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes.

12 I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name’s sake.

13 I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father.

14 I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.

15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

20 But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.

21 I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.

25 And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.

26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.

27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

28 And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

29 If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him. His words to us are our righteousness and only the righteous are without sin, who walk in His ways! Judgment will start in the house of God with us first, so we too cannot be fashioned as they who are in the world that lies in wickedness of the carnal flesh and pride of life, for it too will be put away with all none believers so be of like-minded who walk as shown by the word, that passes not away, Mt.24:35; see 1 Pt.4:1 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;

Amen.

12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.

15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters.

16 Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.

17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?

18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

Jesus warned us Himself what we are to know about being one of His disciples, for we too would be persecuted as He was, Jn.16:33, as seen also in Lk.14:1 And it came to pass, as he went into the house of one of the chief Pharisees to eat bread on the sabbath day, that they watched him.

And, behold, there was a certain man before him which had the dropsy.

And Jesus answering spake unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day?

And they held their peace. And he took him, and healed him, and let him go;

And answered them, saying, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on the sabbath day?

And they could not answer him again to these things.

And he put forth a parable to those which were bidden, when he marked how they chose out the chief rooms; saying unto them.

When thou art bidden of any man to a wedding, sit not down in the highest room; lest a more honourable man than thou be bidden of him;

And he that bade thee and him come and say to thee, Give this man place; and thou begin with shame to take the lowest room.

10 But when thou art bidden, go and sit down in the lowest room; that when he that bade thee cometh, he may say unto thee, Friend, go up higher: then shalt thou have worship in the presence of them that sit at meat with thee.

11 For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

12 Then said he also to him that bade him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor thy rich neighbours; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompence be made thee.

13 But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind:

14 And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.

15 And when one of them that sat at meat with him heard these things, he said unto him, Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God.

16 Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many:

17 And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready.

18 And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused.

19 And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me excused.

20 And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.

21 So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind.

22 And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room.

23 And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.

24 For I say unto you, That none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper.

25 And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them,

26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.

28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?

29 Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,

30 Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.

31 Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand?

32 Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace.

33 So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.

34 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned?

35 It is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill; but men cast it out. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

He who exalts himself will be abased, and those who will seek after righteousness will be filled if we seek Him in His righteousness, Mt.6:33, for they who are His will seek and they shall find, His true children will ask and it will be given unto them for they know His heart and will and know what to ask for in His name, Jn.14:14, because they have kept His commandments in a perfect heart, Jn.14:15 and have done all to stand in the day of temptation, and have followed all that He has called them to do for Him in Spirit and in Truth, for His ways are upon their hearts and minds, and they too will come and rule with Him in His millennium reign, Rev.2: 25 But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.

26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.

28 And I will give him the morning star.

29 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

For the true children of God hate the things God hates as well, like the rule of the Nicolaitans: 15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate. Who have said that a minister of God could not have a woman and had to submit to celibacy, which was not the will of God at all and they made themselves rulers over the laity; that is what Niko means to concur and laitanes is the laity of the church congregation, the laborers, who are all to fit tightly jointed and fashioned together so that all will strengthen and edify the church body, for the members of the church have the gifts and fruits of the Spirit in them and none is to be excluded from worshipping in Spirit and in Truths and in the powers of the Holy Spirit which the church body has in them and is able for them to work in unison, so nothing shall be lacking in a true church body in faith believing! There will be purpose, principle, passion, and power that it found when a true body of Christ is working with all the gifts of the Spirit in them!

That is what I’m thankful for; the true remnant that will not be found lukewarm but standing tall in a humble and contrite Spirit that will seek all who are lost, and will keep from the wickedness that is in the world today in its music, literature if you can actually call it that; with all the pornography and worldly passions being displayed in all the theaters as well as television, that is even seen in the commercials on so-called religious channels are more than polluted with shame and wretchedness, see Dan.12:1-2, for a shame will not inherit the Kingdom of God but is set aside for eternal damnation! This is the way of the Lord and He changes not just because society keeps degrading; God remains the same in His intolerances of filth and sin, Mal.3:6 and Heb.13:8; reveal this too to us who are really called by His name! That is what I’m thankful for, that I Know the power of His resurrection in my life! To be Born Again of His will and His Love that is Eternal!

Ac.2:37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

43 And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.

44 And all that believed were together, and had all things common;

45 And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.

46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,

47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

All I have to say is you had better do the same as seen here in the first century church, which was birthed on the Day of our real Thanksgiving Day, the Day of Pentecost, when about 3000 souls joined the One True Church of the Holy Ghost filled Church of Jesus Christ! For they too have everything common with all mankind in the world, we will give to all who ask for it, and if we see a brother in need we will not hesitate to reach out for them and show them a right way in which they are to go, Jms.5:19-20, and will not ever turn our backs on them who know not what they do!

We will continually forgive, for as we forgive others we will be forgiven in like manor in which we too have shown, for the mercy of God is new every day, and we too will show ourselves merciful in word and in deed, as not to condemn over selves, for if our heart becomes burdened down with the cares of this world we too will be as the seed sown in untilled ground, that was choked out and could bear no fruits! So how many of you have been a bearer of His fruits of salvation to a lost and dying world? If you have not even won one lost soul over to the Lord and helped them pray through to the Holy Spirit, how them can you in all truth call yourself a true child of the Most High God? You are not better than the servant of the master who gave him a talent and he went and hid it and gave it back with no increase; what happened to that servant? Mt.25:1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.

And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:

But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.

And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.

Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.

And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.

10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.

15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.

16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.

17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.

18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord’s money.

19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.

20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.

21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

22 He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.

23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:

25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.

26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:

27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.

28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.

29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.

30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?

38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?

39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:

43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.

44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?

45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.

46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Not much time is left to start walking with the lord in His was which are His righteousness that is seen above the scribes and the Pharisees or you too will not enter into His Kingdom, Mt.5:20, without Holiness with all men, we too will not enter into His Kingdom, Heb.12:14!

The kind of true holiness and righteousness that come from those without spot, or wrinkle, who are found holy and without blemish, Eph.5:27, and few that there will be, who find the narrow way to the straight gate, Mt.7:13-14, who seek the Lord Jesus first in their lives, Mt.20:16, Mt.22:14 who listen and act upon the very words of God they have heard today, they are the few that will be saved unto eternity with their Lord who they serve, with all their hearts!

This thanksgiving day did we do as Jesus said to do? Did we invite them who we know can never repay us back, who have nothing to offer but friendship, and thanksgiving that you reached out to one who cannot do for themselves? Lk.14:12 Then said he also to him that bade him, When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor thy rich neighbours; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompence be made thee.

13 But when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, and the blind:

14 And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.

Lk.11:28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it. Why do you call Jesus Lord, Lord, and do not the things He says to do? Lk.6:46, for only they who are the true children of God hear His words and do them, Jn.8:47 & 51, who walk in the truth that will set you free and you will be free in deed if you do!
