Naaman went down in the water correctly
And came up out of the water a new man!
How is it, so many today can’t do the same?
Naaman went down in the Jordan and dipped seven times as the man of God (Elijah had prescribed for Naaman’s healing), and Elijah, refused the blessings of Naaman’s ten changes of clothes and the ten talents of silver and six thousand pieces of gold, that would have made Elijah very rich but Elijah has shown us that true men of God are not in this thing because of prosperity or riches or fame and recognition of others! We serve the Lord God who rewards us with Himself and His supernatural self being in us to allow us to do the work for His Kingdom to come, that we will enter into our eternal rewards for being perfectly furnished unto all good works here and now simply because we are His willing and perfect servants doing that which is required of us true men of God, Whom He has called into His service, for His pleasure and glory, not ours!
2 Kin.5:15 And he returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came, and stood before him: and he said, Behold, now I know that there is no God in all the earth, but in Israel: now therefore, I pray thee, take a blessing of thy servant.16 But he said, As the Lord liveth, before whom I stand, I will receive none. And he urged him to take it; but he refused.
See Lk.17:7 But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat? 8 And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink? 9 Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not. 10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say: We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.
Ro.12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;11 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;12 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;13 Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.14 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
If these and all words of God are for us as our commandments then why are will still foolishly trying to combine all of man’s vain wisdom and philosophies with our one true word of God that has been handed down to us by His Ordained and Anointed Apostles and Prophets of God? We have to make up our minds as Naaman did and decide whom we are going to serve, the One True God of Israel or this false god that is made up of three individual ones of the same substance! As for me and my house we will serve the Lord of all, Ac.10:36 who is both LORD and the CHRIST, Ac.2:36, who is the Holy One of Israel, who is our redeemer, Is.49:25 But thus saith the Lord, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.26 And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob!
Who is the Mighty one of Jacob? But our Eternal Father and Prince of Peace, Is.9:6, for there is no God besides Him and never will there be a god formed after Him for He alone is the First and the Last, Is.43:10, who John the Baptist prepared a way for (Is.40:3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.4 Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain:5 And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it!), for our God with us, for He has told us before it was to happen because He told to us so we would know who He is when He appeared to us and was prophesied to us from the prophets of old who were Holy men of God who were carried along by the Holy Spirit (2 Pt.1:19-21), by which they received all the words of God for us so we too could know who God is when we see Him, for He alone will fulfill all scripture in His being, as seen in Mt.5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
That’s what our God with us came to do and His name is Immanuel, Mt.1:23, meaning God with us and if we do not know who Jesus is we too will die in our sins because He has clearly revealed Himself to us, we who are His, Mt.11:27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and He to whomsoever the Son will reveal Him.28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
So that we who know Him and know who Jesus is will never be bound to another priest as long as well live unto Him alone, and His truths will set us free and we will be free indeed, when we abide in Him and His words to us abide in us, only then can we truly be disciples of the LORD of All Jesus Christ, who is our God with us, our Immanuel! That is why all who seek the
God the Father, come to Jesus, and those who want to give Glory to God fall at Jesus’ feet, because they are one in the same, Jn.10:30 and when you have seen Jesus you have seen the Father (Jn.12:45), and now know Him and have seen Him, Jn.14:7 because Jesus has revealed Himself to those who are His! For only the true children of God hear His words and keep them, Jn.8:47!
Rev.2:4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
Now therefore here the prophet of the Lord God, Hag.1:5 Now therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways.6 Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes.7 Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Consider your ways.
Is this not today’s modern man and his household? Then we must ask ourselves why these things are come upon us in these later days, was it not prophesied so we could recognize the day and time we live in so we could prepare a way in the desert a wilderness of wickedness, 1 Jn.5:19, that the world is lying in? And if we are friends with this world we too are an enemy of our Lord God, Jms.4:4, for we were told to come out from among this untoward generation, Ac.2:40 and with many more words did the Apostles exhort unto us for our edification, that must be obeyed, for us to be found perfect as He is perfect, Mt.5:48, in brotherly love, for only the church of brotherly love which is called the church of Philadelphia will be raptured in the quickening or catching away before that great and terrible day of the Lord’s Wrath to Come! Rev.3:7 And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
So if we are truly called of God we too will be found in full agreement with all scriptures in our lives for the word of God cannot be broken, ever; Jn.10:35 as seen in Mt.24:35, Heaven and Earth will pass away but the word of God shall never pass away or fail from which is was intended to perform, and only they who fear the Lord and think continually on His ways and words to us will be found in His eternal Favour which is His Grace to us, which we too find in His words and gospel to us (Ac.20:24 & verse 32), so we should have known His mind, His character, His nature, for our God changes not, Mal.3:6 and He is looking for people such as these, Mal.3:16 Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name.17 And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.
Will you be one of His living stones who have a new name written on them that only He and you will know? You can if you repent, and call upon that name that is above every name, and by which all salvation is given in; no other name but in the name of Jesus Christ, Ac.4:12, that is why there is no baptism unless we have been washed in sacred water in that name by which all power has been given to that one name (Mt.28:18), by which we must be saved, so why is it so many have been baptized incorrectly, when we had the perfect and only formula for the sacred event given to us by Jesus’ own Anointed and Ordained Apostles that were Baptized in His Holy Spirit in them, as seen in Ac.2:38-44, if we are really continuing in their doctrines?
There is only ONE LORD, ONE FAITH, AND ONLY ONE BAPTISM, BY WHICH WE MUST BE SAVED! Or we are not justified yet still, as seen in 1 Cor.6:11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
Only those who have been baptized in Christ have put on Christ, Gal.3:26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. If the Holy Apostles who had the keys to bind and loosen on heaven and on earth told us what it is we must do, then we too had better listen to then alone, for God has respect to a true Prophet and Apostles of God who is ordained by Him alone and has been given His authority because he alone knows the very will of God and will not go against it, for we cannot add to His words to us or take away from His words to us as called out in His word to us, Deu.4:2 and Rev.22:18-19, or we too will face His wrath to come, for our disobedience to His words to us (Ro.3:4), which are His will for us, so we too can walk in union with Him alone, Amos.3:3 can two walk together unless they agree? We have no choice in the matter, we must be found in full compliance to the will of God in our lives or we are in our own will, and that is folly for sure, Mt.12:31-32 shows us this!
If we are not baptized in His Holy Spirit, we cannot have the will of God placed in our hearts with power and wisdom that only comes for Jesus’ Spirit living in us (1 Cor.1:24), Jn.14:18 and Ro.8:9 is the regeneration spoken of in Titus chapter 3! Without the regeneration of the Spirit of God being placed once again in His Holy vessel who has prepared itself for His arrival as seen in 2 Tm.2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are His. And, let everyone that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.21 If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the Master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
Only they of a pure heart will see God, Mt.5:8, who have repented with a true servant’s heart to fulfill all that his Master has told him to do; can be found worthy of his Masters affection! Actions speak louder than words (James chapter 2 covers this topic very well!), for belief that is not acted upon will only be belief, it cannot and never will be found to be faith unless we act on our beliefs and put them to practical use in our lives, as a true child of the living God will always be found in everything we say and do will be only done in Jesus’ name, Col.3:17; for only a true child of God who obeys every word of God will be the greatest in His Kingdom!
