Righteous and Holy or a Hypocrite: Which one are you?

Righteous and Holy or a Hypocrite: Which one are you?

By Rev. G. L. Boyett

1 Cor.11:31For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

32But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

1 Cor.10: 15I speak as to wise men; judge ye what I say.

16The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?

17For we being many are one bread, and one body: for we are all partakers of that one bread.

18Behold Israel after the flesh: are not they which eat of the sacrifices partakers of the altar?

19What say I then? That the idol is anything, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is anything?

20But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.

21Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord’s Table, and of the table of devils.

22Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than he?

23All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.

24Let no man seek his own, but every man another’s wealth.

25Whatsoever is sold in the shambles that eat, asking no question for conscience sake:

26For the earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof.

27If any of them that believe not bid you to a feast, and ye be disposed to go; whatsoever is set before you, eat, asking no question for conscience sake.

28But if any man say unto you, this is offered in sacrifice unto idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake: for the earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof:

29Conscience, I say, not thine own, but of the other: for why is my liberty judged of another man’s conscience?

30For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks?

31Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.

32Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God:

33Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.

  1. 12:1I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

 2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God!

Hag.1:5Now therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts: “Consider your ways!”

6Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes.

7Thus saith the LORD of hosts: “Consider your ways!”

God changes not, it says so in Mal.3:6! God’s words to us are Truth and not of a lie, this too is shown to us in numerous verses; for example Tit.1:1Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness;

2In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;

3But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour;

4To Titus, mine own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour.

So we see who Jesus is here not only God the Saviour but God the Father as well, for Jesus is the fulness of the Godhead bodily, and this was shown to us in Is.9:6For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, and The Prince of Peace! Because God hath made this Jesus both LORD and the CHRIST, Ac.2:36 who is LORD of ALL, Ac.10:36! Our Immanuel, meaning God with us, Mt.1:23! Just that simple! The Incarnate God, the Word made flesh and the Word was God, Jesus said if you believe in God, then we are to believe in Him, Jn.14:1! This is the simplicity that is in Christ Jesus, that Paul talked about in 2 Cor.11: 1Would to God ye could bear with me a little in my folly: and indeed bear with me.

2For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband; that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

3But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

For Jesus is that One God that is the Groom of the Holy Bride who has made herself ready, who is without spot, or wrinkle, Holy and without blemish, Eph.5:27! A Bride, A Holy Bride, who has consecrated Herself (To be Sanctified!) to her Husband, who is LORD of ALL! The First and the Last, and besides Him there is no God and never will there be formed another god besides Him, Is.43:1-11 & 19 -ffs; and without Him there is no Saviour and Redeemer, Is.49:29; The Holy One of Jacob: Who is Grace and Truth, Jn.1:17! All scripture is to do two things and that is, 1. Lead us to know who God is and to reveal His nature to us, so we may know Him and love Him for His unconditional Love for His creation and for creating us, in which He created! 2. Scripture is to reveal His Truths to us so we can have a relationship with Him, He who is Holy, in other words Perfect in all His ways! We are supposed to be able to have a relationship with that which is totally Other, Innate Purity, without defect or flaws! Separated unto Himself for that exact reason, thus Holiness, which we say is Godliness! The One Sovereign God, who knows no other, Jesus who cried out to His own Holy Spirit, the First, for God is A Spirit, Jn.4:24, and we who know Him are all called to be Holy as He is Holy, Lev.11:44-45 as seen in 1 Pt.1:9Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

10Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:

 11Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow.

12Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.

13Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

14As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:

 15But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;

 16Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

17And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man’s work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:

18Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;

19But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

20Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,

21Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

 22Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:

 23Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever!

24For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:

 25But the word of the Lord endureth forever! And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you! See Jn.6:63 as well!

Which was also seen in the Apostles Paul’s writing as well, Ac.20:28Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which He hath purchased with His own blood! Did not Jesus Himself tell us that He would come to us Himself, Jn.14:18! This is that Holy Spirit who Jesus in His carnal state of humanity, talked to in the Garden of Gethsemane, because that which is flesh is flesh and that which is Spirit is spirit, in this case the Holy Spirit who is God, even God incarnate, the begotten God, Jn.1:18 in many Greek manuscripts! From which Jesus came as before, many times! Jn.16:24Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

25These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father!

26At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:

27For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.

28I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: AGAIN, I leave the world, and go to the Father.

 29His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb! They understood for from this time on who Jesus really was, just as Thomas found out as well, Jn.20:24But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.

25The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the LORD. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.

 26And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut (meaning locked, as shut up the heavens kind of shut!), and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you!

27Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.

 28And Thomas answered and said unto him, My LORD and my God!

29Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed! You see Jesus, if He were not God, would have had to tell everyone how Thomas had misspoken if he really had: Right here and now and correct what had been said if Jesus were not God, as Thomas had identified Him to be! And of course we do not read that at all, showing the agreement with all the Apostles who had gathered there, with one accord.

This was shown to us again in the book of Acts with Stephan, when he was giving his testimonies to the Sanhedrin, just before they stoned him to death; Stephan called out to God, and here is what he said to God, Ac.7:59And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit!” This was done just before Stephan’s death and Paul too called out to God at his conversion, when he too found out who Jesus was! Ac.9:  1And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest,

2And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.

3And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:

4And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?

5And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

Saul a Jew being born of the tribe of Benjamin, a Jew’s Jew, raised up in the teachings of Gamaliel, a doctor of the law, a Pharisee of the Sanhedrin! He of all people knew only one God, and when Paul spoke and said LORD he was directing his speech to the one God of the Jew’s as they knew Him to be! That is why Jesus answered him in the deserts on the way to Damascus! For Jesus alone is the mediator between God and man, but God still remains One, Gal.3:20, because God was manifested in the flesh, 1 Tm.3:16And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. The glory of God that cannot be given to another, because he is the First and the Last, Is.42:8 and 48: 11For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another.

12Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last.

The glory of God which is seen in the very face of Jesus, 2 Cor.4:6For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. If the Priests of the Sanhedrin had known that they too would never have crucified the Lord of All glory, 1 Cor.2:8! The same glory Jesus kept revealing all the time, Jn.11:23Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again.

24Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.

25Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

26And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

27She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.

39Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days.

40Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? If the glory of God cannot be given to another, Jesus must be the one true God as St. John stated in the climax of his first Epistle to us, 1 Jn.5:20And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ: This is the true God, and eternal life! Without this knowledge it is impossible to worship God in the manner in which He has prescribed to us and for us, Jn.4:23But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

24God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. Salvation is God’s favour or grace for humanity, we receive His grace and favour by walking in His Truths, Jesus is that same Grace and Truth of God that was made flesh for our redemption, Jn.1:17! We cannot have that redemption without knowing who Jesus is in Truth, or His mind as required for His psychology of a sound mind, 2 Tm.1:7 and in order to have a right mind, the mind of Jesus, 1 Cor.2:1- 9But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

10But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

11For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.

12Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

13Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

14But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

15But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

 16For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ!

If you have been born-again of His operation, according to His ordained methods! Jn.3:  3Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?

5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

8The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

How can we be blown in the Spirit unless we have been baptized in His Holy Spirit? We must have his Holy Spirit before we can be lead into all truths that he had written for our edification so we could be made into His image, because as he is so are we in Spirit and in His Truths, therefore that is the only way to have his mind, is to have His psychology, His psyche, His Spirit, so we can have His Philosophies, so we can have His Theologies, this is having the mind of Christ Jesus and his words of life being present in us, Jn.6:63It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. If we would have these functions and these abilities we would truly understand what Jesus was saying in the very verse just prior to this last one shown: Jn.6:62What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before? Jesus went to dwell in that light that He always dwelt in before time began, for Jesus is the lamp for that light to be seen coming from, Gen.1:3, Jn.8:12 and Jn.12:35Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.

36While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them.

37But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him:

38That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?

39Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again,

40He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them.

41These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him.

42Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue:

43For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.

44Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.

45And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me.

46I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

47And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.

48He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

49For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.

50And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.

Jesus came to earth to finish what God had started in creation, Jn.4:34Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of Him that sent me, and to finish His work. God being a Holy Spirit had no blood to shed for the remission of all the sin of the whole world, so he had to fashion Himself a body, so He used the adopted body or in this case seed of the only man who had his heart set on God, a man after God’s own heart, a pure heart of love! A love for God and a love for God’s children, who are called by His name, Israel! That is how Jesus can be the son of God and the Son of Man and The Mighty God in the flesh, our Immanuel, Mt.1:23! Because God is the I Am that I Am or in other words I will be everything you need Me to be for your Provider of Everything you will ever need me to be, the First and the Last, all that we will ever need will be in Jesus for He alone has the Holy Spirit without measure, Jn.3:24For John (The Baptist) was not yet cast into prison.

25Then there arose a question between some of John’s disciples and the Jews about purifying.

26And they came unto John, and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond Jordan, to whom thou barest witness, behold, the same baptizeth, and all men come to him.

27John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.

28Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but that I am sent before him.

29He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.

30He must increase, but I must decrease.

 31He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all!

32And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony.

33He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true.

34For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.

35The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.

36He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. Simply because of lack of faith in Jesus who is God in the flesh just as scripture says He is, 1 Tm.3:16, who said if you believe in God than believe in me, Jn.14:1! Just that simple, the simplicity of Jesus Christ who is both LORD and the CHRIST, Ac.2:36 who is LORD of ALL, Ac.10:36! For this reason Jesus stated this in Jn.8:24I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I Am [he], ye shall die in your sins! The Jews knew exactly what Jesus revealed to them when he said before Abraham was, I Am! They picked up stones to stone Him, but He walked right out from amongst them without even being noticed or found! What did he do? Did he do another miracle that was too astounding that the disciples didn’t even know how to say what was done before them? For fear maybe it would be too hard to believe? Is there anything too hard for our God? Lk.1:37For with God nothing shall be impossible. Jer.32:26Then came the word of the LORD unto Jeremiah, saying,

27Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me? No just maybe too hard to explain, to the scientific communities, but not to one who knows who his God is in Jesus, that has been reconciled to God by Jesus, 2 Cor.5:17Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

18And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

19To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.

20Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.

21For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Without righteousness that comes from having the whole truth of God living in you, which is His word; you cannot be living in truth, that is from Him alone! You see the gospels are still a part of the Old Testament, because the new covenant that was given cannot go into effect unless the death of the benefactor of the will or testament is dead. So with that said, let us see when Jesus tied together the Old Testament with the New Testament. For Jesus told us the scripture cannot be broken, Jn.10:35. We are the true son’s of God that had lost their imputed Righteousness and Holiness in Adam. We are all made in God’s image, the God who is Man, 1 Sam.15:29And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor repent: for He is not a man, that He should repent (Speaking of God here!). That is why we are called mankind, or in His likeness! Or image! But God is still MAN, A Holy Spirit that was made flesh and we beheld His glory, the only glory that was due only to the One Sovereign God, was seen in Jesus, Jn.1:14! That is why Jesus had John the Baptist baptize Jesus in the Jordan, so all righteousness could be fulfilled, what was all Righteousness? The magnified word of God, Ps.138:  1I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.

2I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy loving kindness (which is Grace, Favour and Mercy!) and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name. Now this never means His word is magnified above His name as some preach this verse which it does not state or it would have been written all above His name, which it does not for the name of God is a word and if God’s words are magnified how much more so than the name of God that is above every name which are just more words, that could have been magnified or not? But we know for a fact that all power and authority has been connected to the one name of Jesus Christ for a specific reason, He is God in the flesh now immortal flesh! So how much more so should the name of Jesus be magnified above His word to us, Jn.14:14 and see Mt.28:18? The Righteousness of God is His given words to us, for they are the only lasting Truth that will never fade away, Mt.24:35Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. The very words of Jesus are eternal and they are Spirit, as seen before in Jn.6:63. Our Righteousness depends on whether we understand His words to us and seek Him in righteousness in obedience to His given words to us, so that all things he has for those who receive Him in Spirit and in His Truths can have all thing added unto them, Mt.6:33! That is why Jesus had John the Baptist baptize Him in the Jordan, so the Old Testament could be tied directly to the New Testament as one continual Holy Biblos or Book, that cannot be broken! All the morals and ethics of the Old Testament are still in effect, the only things that changed was the sacrifices offerings Jesus took care of them all in one act of redemption on the cross of Mt. Calvary! When he bought us all with the price of His blood, and with the Holy Spirit being poured out as a drink offering, for the requital of all death to sinners who will only believe in Him who died for them! For only God can take away all sin of the entire world, it would take the very blood of God to do that, Ac.20:28!

We are all bought with a price and that price is for one and for all the very same price we too have to be prepared to pay. The very price that God is looking for in all of us is exactly what He gave for us, our all in Him! All our love, all our heart, and a heart that is pure and honest, without hypocrisy! The Lord hates hypocrisy as seen in Matthew chapter 23. Or for anyone to call us Father, for we have one Father which is in heaven and his name is Jesus, for they are Titles of God our LORD, Christ, Father, The prince of Peace, The Mighty God, Wonderful, Councilor, and His name is Jesus, meaning Saviour, and Redeemer, The Christ the Holy One or Anointed One, The one True God with us Immanuel, Mt.1:23, not some triad of persons, for God is One and His name is One, Zach.14:9! Jesus told us that Himself in Jn.10:30, when you have seen Jesus you have seen the one who sent Him, Jn.12:45; who sent Jesus? Was it not God? So when you see Jesus you see God the very one who sent Him! Jesus is the express image of God’s person, being He is God manifested in the flesh, a divine flesh, a Holy Flesh because God indwelled in Him, Ro.8:9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His! That is how we can be found as Righteous and we can never be found as Holy until we have been found as Righteous! The Righteousness that cometh from God only, by His operations not man’s rituals or traditions! We cannot be found Righteous until our righteousness is greater than that of the scribes and the Pharisees. Let us look to Mt.5:17Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

18For verily I say unto you: Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

19Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

20For I say unto you: That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

So how can our righteousness exceed that of the scribes and the Pharisees? They knew the law or scriptures better than anyone in the whole land of the Israelites, so we too must know the scriptures too but more importantly we must actually put them to practical use in our lives for it is the word of God that is Righteousness, and He as well as all of us will know them who are His by their fruits, as called out in Mt.7:15Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

16Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

17Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

18A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

19Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

20Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works?

23And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

This is talking to all those who never found the narrow path to the One Straight Gate which is Jesus Christ and His words of righteousness that lead us to salvation, at the end of our race. So many thinks they are saved and Salvation has already been given to them, when even the Apostles knew it was always conditional as to whether Salvation was for sure or not, or we too will end up as the swine in its wallow or even the dog returning to its vomit, as seen in 2 Pt.2: 1But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

2And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.

3And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

4For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

5And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

6And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;

7And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:

8(For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)

9The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the Day of Judgment to be punished:

10But chiefly them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise government. Presumptuous are they, self-willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.

11Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.

12But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption;

13And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceiving’s while they feast with you;

14Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: a heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:

15Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;

16But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man’s voice forbad the madness of the prophet.

17These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.

18For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.

19While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.

20For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.

21For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

22But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

A false prophet will always show his ugly head and tell many it doesn’t matter, for you are saved by grace and faith alone, which is not true at all, for that was started by Martin Luther, who wanted the book of James taken out of the Holy Bible, because it messed up his theology, even that of the Apostle Paul’s seen in Ac.26:19Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision: 20But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.

Paul was trying to convert King Agrippa here so Paul is not going to tell the new convert something that is not needed to do! But all are to show forth works worthy of repentance or there is no repentance at all is there!? If we have not left the world that lies in wickedness, 1 Jn.5:19, then we too, must still be friends with the world to, and thus we have not shown any signs of repentance or being a new creature in Christ, have we? This too is still being an enemy of God according to Jesus’ own brother the Apostle James, let us turn to Jms.4:1From whence come wars and fightings among you? Come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?

2Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.

3Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

4Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God!

5Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain: The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?

6But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.

7Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

8Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

9Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.

10Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up!

And for these reasons alone there are a lot of unanswered prayers going before the throne of God that will only be seen as an abomination to Him, for the sins of the unrighteous are just that; look to Prov.15:8The sacrifice (prayer) of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight. 9The way of the wicked is an abomination unto the LORD: but he loveth him that followeth after righteousness. 10Correction is grievous unto him that forsaketh the way: and he that hateth reproof shall die. 11Hell and destruction are before the LORD: how much more than the hearts of the children of men?

You see there was really never a real repentance that leads to salvation, for they really never wanted to walk with God in the first place, and to forsake this world of carnality and of the flesh, for the flesh cannot please God and is the way to eternal death because the flesh wars against the Holy Spirit, Gal.5:17. You see this was not taught before the plan of salvation, the preachers just want numbers of conversion or commitments as they used to call them, those who were baptized and the pastors didn’t even care for they did that incorrectly according to the Apostles doctrines, they who had the right to remit sins or not, to remit the sins of the guilty, which the whole world is, guilty and ripe with sins! Ready for the harvest of the grim reaper of hell, who will bring the food for the worm that dieth not and the sinner who will be fuel for the fire that is never quenched! All because the operations of God were never kept, because God changes not, Mal.3:6 and is the same yesterday, today and forevermore, Heb.13:8! Jesus said if we would obey Him and His words to us, we too would obey His Ordained Apostles words to us as seen in Jn.15:16-20! How much more so should we be keeping them today as well? For the New Testament Church of God didn’t start till the day of Pentecost, so technically the New Testament didn’t start until the death of Jesus that was recorded in the endings of the Gospels and the book of Acts is the first New Testament book of the Church of God in Jesus Christ, with all the Epistles being part of the New Testament following from there on. So much for the infallibility of the Pope and the Cannons, which were changed repeatedly from the first council on!

Knowing the Cost of Discipleship, that will set you free!

Jn.8:31Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him: If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;

32And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

33They answered him: We be Abraham’s seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou: Ye shall be made free?

34Jesus answered them: Verily, verily, I say unto you: Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

35And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.

36If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

So without Righteousness that cometh from God alone, how is one to be found righteous? With man this is impossible, that was asked of Jesus too as seen in Mt.19:16And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?

17And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

18He saith unto him: Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,

19Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

20The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?

21Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, (Mt.5:48) go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me!

22But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions. (He loved the things of this world more than God even maybe his father and mother or his sons or daughters! He didn’t even let the words of God, the seed begin to take root, they were eaten right up by Satan, with this young man’s desires for the riches of this temporary world of ours! This young man’s god was capitalism, materialism, and the desires of carnal flesh, that will never please God, Ro.8:8! This young man didn’t want to learn the cost of Discipleship, just as many so called Christians today! They don’t even care that they even call themselves Christians in their own hypocrisy, I know I did it too, till I did like Peter and was converted by the empowering of the Holy Spirit so I could come and strengthen the brethren too! Being a Born Again Christian is much more than believing in God. You must know who God is and have a personal relationship with Him, before you can become a disciple of Jesus Christ!)

23Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you: That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.

24And again I say unto you: It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

25When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying: Who then can be saved?

26But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them: With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. Being saved and finding Salvation that cometh from God alone is not that hard if done correctly: Just like any sickness, you must want to get over the illness first, when you get sick and tired of being sick and tired you will seek professional help, will you not? Therefore you must seek after the only professional who knows what He is looking for to remove your sin and cover it up with the blood of the Holy Sacrifice, the “Lamb of God” must be applied to your soul, your conscience, your evil heart must be regenerated back to that which was lost in the first Adam’s rebellion or lack of faith, for he too left his first love the one who loved him (Adam) and you before Adam or Eve were even created. God loved them and never stopped for He made a way for them to still be saved from sin because of His love for them even in their sin of disobedience of His given words to them, which was their righteousness, which was lost for them and for their generations after them too, in their disobedience! The only way to receive this righteousness again is to have the blood of the Holy Sacrifice applied to your sins and to wash them away in the water of regeneration and remission of sin, with the power of that one name that is above every other name! The only name by which all past sins is removed for forevermore. This is also the power to go and sin no more, for sin lieth at the door and its desire is to have you and keep you bound to sin, Gen.4:7, but God said we are to have power over sin and take dominion over sin! This cannot be done until you have been recreated or born-again, it takes being baptized in Jesus’ name, Ac.4:12, for there is no other name given by which we must be saved! This was done in the very first baptism seen on the day the church of Jesus Christ was established with about 3000 souls added to it on the day of Pentecost! That is the one Baptism Paul talked about in Eph.4:4There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. Which is Jesus Christ who is all in all: this is true discipleship taught in the scriptures; Col.3:1If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. 2Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. 3For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. 4When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. 5Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: 6For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: 7In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them. 8But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. 9Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; 10And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: 11Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all. 12Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; 13Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. 14And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. 15And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. 16Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. 17And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him!

  1. 19:27Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore? (Peter still stuck on carnal things even here, even after his rebuke for doing so earlier, even after being privileged to see the glory of God in Jesus on the Mount of Transfiguration in chapter 17!)

28And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you: That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

29And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name’s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.

30But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first.

Meaning when we learn to have charity which is love for one another before ourselves and we put ourselves last and lift up our weaker brethren as called out in scripture our righteousness, in word and put into practical use as seen when we too live out scripture in our lives as seen in Jms.5:19Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; 20Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins. For love will cover a multitude of sins, 1 Pt.4:1Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; 2That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God. 3For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries: 4Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you: 5Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead. 6For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit. 7But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer. 8And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. 9Use hospitality one to another without grudging. Jesus is our answer in all things for He is our righteousness that we too are to follow Him in all that He did as well, Jn.14:6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. We cannot be found righteous unless we are found to be living in Jesus’ words to us; for they cleanse us from our filth, and sins, this is how we overcome this world of carnality, and live in His Holy Spirit because not only does His word live in us but we too have found His Favour, through obedience to our promise at confession to go and sin no more, or a worse thing will come upon you as was told to the cripple in Jn.5:14! This is the cost of discipleship, to change one heart and make it pure and honest fixed on Jesus and not looking back; the cost of discipleship, Lk.9:57And it came to pass, that, as they went in the way, a certain man said unto him, Lord, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.

58And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.

59And he said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.

60Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God.

61And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house.

62And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God! We are either in this business of salvation or we might as well leave it alone, without a made up mind to go and start a new life, one without sin in it, you are not ready for repentance! You will never receive the Holy Spirit until you are hungry for God and you seek him in righteousness, Mt.6:33, then will all things be added unto you! When He sees you have purified your heart, 2 Tm.2:19Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let everyone that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity (what is the true name of Christ Jesus? Zach.14:9; or Mt.1:23 or just maybe simply God! Our LORD of lords, our KING of kings the Only Potentate, who dwells in the Schechinah Glory which no man can look at! 1 Tm.6:14-16.).

20But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.

21If a man therefore purge himself from these (showing us REPENTANCE, yet again), he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work! Still shows we must have fruits of Good works, which are seen as perfect in all scripture, 2 Tm.3:16-17, as well! This is going along with what Jesus told us to do in John chapter 15, for Jesus is the very word of God which is His will for creation, that was made flesh and how much more are we to abide in Jesus who is Truth and God’s Favour for those who are obedient to Him and His words to us as we follow Him with our own lives in word and in deed? That is the only way to be able to be actually seen as abiding in Him and Him abiding in us, for His words are Spirit and eternal life for all who will hear Him and apply His will to our lives! That is Righteousness my friends, living as seen in Ro.12:1I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God!

That is what our Great God is looking for in us, just as it was in the Old Testament, Mal.3:16Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name. 17And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. 18Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not. This is shown to us all the way to the end where the Holy Bible was sealed in Revelations of Jesus to St. John; let us look to the beginning of that last book. Let us begin with looking at the close of the second chapter, Rev.2:26And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: 27And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father. 28And I will give him the Morning Star. 29He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. Jesus is that Morning Star the Holy Spirit made flesh, the root of David, seen in the ending of what is written for us to see, know, and understand by fulfilling His words to us in our lives, what has been told for us to do with our lives, in His scriptures; or we face the wrath of Almighty God, seen and sealed in Rev.22:1-19, only Righteousness and Holiness of God will abide with Him forever, such as these finishing up in 2 Tm.2:22Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity (Love is used again, for God is love, 1 Jn.4:8!), peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart! A Pure Honest Heart for He sees to you very heart, He knows your mind and what it is you are thinking, there is nothing hid with God, that will not be revealed to one and to all, come judgment day! It will play out for all to see just like an academy award show! Only in this case you either get the Eternal hell award that is for all sinners who have not come to repentance, or you will receive the Eternal Rest award of peace and happiness with unspeakable joy, that comes from obedience to God’s Holy words of eternal life for all who will receive Him into their hearts with gladness, of a pure honest heart, one without hypocrisy!

These are they who have given their lives over to God for His use, that have purified themselves by sanctification, by receiving His Holy Spirit in them, being consecrated for His use seen in the remaining verse here in 2 Tm.2:23But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes. 24And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, 25In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; 26And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will! You see when man continues in his own will, he is not in the will of God, without being regenerated into God’s likeness, having the mind of God, 1 Cor.2:16, is having the mind of Christ Jesus! That is having the Repentance of God in your life, seen in Ac.11:1And the apostles and brethren that were in Judaea heard that the Gentiles had also received the word of God.

2And when Peter was come up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him,

3Saying, Thou wentest in to men uncircumcised, and didst eat with them.

4But Peter rehearsed the matter from the beginning, and expounded it by order unto them, saying,

5I was in the city of Joppa praying: and in a trance I saw a vision: A certain vessel descend, as it had been a great sheet, let down from heaven by four corners; and it came even to me:

6Upon the which when I had fastened mine eyes, I considered, and saw four footed beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.

7And I heard a voice saying unto me, Arise, Peter; slay and eat.

8But I said: Not so, Lord: for nothing common or unclean hath at any time entered into my mouth.

9But the voice answered me again from heaven: What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.

10And this was done three times; and all were drawn up again into heaven.

11And, behold, immediately there were three men already come unto the house where I was, sent from Caesarea unto me.

12And the Spirit bade me go with them, nothing doubting. Moreover these six brethren accompanied me, and we entered into the man’s house:

13And he shewed us how he had seen an angel in his house, which stood and said unto him, Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon, whose surname is Peter;

14Who shall tell thee words, whereby thou and all thy house shall be saved.

15And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning.

16Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.

17Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God?

18When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying: Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life!

Without the Baptism of the Holy Ghost that fell on Cornelius’ house, none of the gentiles could have been saved and have been seen paving the way for the other thousands of gentiles, that were to become part of the First Century Church of God in Christ Jesus! For Peter and his witnesses heard them all speak with tongues as they did on the Day of Pentecost, the sign of God’s own Spirit in them, so Peter seeing that it was of God and that they had received the Baptism the same as they, thought that it was best if they were justified in water Baptism in the only name by which they received this great repentance of God and the remission of sin, in the name of Jesus Christ were they too buried with Jesus’ in a watery grave to self and of the carnal flesh, that they who are buried in Christ have put on Christ and have been purchased with the blood of God, the Holy Spirit made flesh, Ac.20:28: We have been grafted into that one vine, Gal.3:26For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

27For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

28There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

29And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise. That in Christ Jesus all nations will be blessed, Gen 12:3And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. That is why we are all called to walk before Him and be perfect as He is perfect, Gen.17:1, Mt.5:48, 2 Tm.3:16-17, fulfilling all scripture in our lives is our righteousness, without obedience to all His words to us we will not be found perfect will we? This cannot be found or even thought of achieving without having His mind and His Holy Spirit teaching us His Truths, 1 Jn.2:20But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. And verse 27But the anointing which ye have received of Him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in Him! How can we abide in Him if our righteousness doesn’t exceed that of the scribes and Pharisees, who knew the scriptures from a child? Can we find our way without knowledge of His words to us that were given to us for our edification? No! We must be found as one who is rightly dividing the word of God correctly, according to His mind, statute upon statute, precept upon precept, line upon line, here a little and there a little and all must be used in the proper context, as to how God meant it to be used, not man’s usage but God’s usage! This cannot be done without Him living on the inside of us and we who have been sanctified and consecrated, for His use who are Holy vessels purified with a honest pure heart, a heart that has been regenerated into His likeness! That is being a Saint of God, walking in His will according to His words to us, not the words of man’s world and man’s philosophies. Godly men who have been purchased with the blood of God and have been refurbished into Christ Jesus, buried with Him and raised in His likeness! Holy Godly men and women of the church of God, who walk and talk like He does and live in this world but are not part of it, these who are just sojourners traveling through to a land of milk and honey promised to us from our God, the Lord Jesus! We do not mind not looking like the world around us that lies in wickedness, 1 Jn.5:19, why then would we want to look like them who are perishing? If you are friends with this world, you are and have made yourself an enemy against God, Jms.4:4! For you are still in your will and not abiding in His will, which is the unforgiveable sin, not abiding in the will of the Holy Spirit, Mt.12:31-32! So in conclusion to righteousness, without which if we have not the righteousness that comes from God alone we will not enter into His Kingdom! The righteousness that is just judgment that can only be found in the living word of God, which is His Holy Bible, our instruction book to heaven, why then would we not be using it for its intended purposes? The only ones who would not are they who love this world and its temporary gains more than their eternal souls; even unto their eternal hurt and torment, where Jesus said there would be gnashing of teeth, a worm that dieth not and a fire that will never be quenched! Doesn’t sound like paradise to me or the land of milk and honey!

Holiness without which no man will enter into His Kingdom; without the robe of Godliness!

  1. 22:1-14, the man was given a robe to put on, it is up to us to put it on an wear it!

Mt.7:13-14; Mt.20:16;

Mt.22:11And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:

12And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.

13Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

14For many are called, but few are chosen.

Heb.12:14Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

Without Holiness you will not even be allowed to see the Lord, you will be dragged away screaming something that was prophetic, quoted by Jesus Himself on the cross, “My God My God why have you forsaken Me?” Jesus spoke these words that were rehearsed by King David in the book of Psalms number 22, which Jesus uttered on the cross seen in Mt.27:46And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? That is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? Jesus being He is God manifested in the flesh knew exactly what He was doing up there on that cross and why he had to be there, the words He spoke were exactly what they were intended to be and that was Prophetic in nature, for all those who would not come to know who He was and what He was doing there for them! Those who reject His plan of salvation and those who have chosen not to walk in His Holy and Righteous ways! You cannot be a “Saint of God” which is “A Holy Man or Woman of God,” unless you are Holy, which is what the Greek word means that is used for a “Saint of God,” hagios Strong’s number 40: Short Definition: set apart, holy, sacred, Definition: set apart by (or for) God, holy, sacred. That is to who the Epistles were written to, not the world but to Saints of God who had it been confirmed in them that they too had an encounter with God and they were fashioned into His likeness, for His use! 1 Cor.1:4I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; 5That in everything ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; 6Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: 7So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: 8Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ! Being without spot, or wrinkle to be found Holy and without blemish, Eph.5:27That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish! Without Holiness that comes from Jesus Christ living on the inside of us we will never have the power to go and sin no more (1 Jn.4:11-21), that is what remission of sin means that was seen in Ac.2:38Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. (This too is what Jesus showed us in Jn.8:11 and again in Jn.5:14 or a worse thing will come upon us too!)

39For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call.

 40And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation!

Those were the requirements to be found Holy in the eyes of our Lord God, the men of Jerusalem asked what they must do to be saved, IN verse 37 of Acts chapter two. Peter’s reply was given and all the apostles were there and gave their consent, for this was the plan of Salvation, that they had received of Him whom they were asking for His blood to cover their sins, as the propitiation of all past sins, and to be equipped with power from on High to fulfill His calling to us, for His repentance of what He had to do to us for all our sins, which is death to the sinner, for all have SINNED and come short of the glory of God and are in their own sin and iniquities! Without Holiness no one can be in His presence and remain there, for He is a consuming fire, Heb.12:29! Unless we have been tried and purified and tried seven times as Silver and Gold that was Holy for His use in His temple, we too will fall short of His glory becoming one with us! Unless we have His Holy Spirit in us, we can never abide in His words of Truth, for we will never know His truths, without Him in us leading us into His Truths, that are in all His words to us, which we are called to do by Jesus in Jn.15:20Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

If we will abide in Jesus’ words to us we will have no problem abiding in His ordained Apostle’s words to us either! For they had His Holy Spirit in them (2 Pt.1:19-21), to tell us what He wanted us to do as seen in verse 40 of Acts chapter 2. Ac.2:40And with many other words did he (Peter) testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation. 41Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls (The Birth of Jesus’ Church!). 42And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. 43And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles. (When we are called and chosen by Jesus and His Holy Spirit inhabits us, He also equips us for His service and confirms Himself in us as well, with gifts of the Holy Spirit! It is up to us to produce fruits with our new found abilities!)

You see when we abide in Jesus’ words to us He confirms His promises to us when we are obedient to His words (Commandments, Statutes, Sayings and Testimonies, Prophecies and Scriptures!) and are found righteous and holy children of God and He will reward us because we have His will in our hearts that have been purified by His Holy Spirit in us, so we know what to pray for and how to pray for it so our prayers will be heard (Jn.14:14)! For the prayers of a sinner are an abomination to our Holy God because they came from an unholy sacrifice, just as an unholy temple was used for the sacrifice, how can that be excepted by a Holy God? Prov.15:8The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight (Jms.5:16). 9The way of the wicked is an abomination unto the LORD: but he loveth him that followeth after righteousness. See also Prov.28:9He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination. 10Whoso causeth the righteous to go astray in an evil way, he shall fall himself into his own pit: but the upright shall have good things in possession.

That is why we must know the laws of the Old Testament too, they are seen in Leviticus, in the Holiness chapters 17-25, for they are for us today, for they are from which we get all our morals and ethics from, Jesus said the scriptures could not be broken, Jn.10:35 so with that being said Jesus kept all the law too, for He was without sin and in need of no baptism to begin with, but all righteousness had to be fulfilled in Him alone, so He used the last Old Testament prophet of God to tie the Old Testament to the New Testament that would be available after He had died and rose again. That is why we too must comply to the Old Testament Holiness chapters too, for Jesus bear with them Himself and He is the way, the truth and the life we all must lead to be one with Him so we can see the Father in Him as shown to us in Mt.11:27All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and He to whomsoever the Son will reveal Him! If we do not know who Jesus is we too will die in our sins, Jn.8:24! We cannot know Him as the I Am unless He reveals it to us, as shown in Jn.8:58! This is what St. John was saying in his Epistle to us, when you have the Son you have the Father and you cannot have the Father without the Son, for they are One, Jn.10:30! And when you have seen Jesus you have seen the God who sent Him, Jn.12:45! You cannot see this without Holiness and Righteousness that cometh from God alone, by His revelations of Himself to you (Mt.1:23!)! For those who are led by the Father will always go to Jesus, for they know His voice, the voice of One shepherd for His One flock, who are called by His name, and have received His name in death and burial with Him in a watery grave! Then they too will be raised up into His likeness! By living in His words to us, as we abide in Him and His Holiness abides in us, therefore we will never look as they who are in the world. For what does light have to do with darkness? You cannot drink of the cup of the LORD and the cup of the world. You cannot have two masters, for you will hate the one and love the other or you will love the other and hate the other, you cannot serve mammon and God! We cannot be a true Saint of God and walk as before or there is no repentance at all is there? Without repentance there can be no salvation, when one of the conditions or operations of God are not met! There can be no Holiness without Holiness being present in the vessel in which the Holy Spirit is to reside in! The Holy Spirit will not reside in an unclean vessel, it has been contaminated and unworthy for His use! This is to be in a backslidden state Is.28:9Whom shall he teach knowledge? And whom shall he make to understand doctrine? Them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.

10For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

11For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people (Evidences of the Holy Spirit residing in His chosen vessel, a stammering lip and another tongue!).

12To whom he said: This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear (Today’s emerging church, the Lord will not come unless there is a falling away first, this is that, which is called the falling away, they who do not walk in His word and appear as they did in the world before their so called conversions, the kind without true repentance! They will be found as they who are in this last verse seen here in Isaiah, in verse 13!).

13But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken (For they could not walk therein, in His words to them!). If we cannot keep His Holy words to us we cannot be found Holy can we? If we are not dedicated for His use only we are still in the world and are lost without His direction!

Without a Bible lesson on Holiness, how can one walk in Holiness unless they know what is to be expected of them? This cannot be done or seen unless we study His words of truth so we can be found as He is, Lev.11:44For I am the LORD your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

45For I am the LORD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.

This too was carried on further in Lev.22:31Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the LORD.

32Neither shall ye profane my holy name; but I will be hallowed among the children of Israel: I am the LORD which hallow you,

33That brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD. This is that very vine we are to be grafted into as the wild olive branch that Paul talked about in Ro.11:16For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches.

17And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert grafted in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;

18Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee.

19Thou wilt say then: The branches were broken off, that I might be grafted in.

20Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not high minded, but fear:

21For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

22Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again.

24For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?

25For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

We are to be that other flock Jesus was to gather up with the flock of Israel seen in Jn.10:16And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd! How can we know His voice unless we have His Holy Spirit telling us which voice is His? The one of the true shepherd of the one flock that is to be called His Holy Flock! As He is Holy we are to be Holy, 1 Pt.1:13Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

14As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:

15But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;

16Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

17And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man’s work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:

18Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;

That will be seen in us who are His as we too love the world as he does without respect of persons!

We will be known by our fruits, or works and our life is our works and our fruits, this too is how we are to worship our God with our lives, living in His words to us, as we abide in Him and His Holy words abide in us! Lev.19:1And the LORD Spake unto Moses, saying,

2Speak unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say unto them: Ye shall be holy: for I the LORD your God am holy! Lev.20: 7Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the LORD your God.

8And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them: I am the LORD which sanctify you. And verse 26And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the LORD am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine. We are to be different from the world around us, Holiness has no part of being worldly, with worldly ideologies and the philosophies of the wisest men are but mere foolishness to us and God, who have made up our minds to be found in His will, not in the will of men, who know not who God is in Jesus, 2 Cor.5:19-21! 2 Cor.6:14Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness?

15And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

16And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

17Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.

18And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

How can we be found as the true children of God and not walk in His words to us, in Holiness? We only fool ourselves with our vain imagination and walk after another god we have made up in our vain worldly minds that St. John warned us about in the last verse of his first Epistle, 1 Jn.5:21Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen. Idols do not necessarily mean and artifact that is carved or cast made in an image of something of our imaginations, whether worldly or otherwise. We can make an ideal out of our jobs, or our families, or our money, or our own bodies, anything that is put first between you and God is an idol that will keep you from entering into His rest and love for you. You must open the door and He will come in to sup with you, but He hast to be invited in first! Unless you were one of those who were called before you were even placed in your mother’s womb, who are to be His messengers. Then you really don’t have a choice then, and it would be well with you not to fight against God as Jonah tried to do or as Paul did, for Paul ended up with a thorn in his side, which was his eyes, Gal.4:13Ye know how through infirmity of the flesh I preached the gospel unto you at the first.

14And my temptation which was in my flesh ye despised not, nor rejected; but received me as an angel of God, even as Christ Jesus.

15Where is then the blessedness ye spake of? For I bear you record, that, if it had been possible, ye would have plucked out your own eyes, and have given them to me.

16Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth? All who have come from above will return and ascend and return to Him who first sent us, Heb.12:9 as seen in Ecc.12:7Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. Jn3:12If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

13And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. Jn.3:27John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven. All that we can ever have that is holy must come from above, 31He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.

Therefore if we receive anything let it be from above and from all Righteousness and Holiness or we will fail most miserably, left to our own devices, and our corrupt natures of the carnal flesh! If we live to the flesh we will die the death of all sinners, Ro.8:1There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

2For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

3For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

4That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

5For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

6For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

7Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

8So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

10And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

11But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

12Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

13For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

14For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

15For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

16The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

17And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

18For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

19For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.

20For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,

21Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

22For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

23And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

24For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?

25But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

26Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

27And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

28And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

29For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

30Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

31What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

32He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

33Who shall lay anything to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.

34Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36As it is written: For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

37Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

38For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

We too must find this kind of love or we cannot be called the children of God at all! How can we find this love for all mankind as Christ has shown and then go out with them of the world and do as they do as they kill one another for the sake of man’s philosophies? To know God and to have His mind is to have a sound mind, with rational right just judgments being made in righteousness, which is of His will, not man’s doctrines or teachings! The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom (Prov.1:7; 9:10; Ps.111:10), fear not what man can do to you, but fear Him who can cast your souls in hell, for eternity! Mt.10:28And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. Which is mandatory for those who put their will before His will, which is His words to us! Are we stronger than He? My thinking is God’s word will be forever just as He said it was, Mt.24:35Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. Sounds to me God is going to have His way no matter what man says about it!

We see that in the KJV the word Holy is used a total of 597 times; out of that 422 times is the word Holy used in the Old Testament and in the New Testament it is used 175 times, something tells me we had better be Holy as He is Holy being His Spirit is HOLY as He is HOLY!

Hypocrisy or being a Hypocrite is the fastest way through Hell’s gate!

 We are to remove all Hypocrisies, with a few other traits Peter listed in 1 Pt.2:1, the only time that word was used in that fashion in the KJV.

Next came Hypocrisy in the Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance; where hypocrisy was used 6 times, once in the O. T. in Is.32:6 and five times in the N. T. starting at Mt.23:28; Mk.12;15; Lk.12:1; 1 Tm.4:2; and last in Jms.3:17.

Next comes Hypocrite starting in Job13:16 and used 7 times in the O. T. and 3 times in the N. T. For the sake of time I will just list the verses for reference for your own Bible study. Job 13:16; 17:8; 20:5; 27:8 and lastly in Job 34:30. Next is Prov.11:9; Is.9:17; Mt.7:5; Lk.6:42; Lk.13:15.

Next was Hypocrite’s only used once in the KJV, in Job 8:13.

Hypocrites which was used the most, it was used in the O. T. only 3 times, Job 15:34; 36:13; and in Is.33:14. Now for the N. T. it was used 17 times starting at Mt.6:2; 6:5; 6:16; 15:7; 16:3; 22:18; 23:13-15; 23:23; 23;25; 23:27; 23:29; 24:51; Mk.7:6; Lk.11:44; 12:56.

Next the word Hypocritical is used only two times, both in the O. T. in the KJV, first in Ps.35:16 and then it is seen in Is.10:6.

To me this word and its derivatives, is one of the most fearful words in the whole bible, for it shows us a nature that is being deceived by a delusional mind, for no rational mind would allow this to happen in their lives, knowing the final outcome and where it will without a doubt lead us to, if we allow this tendency and characteristic to remain in our natural lives! This is one of the fleshes most used diversionary tactics for us now who following after Jesus, just as all those who say no one can be perfect. This is used by Satan time and time again, knowing full well God would not tell us to do something and make something required that was impossible for us to do, with Him being prefect and us called to be prefect as He is perfect, as used in Mt.5:48, for this is what all the law and the prophets, or testimonies are hung on or pinned to, and that is love for your brother as you would have him love you! Knowing this that the goodness of God has led you to repentance, Ro.2:4, so how much more are we to do as well? You cannot forgive your brother and seek out revenge for what he has done wrong to you! For we will be judged as we meet out our judgment to others as well, Mt.7:1Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

3And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

4Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

5Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.

6Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

7Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

8For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

9Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?

10Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?

11If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

12Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

13Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at:

14Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

15Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

24Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

25And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

26And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

27And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

28And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:

29For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

Most so called Christians can’t even make it out of the book of Matthew, chapter 5, before they have messed up in the will of God in following His directions for us! Let alone getting to chapter 7 seen here. If it takes all scripture living in us to be called Righteousness of God, so we can have works that are worthy of repentance, seen by our Apostle Paul’s own hand, Ac.26:19-20. How can we find Holiness without His living words breathing life into our lives for us without works worthy of repentance? This is the greatest Hypocrisy of all and that is of self-righteousness! You cannot walk with God unless we have humbled this flesh and carnal nature that has been working on us from birth, for the flesh wants what the flesh wants to make it happy, and pleasurable, even to the point of making necessities for sustaining life seem like a lustful pleasure, such as eating and drinking, for even gluttony and drunkenness is of the flesh, which is covetousness, which will not enter into His kingdom, we are called to mortify this flesh, crucify this flesh and bear our crosses daily, Lk.9:23And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me*.

24For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.

25For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?

26For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father’s, and of the holy angels.

  1. 14: 25And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them,

26If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

27And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.

28For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?

29Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,

30Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.

31Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand?

32Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace.

33So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.

34Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned?

35It is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill; but men cast it out. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Are we taught the cost of discipleship before we are baptized, how then can we really repent and change our ways, if we have not been taught what it is that Jesus is looking for in a child who is to call himself or herself by His name; if they do not know what they are getting into? We cannot walk into this thing without knowing the costs of death to self and life to Christ in us, (without knowing what Christ went through), that is what we are all called to do for Him, just as He died for us we too are to die for Him and the Gospel’s sake, Mk.8:34-38!

Just as He gave His life for all, we too are to do the same are we not? This means making new and right choices that are right in His eyes, not the world’s! The world is going to Hell and is Hell that will be home to all those who are bound to it by their flesh and activities or works! For we all will have to give an account for the fruit we raised up, is it going to be pleasing to God who will have to judge it? There is only one choice He will make that will be pleasing to us, and that is of acceptance; that is based on His words to us! We either make the criteria of Righteous and Holy or we fall short of His glory and are found worthless, and must be thrown into the fire, with all the refuse and trash! That is the final outcome of this planet of ours and for that reason was it created for Satan and the fallen angles, who left their first estate! We were created to have dominion over them, something made out of dirt of the earth was to have dominion over God’s once Ordained, Anointed and Holy Angles, who were supposed to be ministering spirits for God’s work and desires, were to be governed by mud with life blown into it to make it a living soul, called mankind, made in the image of God, in His Likeness, perfect in every way because God doesn’t make any junk! So why do we think we have the right to go and start trying to dress it up with painting colors all over it? He gave man a beard to show his difference from that of woman, and He told us not to round the corners of it, we are to leave it alone, we can cut it and keep it trimmed up and neat in appearance, but we are to leave its natural growth the way it will grow that is from the beginning, we are not to go around shaping it, making it look like something it was not intended to naturally look like, that is unique to each of us because it was given to us from God alone! Even Jesus had a beard, and He is the way, the truth and the life we too are to live as He has shown us to do with ours as well, speaking of living our lives! If a beard was good enough for Him it should be good enough for us as well!

We need to return to our roots as Jesus is the root of King David, the bright and Morning Star, how much brighter are we to be? Beings we have Him supposedly living in us or we cannot be the light at the top of the hill that is in His church in His city for all to see, Mt.5:1And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him:

2And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,

3Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

4Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

5Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

6Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

7Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

8Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

9Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

10Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

11Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

12Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

13Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

14Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid.

15Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

16Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

17Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

21Ye have heard that it was said of them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:

22But I say unto you: That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother: Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

23Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee;

24Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.

25Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.

26Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing.

27Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:

28But I say unto you: That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

29And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

30And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

31It hath been said: Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement:

32But I say unto you: That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

33Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths:

34But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God’s throne:

35Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.

36Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.

37But let your communication be: Yea, yea: Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.

38Ye have heard that it hath been said: An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:

39But I say unto you: That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

40And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also.

41And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.

42Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

43Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.

44But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

45That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

46For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? Do not even the publicans the same?

47And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? Do not even the publicans so?

 48Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect! We do not get to leave one word undone, for all His scriptures are life or death to us, we either obey and walk in His light that He Himself had to walk in or we walk in our own ways which are the ways of a carnal, worldly man, which are not His ways and we will end up dying the death of a sinner! We do not get to pick and choose with this Holy Bible as to what scriptures we would like to leave in or throw out, this is not a buffet that is to your tastes or to your likening’s! We either live for God or we don’t and just think we do, while we lay snugly and smugly on our pillow of sin, hoping God’s grace which is for His Favour for those who are doing His will, which you try to cover your nonselfrighteousness up in; in your hypocritical, delusional, idolatry of denominational religion! Repent and return to your first love; Hag.1:5Now therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts: Consider your ways.
