Are We Walking in the Ways of God?

If not we are not a True disciple of Jesus Christ, or you would-be found in agreement with His words to us as well as all the Apostles words, Jn.15:20; Jn.14:15!

Eph.5:25Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish!

Before we make such blanket terms of Salvation we must ask ourselves have we done all that we are required to do to receive Jesus’ Salvation (1 Cor.10:21-22; and 1 Cor.11:31-32)? We must present ourselves to Him in perfection, which is only obtained by living in His words to us, Jn.8:51Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death. That is why Jesus said this in Lk.6:46And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

Did we do as the men did who asked Peter what must be done for them to receive salvation? As seen in Ac.2:37Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? Why should we do as the Apostles say any ways? Jesus said if we would keep His sayings, we would keep theirs too: Jn.15:20Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. You see Jesus gave the Apostles the keys to loosen or to bind on earth and even in heaven (Mt.16:19 as seen in 1 Pt.2:4-12, but beware, see Mt.21:44!), and they were ordained by Jesus in verse 16 here! They have His authority because Jesus knew He was going to pour out His Holy Spirit into them on the day that His True Church was created on the day of Pentecost seen in the Holy Scriptures that were Holy Spirit inspired (2 Tm.3:16-17), seen in 2 Pt.1:19-21 and 1 Pt.9-11, who is the “Day Star.” As we look back to the day when about three thousand members said, “What must we do” to the Apostles of Jesus Christ in Ac.2:37? The answer was given and it has not and never will be changed by anyone ever! We see the Apostles answer for they all stood with Peter here in one accord! The answer given was this: Ac.2:38Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 39For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call. 40And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

This is exactly what Jesus was saying in Jn.3:3Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 4Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born? 5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. 8The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

This was explained to us by the Apostle Paul as well in Ro.8:8So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

Without the Baptism of the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ living in you; you are still none of His yet still! Unless we have His Spirit we cannot have His mind seen in 1 Cor.2:1-16 and without His mind we have no thought to how we consider His written words to us unless we have Him who wrote it living in us to show us which way He wants to blow us in our lives. We will be still be in our will, without the true interpreter in us to show us His Truths that are required to walk as he determines for our lives, according to His scriptures, He has given to us to cleanse us, Jn.15:3 as we follow Him in word and in deed in everything that we do and say, Col.3:17. Many will look for the right way to go and will not be able to find it as seen in Mt.7:13Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Only when we are baptized in His Spirit (Jn.14:18) in us can we decipher His words to us line upon line as seen in Is.28:9Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. 10For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: 11For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people (Ac.2:1-4). 12To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear (Today’s Emerging Church, who say speaking in tongues is not for us today, even when the Apostle Paul has said to us in; 1 Cor.14:39Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues.).

Or you will end up as one of these here in verse 13:13But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

Do you or have you spoken in a heavenly language, has the gifts of the Holy Spirit been confirmed in your life as seen in 1 Cor.1:1Paul called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother, 2Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both their’s and our’s: 3Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. 4I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; 5That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; 6Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: 7So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: 8Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. 10Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

Having the same gospel speaking of one accord knowing who Jesus really is, by having a conversion in your life that has transformed your soul, with a heart of love, regenerated into His fashioning. This is what was talked about in Rev.19:10And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus, worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy!

That we may know that when we worship Jesus we are worshipping the Father manifested in the flesh of Jesus Christ as shown to us by Jesus, Himself in Jn.14:7-18 or we do not worship Him in Spirit and in Truth, His Truths, that is required unless we know Jesus as the I Am, seen in Ex.3:14 as well as Jn.8:58 as He revealed to us Himself seen in Mt.11:25At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. 26Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight. 27All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. 28Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me (2 Pt.3:18); for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

As we do what Jesus said to do here and learn of Him and then we will know Him in Spirit and in His Truths, Jn.4:23-24! God is the Holy Spirit manifested in the flesh as seen in 1 Tm.3:16And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. Only when we know Jesus as the Almighty God, seen in Is.9:6 who is the Eternal Father, as well as the Prince of Peace, can we know who John the Baptist baptized as revealed in scripture seen in Is.40:3The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.

Every Jew in the History of man has always known only One God as seen in Deu.6:4Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: 5And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. 6And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: 7And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.

That is why a Trinitarian will never win a Jew to Christ Jesus unless you can show him Jesus is the Messiah, the Anointed One, who is from above (Jn.8:23-24)! Who is God revealed in the flesh the Holy One seen in Lk.1:35, who then is the Begotten God in the Greek original writings of Jn.1:18, who is in the bosom of the Omnipresent Holy Spirit who is God as told to us by Jesus in Jn.4:24! This is also seen in scripture in Is.44:6Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his (Israel’s) Redeemer the LORD of hosts; I AM the first, and I AM the last; and beside me there is no God!

This is shown a number of times all they way through the Holy Bible as well, just as God said let there be light in Gen.1:3, Jesus is that light, Jn.8:12, every time God said anything about Himself to identify Himself Jesus used the same symbolism to identify Himself as well! Seen in Mk.12:29And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: 30And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. 31And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these. 32And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he: 33And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices. 34And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God. And no man after that durst ask him any question.

Jesus is the door to the Kingdom of God, the Kingdom of God was standing right in front of the scribe who answered discreetly! Just as Jesus did when He told every one how to repent for the Kingdom of God was at hand in Mt.4:17From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Just as seen in Mt.12:28But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. As well as Lk.11:20But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you. Whose finger is Jesus using? God’s, because God said in Isaiah that He would not ever give His glory to another, Is.42:8I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. See also Is.48:11For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another. 12Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I AM He; I AM the First, I also am the Last. Jesus has shown us time and time again the glory of God manifested in Him Jn.11:40 (see verses also 24-26), Lk.17:11And it came to pass, as he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. 12And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off: 13And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. 14And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed. 15And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God, 16And fell down on his face at his (Jesus’) feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. 17And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? 18There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. 19And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.

These scriptures were shown to us by the apostle Paul who was taught by Jesus in the deserts of Arabia for three years, near Damascus; as we look to scripture to see God in Jesus by the glory of God being seen in Jesus’ face; 2 Cor.4:6For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. This was shown by Paul again to us in 1 Cor.2:1And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God: 2For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.

3And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. 4And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: 5That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

6Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: 7But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: 8Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

Jesus is the bread that came down from heaven which they did eat in the wilderness, but Jesus that we all must eat to have life eternal by knowing Him, Jesus, is the very will of God made flesh, which is the Word of God made flesh as seen in Jn.1:1-14 and only those who know who Jesus is can be they who are manifested to be born again of God seen in Jn.1:12But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. Who have been purchased by the blood of the Holy Spirit seen in Ac.20:28Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. The Holy Spirit has no blood until He fashioned Himself in a seed of Mary the seed of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and to the Tribe of Judah was it promised the Messiah would come, Gen.49:8Judah, thou art he whom thy brethren shall praise: thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father’s children shall bow down before thee. 9Judah is a lion’s whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up? 10The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be. 11Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass’s colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes: 12His eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk.

This was revealed to us in Rev.1:7Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. 8I am Alpha (The First) and Omega (The Last), the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty (Is.9:6).

as we look to scripture again in Rev.1:12And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; 13And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. 14His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; 15And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. 16And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength. 17And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: 18I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Our Jesus as seen in Is.49:24Shall the prey be taken from the mighty, or the lawful captive delivered? 25But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children. 26And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the (Al) mighty One of Jacob! Jesus is the bread of life that we must adhere to or we shall never dwell with Him seen in Mt.4:4But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. The words that Jesus were given to Him by the Father who lives in the flesh of Jesus, who is all God and all man, Jn.6:63! Seen in scripture; 1 Tm.3:16And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. To see Jesus is to see the One God in the flesh as seen in Jn.12:45And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me. For the Father and Jesus are One! Jn.10:30I and my Father are one. The Jews picked up stones to stone Jesus for God had revealed to them that he was their Messiah, the one who was to come and rule over them and show them the way to God’s own Kingdom that was to live in them, for it is not a material Kingdom, but will be in us, as it was in Jesus, who is the gateway, to eternity, Jn.14:6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

7If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him! 8Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 9Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?

10Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. 11Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me (How can God the Father be in Jesus unless God is the Holy Spirit indwelling Jesus as well as He is supposed to be in us as seen in Ro.8:9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.): Or else believe me for the very works’ sake. Are we gifted with his works in us, Lk.18:7-8? This is faith that is put in action must have confirmational works, Jn.14:14!

If we know who Jesus is greater things than He did we can do also, if we have His Holy Spirit in us, who will confirm His presence in us as seen in the Epistles, for the epistles were written for those whom His Holy Spirit, had been confirmed in them to have been anointed in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, seen in 1 Cor.1:1Paul called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother, 2Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both their’s and our’s: 3Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. 4I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; 5That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; 6Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: 7So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: 8Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Have we proved that we are Jesus’ by His Spirit manifesting Himself in us? We are called to prove all things and to refrain from the very appearances of all evil (1 Thes.5:21-22!) to be seen as Righteous and Holy vessels of God living in us, for the Kingdom of God to be seen in us, 2 Cor.6:14Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 16And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. 18And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. Lk.17:20And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

That is why if we are not seen as one of these seen in the book of Ac.2:1And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. 3And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.and it sat upon each of them! 4And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance!

If we have not had this experience, we are not one of Jesus’ yet still for God changes not, Mal.3:6 and He is the same yesterday, today and forevermore, Heb.13:8! He gave this for a sign for all the world to know it is of His will for us to be baptized into His Baptism the one baptism Paul talked about in Eph.4:3Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all (Jn.1:17, see Ac.11:15-18, from Ac.10:44-48 as evidence givne of God’s Repentance, His gift of Grace to us, which is jesus’ Spirit in us, Ro.8:9! One of the few chosen, Mt.7:14; 20:16 and 22:14!), 7But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ!

This was and is still the unity of the true Apostolic Church of the Living God in Jesus Christ, who is both LORD and the CHRIST, Ac.2:36 as well as LORD of ALL, Ac.10:36; by which all Salvation comes (Jn.5:39) by being baptized in His name only as seen in scripture, Ac.4:12, for there is no other name or way in which we can find salvation but in the way the Apostles’ who had the keys to heaven have shown us in scripture, Ac.2:37Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? 38Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 39For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call. 40And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

When we get all this done by and with a pure heart being one with our LORD in word and in deed (Amos3:3), Col.3:17 and by keeping to all scripture so we can be found perfect in all works (2 Tm.3:16-17), thoroughly furnished with all scripture living in us which cleanses us, Jn.15:3 from our filth of this world that lies in wickedness, 1 Jn.5:19, then and only then can we begin to live in unity with our Lord and Saviour as one; seen in Jn.17:1-ffs! Only then after knowing the cost of Discipleship can we weigh the costs and see if repentance is at all possible in our lives, because it only comes from a pure heart and a made up mind as a loving servant; looking to please only Jesus and to serve Him as He served us with all His life; we too are required to do the same as He did or we are not really followers of Him at all! We will be found as one of these who worship a god of their own making (Ro.3:4), as St. John warned about in 1 Jn.5:21, for not knowing the “One True God” seen in 1 Jn.5:20! Not some persons of some imaginary philosophy of men’s teachings called a “Holy Trinity” that is a sure way to Hells gate, worshipping men’s teachings as commandments of God as seen in Is.29:13Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men: 14Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid. As Jesus referred to in Mt.15:7Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, 8This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. 9But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

We either listen to those who had the Keys to heaven or we perish listening to Luther, to Calvin, to Origin, to Tertullian and to a whole host of others called the Forefathers of the Roman Catholic Church who have changed dates and times as well as Dogma of the Apostle’s who are the only ones who Jesus gave the right to set Dogma or Doctrines to begin with, seen in Mt.7Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying, 8This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. 9But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. This goes for any age it is happening in!

We are not our own, we who have been baptized into the glorious name of Jesus our Christ, we are His to do with what He will’s for our lives, this in fulfilling Jn.3:8, for our lives! We are to lay down our lives for Him and the gospel (Mk.8:34-38), in order to be seen worthy of Him. Lk.14:25And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them, 26If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple!

27And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple!

28For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? 29Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, 30Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.

31Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand? 32Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace. 33So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple! Have we really forsaken all? Have we given up on the worldy pleasures of the flesh in our lives? The flesh wars against the Holy Spirit, Gal.5:16This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 17For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. 18But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

34Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned? 35It is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill; but men cast it out. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

No one can receive this message unless they have been born of a supernatural Spirit regenerating them into His likeness, only they who are born of God can be found as one of those seen in Mt.18:1At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? 2And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, 3And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. 4Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me. 6But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. 7Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh! This (His chosen few!) are seen as one of these too, Mt.5:8Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. As well as 2 Tm.2:19Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. 20But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. 21If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work. 22Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 23But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes. 24And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, 25In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; 26And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

Unless we walk in the scriptures as our instructions in our lives we do not have Favour or God’s grace, for the word of God is His grace to us, Ac.20:24 and verse 32 shows us these things, and we can only do these things when His spirit leads us into His Truths. Our Lord God made it impossible for the world to come to Him unless they have put on Christ Jesus and He is formed in us, Gal.4:19, for He is the wisdom and power of God in us, 1 Cor.1:24 seen in 2 Cor.5:19To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 20Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God. 21For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Without His regeneration, we cannot be Holy or Righteousness which is required to be a Saint, Holy (hagiois, Strong’s # 40) Vessel of Gold or of God, seen in 2 Cor.6:14Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 16And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. 18And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. As well as 1 Cor.6:11And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God! This is the word that the world cannot receive because it knows not who Jesus is, as testified by St. John in 1 Jn.3:1Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 2Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 3And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. 4Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. 5And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. 6Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. 7Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. 8He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 9Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 10In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother. 11For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. 12Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous. 13Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you. 14We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death. 15Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. 16Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. 17But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him? 18My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. 19And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him. 20For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. 21Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. 22And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 23And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 24And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us. 1 Jn.4:1Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. 4Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 5They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. 6We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error. 7Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 8He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 9In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. 10Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

Only they the doers of the word of God are found to be one of these, Jn.8:51Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death. Lk.11:28But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it. Fait in the Lord is shown by us walking as He walked while on this earth, or we are walking in our own beliefs and our ways are not His ways. Is.55:6Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: 7Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts (Prov.12:15; Prov.14:12 and Prov.16:25!): and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. 8For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. 9For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Jms.2:14What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? 15If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, 16And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? 17Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. 18Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. 19Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 20But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? 21Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? 22Seest thou how faith wrought (is forged) with his works, and by works was faith made perfect (See Ac.26:19-20)? 23And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. 24Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. 25Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? 26For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also!

If we walk as the world walks we are still in the world of wickedness, 1 Jn.5:19 and we will find ourselves an enemy of God as well, Jms.4:1From whence come wars and fightings among you? Come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? 2Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. 3Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. 4Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. 5Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain: The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy? 6But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. 7Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. 9Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. 10Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Have we humbled ourselves unto all scripture in our lives? If not we are in our filth still. We will have no part of the inheritance or the heritage of the divine promises unless we bear His name in our lives; or we will have no right to the promises, will we? Therefore, “Thus sayeth our LORD God:”

Rev.2:4Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. 5Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
