I though most of your article on Phil Robinson was right on, you missed a couple of points being you are a lawyer and not a true theologian; but I though your article, a very well written article, except for the LOL’s there is nothing at all funny about sin no matter how you look at it, wether forgiven or on going! I would suggest a more in depth study of the history of the First and Second Century Church History which is expanded upon by Phillip Schaff (8 vol. set) even to a Alexander Roberts, ed. that is 38 Volumes before saying for a fact how the scriptures came into being, unless you actually study under a Catholic diocese for they have all the complete writing of the church father’s if you care to call them that but I do not, because Jesus said do not call any man father for you have one father which is in heaven!

With this said I can only hope you have taken your study of the holy Bible to scripture only and leave the Dogma of the Roman Catholic and even the Protestant, Calvinism, and Luther-ism’s alone and have an Holy Ghost experience such as called out in Ac.2:1-4 for your guiding influences in exegesis, for only He can lead you into all truths; that relate not only to scripture but actually putting it to life’s experience were we actually put our beliefs to practice so that our beliefs will then be works of faith as talked about in Jms. chapter 2! It takes all scripture harmonized and in full practice in our lives before we can have good and perfect works; which I know even some say they are saved by faith and grace alone but they have not even a clue to the true meaning, or not even a true Biblical definition of the meaning of God’s Grace; not of a dictionary or any Encyclopedias meaning either but the word of God, for the true meaning of God’s Grace; you will find it in Ac.20:24But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God. Which is this: 32And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, (2 Tm.3:16-17; Ac.26:19-20! Mt.4:17 without Repentance, Righteousness, and Holiness, which only comes by having Jesus’ own Spirit living in you (Jn.14:18), so that you can even have a clue to His mind 1 Cor.2:1-16 we are still lost! Only His word living in you is able to build you in His fashion, Gal.4:19! Through an active prayer life praying in the true Holy Ghost making intercession for you!): which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. 33I have coveted no man’s silver, or gold, or apparel. 34Yea, ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me. 35I have shewed you all things, how that so laboring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive. 36And when he had thus spoken, he kneeled down, and prayed with them all.

You are on your way though I applaud you in your effort; but you have much more reading and studying to do my friend before you step out in the role of pastor-ring Phil or anyone else: Many make the assumption that just because they went to a school of Higher learning (College or Seminary) that this is where you will find all knowledge. It is not; 1 Jn.2:20But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. This is the only place to tape into all knowledge and that is from the Spirit of Jesus Christ living inside you; for He taught the Old Testament prophets as well as some of us who are modern day prophets and even today’s Apostles, yes there are some of these today as well! Jesus is the giver of the gifts of His Holy Spirit; I can prove this in scripture; do not take my word for it but His; See 2 Pt.1:20-21 (19-21) because we have a more sure word of prophecy, Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy; Rev.19:10 as we see in 1 Pt.1: 9Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls. 10Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently,* who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you*: 11*Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them* did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. You see here Peter says that the Spirit of Jesus Christ was in them which is a contradiction of terms unless the Holy Spirit and the Spirit of Christ are one in the Same! Which is understandable only if the Holy Spirit who leads you into all truths shows you this is not confusion, as we look to another somewhat confusing terminology seen by the Apostle Paul in Ro.8:9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

Here we see that the Spirit of God is the Spirit of Jesus Christ or it would be a contradiction of terms if it was translated to the Roman Catholic view of the so called holy trinity. Unless we understand the God is a Spirit as seen in Jn.4:24 spoken by Jesus Himself being He is God in the flesh, Mt.1:23 our Immanuel God with us as seen by Is.40:3The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Is this not what the last old age or Old Testament prophet of God did? John the Baptist baptized Jesus in the Jordan not because He had sin, some say He did from His mother Mary but this is untrue because if she a devout Jew, her sins would have been forgiven until next year if she kept the festivals; but she was God blessed and the handmaiden of the LORD! Jesus has no sin all sin was laid upon Him at the cross (2 Cor.5:21), Jesus had John the Baptist baptize Him for one reason, well actually more than that but I’ll only give these two; One, to show us the true way to salvation in the new age covenant, to be buried with Him in a watery grave, Ro.6:3Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 5For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: 6Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. 7For he that is dead is freed from sin. 8Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: 9Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. 10For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. Just like Jesus said I am the way the truth and the life we must follow or we are none of His yet still, Jn14:6! Second, Col.2: 3In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

4And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.

5For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.

6As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:

7Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

8Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

9For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

10And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

11In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: 12Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. 13And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; 14Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; 15And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. We are no longer our own we have been bought with the blood of God…Ac.20:28Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. The Holy Spirit purchased us with His own blood the blood of God;             1 Tm.3:16And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory!

I don’t know why it is so hard to understand that the Omnipotent all powerful God made Himself a body just as scripture says in Heb.10:5Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: 6In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure. Because He was unsatisfied with their continual a basement of His ordinances, that He had to come to earth Himself to cleans humanity and give us again power by His Holy Spirit living in us to go and sin no more by His Spirit living in us, as seen in Ac.2:1-4, for the gifts of God are without repentances which come down from above, Jms.1:16-17 & Ac.2:38Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 39For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call. 40And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation. We are to keep all the commandments of God our Lord Jesus Christ as seen in Jn14:15 and Jn15:1-20Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. Jesus was speaking to the soon to be Apostles here, they alone were given the keys to heaven to loosen and to bind on earth as well as in Heaven, why? Because they had Jesus’ Spirit in them the very Spirit of God who everyone understands without a doubt that God the Father in one person, which is a philosophical term really, God is totally OTHER and is Deity a divine essence which has all knowledge and is Omnipresent, everywhere at once, and there is no way God could do that unless He was a Spirit or we all would have to live inside God as germs in His being and that is exactly what Pantheism is!

God can only be Spirit for all our spirits were made or given to us by Him alone; Ecc.12:7Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. He alone is the one who will divide our body and our spirit and our souls or allow us to be complete in Him because He is the maker of even our souls; Is.57:16For I will not contend for ever, neither will I be always wroth: for the spirit should fail before me, and the souls which I have made. Be afraid of Him who can cast out into outer darkness or cut asunder meaning to cut in two or the dividing of our human nature to its core elements and cast into Hell! This is our all powerful God. So why on earth would anyone be silly enough to believe Philosophical mumbo jumbo from the second, third, all the way to the fifth century church of the Roman Catholics who invited Paganism into the church of the living God and who substituted pagan gods for dead saints and their bishops, as well as Mariology and Mariolatry which are nothing but superstitions, the same one that gave us the trinity Dogma which is not even substantiated in scripture, and conflicts with is constantly, Is.44 and chapter 45, God is all by Himself and there is no other and never will be! Jesus is the creator of everything and all things were made by Him Jn.1:1-14 who is the begotten God in some manuscripts in verse 18 of Jn.1! Which does not conflict with Zec.12:10And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced: When we understand God is the Holy Spirit which is the only one in the Bible who has a blaspheme clause attached to Him as seen in Mt.12:31-32 and given in the Old Testament we cannot blaspheme God’s Name; What is that name; Ex.3:13And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them? 14And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

Who did Jesus show the Israelite Priest who He was? Jn.8:25Then said they unto him, Who art thou? And Jesus saith unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning. From the beginning of time Jesus is the I Am, Gen.1:1-2 God is a Spirit or correctly translated “Spirit God”, in the Original not Spirit of God. But look at verse three in Gen. God said let there be light (God’s Glory began to shine forth!), who does Jesus say He is, Jn.8:12Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. Jesus has shown Himself to be God who is from Eternity; let us look again in the same chapter, Jn.8:24I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that “I AM” [he], ye shall die in your sins. 25Then said they unto him, Who art thou? And Jesus saith unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning. To even clarify it so there can be no doubt Jesus went even further; look to verse; Jn.8:56Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad. 57Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham?

58Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I AM!What did the Sanhedrin do? They began looking for stones to stone Jesus, for claiming to be just exactly who they knew He was saying He was, the I Am! We even have scriptural evidences that is exactly who Jesus is, Look to Is.6For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. It does not take a College degree to see that this is talking about our Immanuel, Mt.1:23 who is God manifested in the flesh, 1 Tm.3:16 which was stated by Isaiah himself to Hezekiah in Is.7:14 for a sigh of what our great God was about to do so we would know it when it happened, so we would know it was of God Himself doing all things!

Unless we understand who Jesus really is and not some part of some manmade trilogy, we cannot worship Him in Truth and in His Spirit as called out by scripture for us to do, Jn.4:23-24God is a Spirit: (Spoken by the one who ought to know, Jesus Himself!) and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Another contradiction against the trinity by scripture not me but by scripture is this one; the Roman Catholic’s from whom we get this trinity says that the Father is not Jesus and that Jesus is not the Father or that the Holy Spirit is not the Father or Jesus and yet all three of them are God; this in itself is an oxymoron a paradox ail statement in terms; and if we can find fault with anyone axiom then the whole Hypothesis is refutable and a contradiction of terms build on a unfound or unsound truth, which cannot be built on any longer: One of the best quotes I like are these two I found while reading another book of history called, “Their Story: 20th Century Pentecostals” by Fred J. Foster who started out being Trinity with the Assemblies of God. In the book he gives two examples of what all men should endeavor to strive for no matter their calling or profession; Emerson said, “The greatest homage we can pay to truth is to use it.” Stopfard A. Brooke said, “If a thousand old beliefs were ruined in our march for truth, we must still march on.”

Now all of this was said over the argument on water baptism and how it was supposed to be done! I will stay on target though and return to topic; Jesus said without a doubt that He and the Father are one in the same, Jn.12:45And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me. Because Jesus came in His Father’s name you know the one we are not to blaspheme; Ex.20:7Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. Jesus said I come in My Father’s name; in the Hebrew terminologies when a child is given a name that child is that name it is prophetic and becomes one with the individual. If one would search this out in scripture and find out what people’s names means in the scriptures given to us it brings in a new level of appreciation to what happened in scripture, it even makes since to their names which coincides with what happened in the events as well! Jesus said even said our names are written in the Book of life, is not the Holy Bible our Book of life or death; to those who keep all of its truths in their hearts and minds will find life, Jer.31:31-34, and those who do not will find the Lake of fir were the worm dieth not and the fire is never quenched (Mk.9) and you become the fuel for that fire, Eze.21:31-32; Eze.22:30-31! Anyway Jesus told the Disciples in Jn14:7If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. 8Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 9Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father? 10Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. 11Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake. This is why the Apostle John said if we have the Father we have the Son and if we have Jesus we have the Father for they are one in the same, Jn.10:30I and my Father are one. 31Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. Even Jude knew this; 1Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called: 25To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen. See the teaching of Titus; Tit.2:10Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.

11For the grace (Word the Word of God was made flesh, Jn.1:14) of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,

 12Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

13Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; (Ac.20:28 and look to Jn.20:28 with God nothing is coincidental!)

14Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

15These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee. You see how the Roman Catholic Church twisted their teachings to fit their theologies which if you study out the true meaning of Dogma is a theology based on nothing but Philosophical imaginations! It is not scripturally pure!

So before we get to preaching to others let us make sure we are structurally sound in our theologies; see my blog-sight and if you will seek you shall find, Mt.6:33 but we need to seek in His Righteousness as seen in 2 Cor.5:19-21 who are one of these; 2 Cor.6:14Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 16And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. 18And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Who have been baptized correctly not as man’s traditions and rituals but as the Apostles showed us how to do it; Ac.2:37Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? 38Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 39For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call. 40And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation. 41Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. Another example; Ac.8:14Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John: 15Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost: 16(For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.) 17Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost. Ac.10:44While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. 45And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. 46For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter, 47Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? 48And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord: Then prayed they him to tarry certain days. Even this got Peter in trouble with the elders in Jerusalem; but Peter showed them that it was of God because Cornelius’ house had received the Holy Spirit the same as all of them had by the evidences of His presence in you; look to chapter 11:1- 15And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning.

16Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost (and with fire, Mt.3:11 because God is an all consuming fire, Heb.12:29!). 17Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God?

18When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life. Jn.3:3-8 says we must be born-again of water and of Spirit this is that act, it is for us today as well as back then God changes not; Mal.3:6 and the gifts from above are without repentances Jms.1:16-17! Heb.13:8 His word is for us today as it was in the days of the Apostles, we have not and will not jump to another dispensation until Jesus comes for His bride! Mt.5:17-20 without righteousness that exceeds that of the scribes we will not enter into His Kingdom, Jesus is that Kingdom, Mt.4:17From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Most commentaries interpret these words “at hand” to mean near; this is not so; I will show it in scripture that Jesus is the Kingdom of God! Mt.12:28But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. Luke heard the same story this way and it still does not contradict the other; Lk.11:20But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you. You see Jesus is the finger of God because God is the Holy Spirit and is the very mind or heart of God and Power which is His Essence by which Jesus was conceived by, Mt.1:18; 20 and 23! God with Us!

It is absurd to think that the allpowerful God would need help from anyone or anything to save His creation that He called into existence by the power of His mind as a spoken thought, that he would not do it Himself! When Jesus said on the cross My God My God why have you forsaken Me? It was prophetically being spoken Jesus knew exactly what He was doing up there on the cross, He knew He had the power to lay down His life and to pick it up again, it was told to Him by the Father the Holy Spirit living in Him; Jesus could not die until the Holy Spirit lifted off of Him so all sin could be applied to Jesus’ flesh as He was the sacrificial “Lamb of God”! The Son of God is a figurative or euphemism of speech; Jesus’ flesh was from the sure mercies given to King David making Jesus’ flesh truly the Son of God, see 2 Sam.22- chapter 23! This is in full agreement to Gen.49:8Judah, thou art he whom thy brethren shall praise: thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father’s children shall bow down before thee. 9Judah is a lion’s whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up? 10The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be. 11Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass’s colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes: 12His eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk. Was this not spoken in the book of Revelation? Sure it was; From Gen. to Rev. every single word of it is about our salvation and the entire world’s deliverance from sin. Jn.5:39Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. 40And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. 41I receive not honour from men. 42But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you. 43I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. Is that not what we do when we receive another man’s theologies or doctrines even Dogma? Only those who have been taught by the Holy Spirit can receive these teachings because they alone gear God’s voice, Jn.8:47He that is of God heareth God’s words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God. These things are Spiritually discerned by His Spirit in us leading us to scripture which will show His mysteries fully explained, only when you have His mind in you! 1 Cor.2:1-6 and 1 Jn.2:20But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things21I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth. 22Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 23Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also (For they are one, Jn.10:30). 24Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father. 25And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life. 26These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.

27But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

28And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. 29If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him.

Even the Apostle Paul who had received his teaching in the deserts of Arabia from none other than Jesus’ Holy Spirit Himself, read Galatians and he will explain it there! Even Paul baptized the same as the other Apostles as we see in Ac.19:1And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples, 2He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost. 3And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John’s baptism. 4Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. 5When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. This is that important, if you have not received this baptism, you have not invoked the name of the Lord Jesus Christ over you and His blood has not been given to cover your sins; Only when we do all things in Jesus’ name is it a Holy Request, Col.3:17And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. See also Jn.14:14If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. People are healed in that name, all power is attached to that name only! There is another reason, there is only one God and there is but one way to worship Him and that is His way, the way His Apostles said to do it, Jn.15:20! This power was not handed down through Peter or anyone else only Jesus can and does equip those for His service, He alone makes Apostles, Prophets, Evangelist, Preachers, and Teachers and so on by the gifting according to ones faith. Read 2 Tm.2:19-22 He alone sees to our hearts and knows what we are capable of handling, He allows us to grow and then He equips so that we come behind lacking nothing:, 1 Cor.1:1-9 before you can get to 1 Cor.2:1-6, we must have been called and then chosen, Ac.7:13-14; 20:16; 22: 14For many are called, but few are chosen.

6And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied7And all the men were about twelve. In order to receive this, you must first believe that all scripture is for us today as well as back then, God knows what He is doing and He has not lost or stopped any of His power from us today, it is all for us, even the raising of the dead, it is happening a lot of times in Africa and even in Asia especially where there are no doctors, people’s faith is stronger there; they know it must have to come from God alone and they stand on His promises; Lk.18:7And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? 8I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? He won’t unless preachers start teaching this is for us today as God’s word is still alive and God cannot lie or repent, Num.23:19; Tit.1:1Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; 2In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; 3But hath in due times manifested his word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour; 4To Titus, mine own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour. (Some more oneness scriptures!): and Heb.6:17Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath: 18That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: 19Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil; Because we are anchored to that (Jesus) which is behind the vail! Which was by the way torn in two from the top down showing that we all have access to Jesus which is the reason for the Holy of Holies when He said one greater that the temple is here, a temple is only as great as who it was built for, the Temple in Jerusalem was built for none other than God Himself; so Jesus being the flesh of God is greater than the temple is He not? Mt.12:6But I say unto you: “That in this place is one greater than the temple!” You also need to remember there is no punctuation in the Greek and it was added by men, some of which had not received the baptism of the Holy Spirit as called out in acts as the evidences confirmed with signs following!

There is no way to learn all of this unless one is instructed from above; Is.28: 9Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts10For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

11For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. Evidences of the Holy Spirit even in the Old Testament because God changes not!

12To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. (Those who receive not this teaching are these, they have a form of godliness but lack the power thereof, to lead an overcoming life, Rev.2 and chapter 3 as well as Jn.16:33!); 13But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken. You see this teaching in Jesus’ parable about the seed sown only one seed out of all four came to maturity (Perfection, Mt.5:48 see also Gen.17:1 God changes not, Mt.24:35!); this is why many are called but only a few will be chosen! He only needs to replace one third of the angels who left their first love and left their first estate. This is the reason God made the earth and put man in charge of it to have dominion over all things in it and on it and under it, see Gen.4:7If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him (Satan). We either have God’s Holy Spirit trying to teach us all things Holy and Spiritual or we have this character trying to deceive all that he can, with man’s terms and philosophical definitions of things of theology, which is like allowing a PhD to operate on your brain! It’s going to get messed up in the process isn’t it? The first thing they try to do is compare Apples and Oranges to Mathematics or Vegetables which are different  and are not comparable to one another at all except in number maybe! People need to leave the explaining and teaching of the gospels to the ones who were truly called to do it! It is a gift from above and only an Apostle and Prophet, has the ability to know exactly the will of God as Jesus allows him to see it and understand it and they always must operate in the realms of scripture it will never contradict one verse in the Holy Bible, it will always edify the body, bring glory to God, and is for our enlightenment, and even sometimes a stern warning to repent and return to your first works, Rev.2:5 or you may be removed for being a hindrance! Even for teaching incorrectly that is why we must always make sure we were called to bring out His truths, Jm.3:1Mybrethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. 2For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body. Or you are a hypocrite only deceiving yourselves! Without His Holiness and Righteousness no man will enter into Him or His Kingdom! The only prayer of a sinner that God will listen to is a prayer for Repentances and Forgiveness: the rest of them are an abomination to Him; Prov.15:8The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD: but the prayer of the upright is his delight. Prov.21:6The getting of treasures by a lying tongue is a vanity tossed to and fro of them that seek death. 7The robbery of the wicked shall destroy them; because they refuse to do judgment. 8The way of man is froward and strange: but as for the pure, his work is right. Because God knows they are only trying to make gain out of the God’s goodness and everlasting mercies, which are only for the elect! Prov.28:9He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination. Here we see everything we believe about God is learned in the Bible, it is His mind and His will for us, Mt.12:31-32; Jn.6:63 Mt.12:46-50 or it had been better for you never to have heard a word of His; Mt.12:43When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. 44Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. 45Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.

For this reason a Good Preacher and Teacher will do as Jesus did and instruct people first about the cost of discipleship, they need to know that when they commit to follow Jesus that take a vow; are they not married to the Groom who is coming for His Bride? Eph.5:26That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish (Perfect) We are only cleansed and washed by the word of God when we keep it..ALL OF IT! We do not and never will get to pick and choose which ones we want to keep! 2 Tm.3:16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. Means we have to do something works, we have to stay in repentance going in a new direction with Christ Jesus never looking back; Lk.9:62And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God. If we are plowing we are working for the Lord are we not? Lk.17:7But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat? 8And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink? 9Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not. 10So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do. Which is seen yet again in scripture; Ro.12:1I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. 3For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. 4For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: 5So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another. 6Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; 7Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; 8Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness. 9Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. 10Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; 11Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; 12Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; 13Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality. 14Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not. 15Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. 16Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits. 17Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. 18If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

19Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. 20Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. 21Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. How many so called Christian services have we had to sit through as the Preacher or Clergy of whatever denomination gave eulogies and praises to our Armed Service men who have so called protected our nation, when it was God’s job to do all along; if we had only put our weak faith to work and done as a good child of the most High God and Trusted In Him alone! If we would have saved all that money on our national defense budget we could have won a lot of people over to Jesus Christ with love and goodness as He has shown to us while we were yet sinner, He lead us back to repentance with His goodness; Ro.2:4Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? Why are we not teaching this in our so called Godly Churches? Instead we are doing no better than the Catholics with their Saint Worship and idolatry making hero worship in church for veterans’, which is going against scripture: Ro.12:19Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. 20Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. 21Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. Mt.5:43Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. 44But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; 45That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. 46For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? 47And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? 48Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

 In closing

 I will lastly show one last time who Jesus is by scripture and pure logical since of scripture only; Is.42:8I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. (Is that not what the Roman Catholic Church has done and is still doing?) Is.48:11For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another. 12Hearken unto me, O Jacob and Israel, my called; I am he; I am the first, I also am the last. This sounds familiar it was said by Jesus in Revelation. Jn.11:40Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? Lk.17:17And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? 18There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.19And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole. 20And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. You see the Kingdom of God is Jesus Christ’s own Holy Spirit living in us! Lastly 2 Cor.4:6For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Jesus has always been God’s presence with mankind; I will show just this last example and then I will be through; Jn.16:27For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God. 28I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: AGAIN, I leave the world, and go to the Father. 29His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb. 30Now are we sure that thou knowest all things (Only God is all knowing! Here the disciples of Jesus became Apostles!), and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God. Mt.1: 20But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. Our God in the flesh of Jesus Christ, 1 Tm.3:16And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. Only God can receive God’s Glory! Lord’s Way Ministries;

The Four Things God Doesn’t Know

JANUARY 9, 2013 6 COMMENTS

Pic9It may seem odd to suggest that Almighty God might not know something. You may have heard of this before but let me encourage you to play along. How can the God who knows when a sparrow falls to the ground anywhere in the world or and who has numbered every hair on every human’s head not know something?

Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Matthew 10:29, 30

God even records every day of our life before we were born.

Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them. Psalm 139:16

Many of us are aware the Bible states that God is Omniscient (all knowing), Omnipotent (all powerful), and Omnipresent (every where all the time). He is the Alpha and Omega the beginning and the end.

For I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things that are not yet done. Isaiah 46:9, 10

Even some leading Astrophysicists, Molecular Biologists and Scientists involved in Quantum Mechanics, have acknowledged that some super-intelligence or master engineer had to have overseen the events of Creation or the Big Bang to bring the universe to where it is today.

Why do they believe this? Because scientists now know that just to create one simple cell requires the simultaneous existence of dozens of proteins and amino acids; in other words these components had to show up on the scene at the same time. Furthermore there needed to be even smaller molecular machines transporting the DNA information throughout the organism.

For thus says the Lord, Who created the heavens, Who is God, Who formed the earth and made it, Who has established it, Who did not create it in vain, Who formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord, and there is no other.Isaiah 45:18

This irreducible complexity doesn’t even factor in the massive amounts of sub atomic particles like atoms, consisting of protons and electrons, which are made of smaller things called “quarks”, which have recently been discovered to consist of even smaller things called “preons”,… all of these things have to be properly aligned and precisely balanced for life to exist. Scientists have also observed all these components are being held together by some invisible energy or power.

God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, Hebrews 1:1-3

If the testimony of Scripture is that God holds our lives and every atom of our universe together, how is it possible us to state that God doesn’t know four things? Just what are these four things?

Number 1 – The First Thing God Doesn’t Know is a Sin He Doesn’t Hate!

These six things the Lord hates, Yes, seven are an abomination to Him: A proud look, A lying tongue, Hands that shed innocent blood, A heart that devises wicked plans, Feet that are swift in running to evil, A false witness who speaks lies, And one who sows discord among brethren. Proverbs 6:16-19

Why does God hate sin so much? Because He sees it for what it really is. He knows the eternal consequences of sin like no one else. He understands it in its entirety. To sin means to miss the mark, to fall short of the glory and holiness of God. Furthermore when we miss the life and the glory of God, we hit something else that is not God.

Whatever is not part of God, will ultimately die because God is the source of life. We are like a battery that will eventually go dead with connection to God. In fact, our life has just enough battery life to allow us to decide whether or not we want to be plugged back into the source of life. That’s what our free-will is all about.

Since God is the source and author of all love, all life, peace, joy, happiness, health and fulfillment, He hates it when we miss Him and hit the death that comes with sin. God see’s the enormous domino effect it has on the human soul and society. God not only sees the damage caused to the one who has sinned, but the ravaging effects it has on others. There is always collateral damage with sin. Sin is like tar; it gets on everything.

We all know about the horrors of the pride and greed of people like Nero, Napoleon, Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Po Pot, Kim Young IL, which we are responsible for killing hundreds of millions of people.

But sin affects every person right where we live.

Right now, there are people in positions of authority that are sinning and their sins are going to affect every one of us reading this.

  • The pharmacist who is lazy and prescribes the wrong medicine.
  • The drunken airline pilot that crashes his plane killing hundreds.
  • The pornographer that produces programing that objectifies woman and destroys families.
  • The food inspector who accepts a bribe and lets tainted baby food into the marketplace, killing dozens of precious babies.
  • The building contractor, who cuts corners with inferior building materials to make more money, and looks the other way when the bridge or high-rise building collapses killing hundreds.
  • The Bernie Madoffs of the world, whose sin of greed will wipe away hundreds of thousands of retirement accounts.
  • The CEO of a military supply company that foment wars which will kill thousands just to keep his stock price high.
  • The criminals that results in every one of us paying higher taxes for police, judges, lawyers, courtrooms, parole officers and prisons.
  • The subtle compromises we all make that allow Hollywood to fund God-hating movies and television programs year after year.
  • Those of us who are carry bitterness and anger for whatever reason end up damaging and emotionally alienating our children, who will often turn to alcohol or drugs to medicate their emotional and psychological wounds. And the cycle continues, generation after generation.

The tragic consequences of our Godlessness and our immorality, is finally breaking the bank of our government. Every time we choose to live contrary God’s laws, we suffer and so does our nation. The government grows bigger and bigger as it tries to fill the gap created by absent fathers. Washington tries to provide the food stamps, child care, and the medical and housing subsidies, along with the increase spending for the costs of crime, which is always associated with inner city, single parent households.

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23

God doesn’t know a sin He doesn’t hate because it is all deadly to our soul. Sin is like Bologna – it’s all sin, no matter how thin you slice it.  You might not think you have sinned much, but who do you compare yourself too. Mother Teresa who gave her entire life away to God by serving the poor in the slums of Calcutta, India – indicated she was helplessly lost and in desperate need of Savior. If she needed a Savior after a lifetime of service where do you and I stand? We fool ourselves when we compare ourselves to others we think are worse than we are.

It is all sin and it makes all of us guilty. Remember Rat Poison is 99% food and only 1% poison. A glass of water can have over 10,000 drops of pure water in it, but 1 drop of anthrax in it will kill several men. Would you drink a glass of water with one drop of anthrax in it?

Jesus gets to the heart of how deadly sin really is.

You have heard that it was said to those of old, You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment. But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to his brother, Raca! shall be in danger of the council. But whoever says, You fool! shall be in danger of hell fire. Matthew 5:22

You have heard that it was said to those of old, You shall not commit adultery. But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Matthew 5:27

None of us escape the consequences of sin – even the cowardly and unbelieving tops the list of sinners listed at the end of the Bible.

He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death. Revelation 21:7, 8

Probably the greatest reason God doesn’t know a sin He doesn’t hate is because it separates us from Him.

Behold, the Lords hand is not shortened, That it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy, That it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God; And your sins have hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear. Isaiah 59:1, 2

We forget that God is a being of a whole different order than we are – He is holy, holy, holy! Remember God is the just judge of the entire universe. We place high standards on our earthly judges and demand them to show no favoritism or partiality in their deliberations, over any individual who has broken the Law. Multiply that need for a judge to be impartial by a billion, and you have an idea of how awesome and just God truly is.

We should remember that sin isn’t always something we do, it’s something we are. It’s part of our nature. Our soul’s clandestine and clever inclination to live independently of God is proof sin is active in us to some degree.

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: Romans 5:12 (Also Romans 3:10-12; 23)

Since Scripture says death has passed upon all men because all have sinned, and mankind’s supposed “sinless human nature” has never hit the mark (the glory of God) anywhere, at any time, it seems reasonable to conclude all have been infected by this terminal “mark missing syndrome”. Some say it’s just a weakness or a frailty – but Romans 3 indicates there is an enmity, a willful (even demonic) resistance to God pulsating in us. That would concur with the concept we have the venom from the original snake bite, from our original parents still in us.

Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin my mother conceived me. Psalm 51:5

Sin cannot exist in His presence – He is too holy and powerful. It’s like a piece of paper trying to exist on the surface of the sun. It just can’t happen without protection.

Number 2 – The Second Thing God Doesn’t Know Is a Sinner He Doesn’t Love!

Come now, and let us reason together, ”Says the Lord, “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool. If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land. Isaiah 1:18, 19

He said to her, “Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?” She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.” John 8:10, 11

This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. John 15:12

For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38, 39

God Doesn’t Know a Sinner He Doesn’t Love!

He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 1 John 4:8

Number 3 – The Third Thing God Doesn’t Know a Way to Save Us Except Through Jesus Christ!

Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:6

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8

For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe. For Jews request a sign, and Greeks seek after wisdom; but we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block and to the Greeks foolishness, but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. 1 Corinthians 1:18-25

Think about this for a moment – the Bible says that Jesus dying on the cross for our sins is the wisdom of God. The all-knowing, Almighty God, the God who organizes all those atoms and molecules and cells and DNA and stars and galaxies, with all of His immense intellectual capacity, came to this conclusion. That Jesus’ sacrificial atoning death is the only way to redeem a person from sin and eternity in hell, while leaving their free will intact. Wow!

Jesus dying on the cross for us speaks volumes; no it actually shouts to us, not onlyabout the greatness of God’s love for us but the severity of the horrific separation and damnation that must await all of us sinners. In fact just looking at the brutality of Jesus torturous death on the cross sends shivers through our imagination… what kind of terrible place is He trying to save us from.

How do we know that God doesn’t know another way to save us besides Jesus? Besides the fact we are dealing with the greatest intellect in the universe, the fact that God sends His only begotten son settles it for all eternity – if there was another way God would have found it. If you are a parent can you even imagine who much love you would have to have for another person to sacrifice your own child? This is love of a whole different order.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16

Number 4 – The Fourth Thing God Doesn’t Know, Is a Better Time Than Right Now to Accept Jesus.

We then, as workers together with Him also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain. For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation. 2 Corinthians 6:1, 2

When a drowning man is thrown a life-preserver he grabs it, When a man falling from an airplane is offered a parachute he grabs it. A person bitten by a king cobra is offered anti-venom he takes it.

Every one listening to this message has now heard the Gospel – and is now accountable for what you have heard. You have received your spiritual MRI – you have seen the X-ray of your soul – now is the time to accept the surgery and take the medicine while there is time.

Not one more second is promised to you or me. A car wreck, a freak accident, a stroke, a brain aneurysm could take us at any moment. Make the right decision for yourself and repent of living life independent of God and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and his sacrifice He made for you today. Bow your knee and make Jesus the Lord and Savior of your life.

You will not only escape the greatest death, but you will discover a new and abundant life full of joy and full of glory. You will discover the real reason you were put on this earth.

To receive Jesus Christ into your life, pray something like this.

Dear God in heaven. I confess that I am a sinner; I have missed Your holy standard in my life. I need You to change me. I repent this day of living my life independent of You and Your Word. I pray to receive Jesus Christ into my life, as my Savior and my Lord. Please forgive me and wash me by the precious blood of Jesus. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, so I can be a new creation in Christ, and live the way You want me to live. I believe You have heard my pray and I Thank you Lord.  In Jesus name, Amen.

If you prayed that prayer anywhere in the world – I pray for you my brother or sister, for the Holy Spirit to fill you – to make you a new person in Christ.  I declare that your sins are forgiven in the name of Jesus. I declare your inner-man is awakened to the Word and to the voice of the Spirit of God.

I challenge you to read your Bible everyday and find a Bible believing Church or home group right away, so you can grow in the knowledge of the Lord; where you can be blessed and where you can be a blessing to others, as you learn about the spiritual calling and destiny on your life.

Congratulations the angels in heaven are rejoicing that you are now part of the family of God.

Welcome home!

Just as there is only one God, there is only one way to Heaven! His Way!

The only thing I can see that might be improved upon would be to first show everything just like you did but I would also go into what the cost of discipleship will cost them and what in fact that involves just as Jesus warned those who wanted to follow Him; for some of them had impure motives; and only those who hearts are willing to become His servant and keep to all His commandments out of LOVE for Him alone with a pure heart will be His; 2 Tm.2:19-22 will be worthy of His salvation! Or they too will be the seed sown unless they keep the soil tilled or they too may end up as the five unwise virgins (2 Pt.3:18). Without being born-again of the water and of His Spirit (Jn.3:3-8) they can want all day long and go through all the rituals in the world and it will never save them until they get their hearts right; for God seeketh after a man after His own heart! If we are not willing to leave all and deny even our own lives we cannot be His disciple; we must teach that it will cost us everything to follow Jesus Christ just as He lived for He is the way we too must follow; He is the Truth we must live according to every scripture 2 Tm.3:16-17 so that we too can be perfect in His eyes (Mt.5:48); who sees to the very heart of man’s intentions! He is the very life we too must walk in word and deed in His name, Col.3:17 and in baptism, for there is no other name that brings salvation, Ac.4:12; But without complete repentance we fall short of all effort, Mt.4:17 and Ac.2:38 these are the only formulas that will work in order to receive His name; 1 Cor.6:11 and His justification! We must have the blood of God applied to our souls and unless we know who that God is as seen in Ac.20:28Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which He hath purchased with His own blood. See 1 Tm.3:16And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. Unless we truly know that God has been manifested in the very flesh of Jesus Christ who is both LORD and THE CHRIST Ac.2:36 who is LORD OF ALL Ac.10:36 we will never understand Mt.1:23Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. Who was conceived of by God our Holy Spirit who is God the Father of Jesus Christ who was being prepared a way by John the Baptist; Is.40:3The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. This is exactly what John the Baptist did isn’t it? If we know not who Jesus really is we are not worshipping in Spirit and in Truth; this is exactly where Jesus has shown us who God is, Jn.4:24God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. Jesus has always been that Holy Spirit from Gen.1:1-3 when God said let there be light; He that is invisible unless He chooses not to be became the light of the world, Jn.8:12; Who is the bread of life that came down from heaven; but man does not live by bread alone but by every word out of the mouth of God, Mt.4:4; Lk.4:4; I don’t think this was not intentional. For this reason Jesus said it best; Jn.6:63It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. Obedience to the word of life is mandatory for eternal glory with our God Jesus Christ, who is the judge of the quick and the dead, Phil.2:10-12 therefore we must all teach that we too are responsible for their growth in true faith that is based on sound doctrines from our Apostles and Jesus Christ Himself as seen in Jn.15:20Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. Because only they had the keys to heaven and were allowed to bind and to loosen and the Apostle John sealed up the Holy Bible in Rev.22:18-19, as well as the Apostle Paul, Gal.1:8-9! From old Testament to the New Testament we have one rule and that is to obey the word of God our of love for Him; That is the only way we will ever be able to deny our flesh and take up our crosses daily and truly follow Jesus in word and deed, for many have the appearances of Godliness but lack the power thereof (2 Tm.3:5)!

I believe true faith comes by believing first but then true faith is actually accomplished when we put our belief to work as James has shown us; even the demons (daimonia in the original manuscripts says.) believe in one God and tremble! See Jms.2:19Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. This truth is being disregarded with vain philosophies of the Papist who could never agree on anything as well as never kept the word of God active in their lives as well as their teachings! I believe is was Calvin who started this rumor about mankind being saved by grace and faith alone, when we understand that every word of God is His grace Ac.20:32And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. We only get our inheritance after we have run our race well as Paul said about himself, that he was finishing his course and unless we run the race according to the rules we only deceive ourselves; it is all contingent on Obedience to His every Word living and being active in our minds and hearts, Jer.31:31-34, this is only done if we have truly been born again as seen in Ac.10 at Cornelius’ house:  44While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. 48And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord (What was that name? The answer is in Ac.2:38! Where Peter preached his first sermon!): Then prayed they him to tarry certain days. Peter received much grief over this action too and had to appear before him (The KJV says them but the Greek says him meaning most likely James the brother of John.) But when the dust fell to the ground and all could see clearly of what had transpired by the Holy Spirit they understood that the gentiles too had received what? Repentance from God for the actions He must do to all sinners who have not received the gift of salvation as prescribed by the Apostles; for God has a correct fashion of doing things according to His likings; just as in the Old Testament seen in Num.15 no picking up sticks on the Sabbath, no making an offering using strange fire or you end up as Nadab and his brother Abihu, burned to a crisp; is that not what will happen if we do not teach correctly to these who are lost? Jms.3:1My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. 2For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body. We offend all if we teach incorrectly and more importantly if we do not walk what we teach we end up as the Papist and the Hypocrites Jesus was talking about in Mt.23, those who call themselves Priests of God, Nicolaitans, which the Lord hates because the put themselves over and govern over the laity, the Apostles told the congregation to pick among them who they wanted to govern and distribute the necessities for the widows and the orphans as well as the poor, they all had everything in common! Why is this not being done today? Jesus our God is not a respecter of persons and neither were the Apostles! There is more to being saved in the Spirit of Truth today than just listening to one sermon; unless that sermon contains the New Testament Covenant; We see that in Ro.6:4Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 5For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: 6Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. As well as Col.2:2That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; 3In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. 4And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words. 5For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ. 6As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: 7Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

8Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

10And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: 11In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

12Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

16Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 17Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. 18Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, 19And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God. 20Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances, 21(Touch not; taste not; handle not; 22Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men? 23Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body: not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh. How many of these things did the Roman Catholic Church violate, who gave us their trinity doctrines, trying to figure out how was God in Jesus and Jesus in the Father when it was all right there in front of them if they would have only read it and listened to the Apostles who knew Jesus was God; they wrote it down for all to see, 2 Cor.5:19To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 20Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God. 21For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

If we or anyone else is going to be the righteousness of God in Jesus, then Jesus is going to have to live in us, Jn.14:18! Jesus showed the Apostles who He was in Jn14:7If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him8Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 9Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father? (God cannot be part of a lie because God cannot lie, it is recorded in scripture too numerous to even point out; Look to Jn.20:28And Thomas answered and said unto him, My LORD and my God! Jesus would have told all the disciples He was not God if Thomas had misspoken; remember Ac.20:28 coincidences I think not! Why could not the Roman Catholic Church see it? It’s kind of hard to miss 1 Tm.3:16 and not know it was talking about Jesus our God with us, Mt.1:23!)10Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. 11Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake (Jn.10:30! I and My Father are One! Zech.14:9!). 12Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. 13And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. 15If ye love me, keep my commandments. 16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever; 17Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 18I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. 19Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. 20At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. This means to one with something doesn’t it? Amos3:3 Can two walk together unless they agree, can one really be saved unless they have all that facts, even Peter’s first sermon says this; Ac.2:37Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? (See these people were ready to do what? Repent!)

It took many other words that Peter testified, how long was His sermon? I almost guarantee you it was no 45 min. to 1 hour like most Preachers try to give; and then have the audacity to say we had over thirty conversions, dedications, or commitments at today’s service. Did they have signs following as the first church of God did; 1 Cor.1:1Paul called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother, 2Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and our’s: 3Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. 4I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; 5That in everything ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; 6Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: 7So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: 8Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. 10Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. I know I don’t have to remind anyone the God changes not, Mal.3:6 and all good gifts from the Father above are without repentances Jms.1:16-17! They received the word of God in their hearts and then they were converted knowing what was in store for them through obedience that of Jesus who even died on the cross, how much more are we to do? Just exactly the same! Or we too will be found as those in Mt.10:34Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. 35For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. 36And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household. 37He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. 38And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. 39He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it. 40He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me. 41He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward. 42And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward. Lk.11:28But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it. Lk.14:25And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them, 26If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. 27And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple. 28For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? 29Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, 30Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish. 31Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand? 32Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace. 33So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple. 34Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned? 35It is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill; but men cast it out. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

Ac.2:41Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. 42And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

I’m sure the Apostles did sugar coat it, if Jesus died for us and gave His all, that is exactly what He is looking for in us! Beings He is the way the truths and the life we are to immolate; Mk.8:34And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. 35For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s, the same shall save it. 36For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? 37Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? 38Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels. Even Paul said that we are to follow him as he imitates Jesus; 1 Cor.11:1Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ. We cannot do this unless we have the mind of Jesus Christ in us; 1 Cor.2:1And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. 2For I determined not to know anything among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. 3And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. 4And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: 5That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. 6Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: 7But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: 8Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 9But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 10But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. 11For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. 12Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. 13Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

14But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. 16For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.

Was this not what the Apostle John taught as well? Yes, 1 Jn.2:20But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. 21I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth. 22Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 23Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also (Because they are one in the same person, Jn10:30; Zech14:9 ONE!). 24Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning: If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father. 29If ye know that he is righteous; ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him. Jesus said we would know them by their fruits; how many scriptures did the Roman Catholics break teaching their pagan heresies, worshipping Mariology and Mariolatry as well as worshipping the bones of dead saints as well as praying to dead saints for help and intercession even from Mary! Placing dead men’s bones under many alters so these alters could be anointed by their dead spirits, this is no better than witchcraft and idolatry, see 1 Sam.15:10Then came the word of the LORD unto Samuel, saying, 11It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and hath not performed my commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night. 12And when Samuel rose early to meet Saul in the morning, it was told Samuel, saying, Saul came to Carmel, and, behold, he set him up a place, and is gone about, and passed on, and gone down to Gilgal. 13And Samuel came to Saul: and Saul said unto him, Blessed be thou of the LORD: I have performed the commandment of the LORD. 14And Samuel said, What meaneth then this bleating of the sheep in mine ears, and the lowing of the oxen which I hear? 15And Saul said, They have brought them from the Amalekites: for the people spared the best of the sheep and of the oxen, to sacrifice unto the LORD thy God; and the rest we have utterly destroyed. 16Then Samuel said unto Saul, Stay, and I will tell thee what the LORD hath said to me this night. And he said unto him, Say on. 17And Samuel said, When thou wast little in thine own sight, wast thou not made the head of the tribes of Israel, and the LORD anointed thee king over Israel? 18And the LORD sent thee on a journey, and said, Go and utterly destroy the sinners the Amalekites, and fight against them until they be consumed. 19Wherefore then didst thou not obey the voice of the LORD, but didst fly upon the spoil, and didst evil in the sight of the LORD? 20And Saul said unto Samuel, Yea, I have obeyed the voice of the LORD, and have gone the way which the LORD sent me, and have brought Agag the king of Amalek, and have utterly destroyed the Amalekites. 21But the people took of the spoil, sheep and oxen, the chief of the things which should have been utterly destroyed, to sacrifice unto the LORD thy God in Gilgal. 22And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. 23For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king. God changes not, disobedience is the sure fire way to lose ones salvation, so much for once saved always saved, this is what Heb.12 was talking about, presumptuous sin, just like picking up sticks on the Sabbath disobedience requires us to be cut off from God and His tribe forevermore! All because we didn’t have someone teach us the right way according to God’s word and not man’s vain theologies, doctrines and Dogma!

Who wrote the words of God? Holy men; 2 Pt.1:19We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 20Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. These are the same men who wrote about Jesus sufferings; see 1 Pt.1:10Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: 11Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. The only way these two sets of scripture can be in harmony with one another is if we see that Jesus’ Spirit is the Holy Spirit which is God’s because God is a Spirit, Jn.4:24! Guess what we have another scripture that agrees with these too; Ro.8:9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. It is the same Spirit in you if you are truly born-again, and therefore we are not our own, we have been bought with the blood of God. Ac.20:28, we are to no longer life according to the flesh but by His Holy Spirit leading us into all truths, which is His word which is His will for us; or we are still in our will; that is the unforgivable sin because we are still an enemy to God, Jms.4:1From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? 2Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. 3Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. 4Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. 5Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy? 6But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. 7Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. 9Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. 10Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up. Are these not the same that the Roman Catholics did away with? Are they not who we got this trinity doctrine from? How many more lies are there untold? Jesus said even the things done in the dark will be seen as if the light of day shown on it and whatever we hear in the ear we are to shout it from the rooftops, its about time we start doing it! Lk.12:1In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. 2For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known. 3Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops ( I wonder how many confessions will be heard on the day of judgment that was told to some Priest in a closet called a confessional booth!). 4And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. 5But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

The beginning of wisdom is fear of the Lord; how much more should we be teaching about insincere repentances and false vows? Saying one thing and doing another with still good intentions is not what God is looking for in His saints! Only those who receive the word of God and do it are the Son’s of God, Jn.8:47He that is of God heareth God’s words: Jn.10:34Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? 35If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came and the scripture cannot be broken; Is.28:9Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. 10For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: 11For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people12To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. 13But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken. Because they had not the Holy Spirit to lead them to where ever He needed them to go in scriptures to find the correct answers to their questions! How many people lost their souls because they didn’t get the correct answers to their prayers and meditations because they were deprived of a Holy Bible in their natural language; while they were made to spend hour after hour of Catechism, instruction and sermon after sermon in an unknown language? I will never know why the laity of the Reformation didn’t do away with the trinity when they had a chance, except that most of the Reformers were Priests and even Luther a monk turned Priest who left because of just too many discrepancies’ and Dogma which has no theological basis to it! Was it they were afraid of a never ending war, the Roman Catholic Church had proved their true colors time and time again, they were not afraid of bloodshed. The true Church of God was killed repeatedly by the Pagans and Heathens all of the time in Rome in the first century church of the true God and Apostles who knew it was better to die as our Lord had shown us than for one of His to kill and be a murderer for murderers will not see heaven, just like fornicators; we can be adulterers to God and His ways without being a fornicator; 1 Jn.2:15Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth forever. 18Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. 19They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. Anything that is not of the truth is of the antichrist! So why on earth would we listen to a bunch of heretics who claim God is three persons, when the Bible repeatedly tells us who Jesus is, Mt.1:12; God with us our Immanuel; Is.7:14; 9:6; 40:3;

Here are 60 questions to answer: I will help with that too.

Zach.12:10; Jn.1:1-14; and 19:37; 1Pt.1:11 and 2Pt.1:21 the first and the last, Jn.8:23-24; 28; and 58, Jesus is the I Am of both Testaments, Is.49:26, Jesus is that one who has been promised from the tribe of Judah, Gen.49:8-12 look to Gen.3:15, that which will come from woman’s seed will step on and destroy Satan’s (Sin’s) power of death, Gen.12:1-3, therefore walk before Him and be ye perfect according to His word, Gen.17:1 and Mt.5:48, because Jesus did not come to take away the law or the commandments or the testimonies of the prophets, but to fulfill them all, Mt.5:17-20; Mt.24:35; Mal.3:6; Heb.13:8 because God cannot lie, Num.23:19; Tit.1:2; Heb.17-18 His word is immutable and we have a hope of salvation if we stay anchored to that which is behind the vail! What was behind the vail? The only thing left behind in the arch of the covenant was the word of God in the 10 commandments, because the Philistines’ stole the jar of manna and Aaron’s rod that bloomed and brought forth almonds, you see man always wants God’s provisions and His Supernatural powers, but they fall short of wanting His words of truth, which cleanses us from our sins when we keep His promises to us! This is just like the seven churches in Revelations which needed to go back to the first things they did, for they ended up like the women in Is.4:1And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach. They wanted to serve and worship the Lord their way and still have Him take away their reproach and sin! Just like the churches of today! They fall short of obeying His every word, by thinking grace is some magical blanket that covers us from our sins; Jesus said to go and sin no more unless a worse thing come upon you, Jn5:14 see also Jn.8:11-12 Jesus is that light which brings all scripture to our minds, that we may abide in Him, Jn.15:1-27 and we will know what we are to say and do for He will tells us what it is that we are to say, Mt.10:17-20; if we abide in Him, for we can do nothing by ourselves, without Him in our lives, for it is Jesus who makes us blameless, 2Cor.5:19-21!

  27. For what purpose was God manifested in the flesh? To save sinners. Heb.2:9, 14; 1Tm.6:11-16; Tit.2:13; Lk.24:45-47 and 1Jn.2:1-3.
  28. Was Jesus God manifested in the flesh? Yes, 1Tm.3:16; Is.49:26 Jesus is for redemption but very soon He will judge all the earth, Heb.12:29 and 1Tm.6:13-16; Philp.2:10 & 12!
  29. Could Jesus have been on earth and in heaven at the same time? Yes, Jn.3:13; 6:62; 1Cor.15:46-47.
  30. Does the Bible say that there is but one Lord? Yes, God is One! Is.45:18; 49:26; Eph.4:5; Zech.14:9; Jn.1:1-3. See attached sheets on One God!
  31. Does the Bible say that Christ is Lord? Lk.2:11; Ac.2:36; Ac.10:36 Lord of all and in you all; Col.3:11 if you are baptized in His name Ac.2:38-40, 1Cor.8:11 and cleansed by His words 2Cor.6:16-18, Jn.15:1-20, when we abide in Him and His disciples words of truth Ac.2:42-47, for only they had the keys to heaven and no other have them or were given them, Mt.16:19-20; and St. John sealed the Holy Bible in Rev.22:18-19 and no one can not add to His word or take ANYTHING AWAY FROM, IT OR THEY ARE CURSED!!! Det.4:2; Gal.1:8-9 and Mt.12:31-32 for there is but one path we must travel down, Mt.7:13-14 or be accursed see the following verses to 29; for Jesus is the only foundation we can build eternity on, Jn14:6; Jn.3:3-8!
  32. Does the Bible say that the Lord is God? Yes. 1Kg.18:39; Zech.14:5; Ac.2:39; Rev.19:1; Jn.14:1 & 17:3 Jesus has manifested the name of God in His very own flesh, Jn.17:3-11!
  33. How could the Church belong to Jesus Mt.16:18 (Jesus is that rock being the chief corner stone that the builders rejected, Ac.4:11-12 🙂 and yet be the Church of God (Ac.20:28; 1Cor.10:32)? Because Jesus is God in the flesh, 1Tm.3:16! Mt.1:23 Immanuel translated God with us! Jn.1:1-14 and God said He would not give His glory to another, Is.42:8; 48:11; 1Cor.2:8; that is why we need His name at baptism because it is the New Testament covenant by which we receive the blood of the New Testament Covenant, 1Cor.6:11 and Jn.17:3; Jesus is the glory of God manifested in the flesh, we see the Glory of God in the face of Jesus, 2Cor.4:1-6; who was the Holy Spirit made flesh to be the head of His church which He purchased with His own blood, Ac.20:28 and see Jn.20:28, Thomas learned who Jesus was, just as Philip did; Jn.14:6-19, for God was in Jesus doing all the works by the power of the Holy Spirit which is God, Jn.4:24, God is that Holy Spirit made flesh, 1 Tm.3:16 which is the goodness which is the mystery of the Godhead; God’s grace came to take away our sins, in which there can be no other name, by which salvation comes, Ac.4:12; for this reason the Apostles of Jesus Christ Baptized in His glorious name, because all power is attached to His name, Jn.14:14, because Jesus is the very name of God manifested in the flesh which means “God Saves” or “Yah God” is Salvation” Yashuah or the Joshua or the Greek is Jesus; for this reason Jesus said in Mt.28:19-20 to baptize in the NAME,what is that name; it can be no other name but Jesus because Jesus came in His Father’s name, Jn.5:43 see Jn.17:1-11: for this reason the Apostles knew Jesus was God in the flesh and Jesus is that only name by which salvation comes according to scripture, Jn.5:39-40! Let God and His word be true and every man a liar, Ro.3:3, for salvation comes by obedience to the very word of God, Mt.4:4 and Lk.4:4 is no coincidence; so let all men come to Him who is the one God by which there can be only one salvation from one baptism, and I refer you yet again to scripture, Eph.4:3Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. 7But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift (Grace) of Christ: 1 Cor.5:19-21!

  36. What is one thing God does not know? Another God. Is.44:6, 8; see also Deu.4:35; 32:39; 1Sam.2:2; 2Sam.22:32; Is.45:5-7 see Jn.8:12 Jesus is that light, Gen.1:1-3; Joel2:27-29; Mt.16:18 Jesus is that Rock that the living church of the living God is built on.
  37. What is one thing that God cannot do? Lie. Titus1:2, Nu.23:19; 1Sa.15:29; Mal.3:6; Jm.1:17; 1Kg.8:56-60; Mt.5:18; 24:35; Heb.6:18; 13:8. Ro.3:3 therefore let us all be reconciled unto His word and not the doctrines of vain men, who conceived the Trinity Doctrines of the Roman Catholic Church 450 years after the Apostles were dead, and ratified in the year 550c. by the Council of Nicaea, the Roman Catholic Church who is still trying to have all men worship another man which fallible who is called the Pope, which practices blasphemy, and is in error of scripture! Due.4:2; Gal.1:8-9; and Rev.22:18-19, they will be anathema, 1 Cor.16:22!

  42. Why, then, was Jesus able to walk upon the Sea of Galilee (Mt.14:25)? Because He is God the creator. Col.1:16-17; Jn.1:2-3; 1Jn.1:1-3: The Son according to the flesh, the adopted Son of David, King of the Tribe of Judah to fulfill all prophecy and to keep the Promise to Abraham and the prophecy of Jacob then called Israel which mean I (God) will strive (live in or) with them; His chosen people, Gen.12:3! Gen.49:9-12 (10: Shiloh: perhaps “he whose it is,” a Messianic title). Jn.5:39. Jesus is “God with Us”, Mt.1:23; I refer you to Is.40:3 as to what John the Baptist was doing; Mt.3:3, was he not preparing the way for whom? God!
  43. Is God the only one who can forgive sin? Yes. Is.43:25; Dan.9:9; Mk.2:7-12.

  45. Is Jesus the true God? Yes 1Jn.5:20; Is.9:6: This is the true God, and eternal life.
  46. If God and the Holy Spirit are two separate persons, which was the Father of Christ? Mt.1:20 says that the Holy Ghost was the Father, while in Ro.15:6,  2Cor.11:31, and Eph.1:3 say that God was the Father, There is no contradiction when we realize that God the Father and the Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost are one in the same thing a Spirit, Jn.4:24 God is a Spirit. Mt.10:20; Eph.4:4-7; 1Cor.3:16, Ac.20:28; and Ro.8:9.

  49. Did Thomas ever call Jesus God? Yes, Jn.20:28.
  50. How could Jesus be the Savior, when God the Father said in Isaiah 43:11, “Besides Me there is no God or Savior”? Because “God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself” 2Cor.5:19, so that when we receive this understanding we can all be one with Him in truth and in His Spirit which will be the righteousness of God in us and in Him see verses 20-21.
  51. Does the Bible say that Jesus was God with us? Yes, Mt.1:23; Is.7:14.
  52. Did Jesus ever say I and My Father are one? Yes, Jn.10:30; 12:45.
  53. Can it be proved scripturally that Jesus and the Father are One in the same sense that the husband and the wife are one? No. The Godhead was never compared to the relationship of a husband and wife. Jesus identified Himself with the Father in a way that a husband and wife cannot be identified with each other. Jn.14:6-9 to verse 11.
  54. Does the Bible say that there is only one wise God? Yes, Jude 1:25.
  55. Does the Bible call the Holy Ghost a second or third person in the Godhead? No. The Holy Ghost is the one Spirit of God; the one God Himself At work in our lives, Ro.8:9 the Spirit of God, Jn.4:24, is the same as the Spirit of Jesus because they are one Spirit and one in the same, 1P.1:11 and 2Pt.1:21; Heb.1:8-12 for this reason Peter commanded that we grow in the knowledge of whom? 2Pt.3:18But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen see Jn.6:63! The very Essence of God, His power and His Divine Will His very life force His eternality of life being, “The I Am, I Will be, I Am therefore the Forever One, His name is Jesus, Acts.4:12; Jn.5:36 & 43! If we know not who Jesus is we will die in our sins, for He is the great I Am, Jn.8:24; and 58 and I refer you to Jesus’ words Himself, Jn.8:31-32 and 51! Without obedience to His every word we are lost still, 2 Tm.3:16-17! If we are found in our will and not in His we will be condemned forever in His wrath to come, for this is that unforgivable sin by which His blood will never cover, Mt.12:31-32 see also 46-50; because God’s children hear Him and His words, Jn.8:47He that is of God heareth God’s words!
  56. Can the trinitarians show that three divine persons were present when Jesus was baptized by John? Absolutely not. The one, omnipresent God used three simultaneous manifestations. (My God is a multitasking God; with man this is impossible but with God all things are possible, Mt.19:26!) Only one divine person was there—The God-man Himself Jesus Christ our LORD GOD and SAVIOR! 1Tm.3:16; 6:15-16; Titus2:10-15; Is.48:17 and Jn.14:6! Jesus is that Kingdom to which we all are striving to enter into His rest, Mt.12:28 and Lk.11:20; when they say Jesus is here or there do not go to find Him for He will be with you and in you; If you have been born-again of His Spirit and He is in you; Jn.3:3-8 or you are none of His yet still Ro.8:9, because you have not the power to overcome sin in your life, Mk.16:15-20; Ac.2:1-4 and 38-47; Lk.11:28But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it. See Jn.8:11 and Jn.5:14, sin not unless a worse thing come upon you Ro.6:23, 2 Pt.2:18For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error. 19While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage. 20For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. 21For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. 22But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire. Who is not with our Lord is not gathering souls; Lk.11:23He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth. If you scatter anything it better be the word of God unto salvation of your brother’s lost souls 2Tm.2:19-26, Jm.5:19Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; 20Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.
  57. Then what were the other two of whom trinitarians speak? One was the voice from heaven (God is omnipresent is He not?); the other was the Spirit of God in the form of LIKE a dove (A likeness of a dove that only John and Jesus could see for confirmation THAT THIS INDEED WAS THE MESSIAH God’s very own (created, made, manifested, originated, begotten, Incarnated!) self and anointed One, Heb.10:5! THAT John had prophesied was to come who was before him whom he was not able to tie or untie His sandal (Look at the ending of the scripture John used to prepare the way of the Lord! Is.40:3The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Mt.3:33), Mt.3:16-17, “In Whom I Am.”; Lk.3:16-17, The one that was before him even when Jesus was born after John, John knew Jesus was the Eternal One, Jn.3:26-36! There can only be one God who is savior of all creation because He alone created it so He alone is the only one who came to save it! Because only God can do away with a curse of sin which is death to the sinner, there was only one power or blood that could cover sin for eternity, the blood of the lamb of God, the God-man Himself made flesh just for this divine operation to be death to death in His Name, that is the reason why we must take His name at Baptism for the remission of sin, because only God in the flesh is the propitiation of sin once and forever, Act.4:12; 2:38-39 no other name is given by which we must be saved, this is what is meant by baptize in the name of the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit, there can be only one name that all the fullness of the Godhead was in and that is Jesus and we are complete in Him alone, Col.2:8-15! We are buried in Him in baptism, see Ro.6:1-23 and Col.2:10-15!)
  58. What did the voice say at Jesus’ baptism? “Thou art My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” Mark1:11. As the Son of God according to the flesh, Jesus was the one God incarnate, Jn.1:1-18 see the Greek original (http://interlinearbible.org).
  59. Does the Bible say that God shed His blood and that He laid down His life for us? Yes. Acts20:28; 1Jn.1:1-7; 2:1-2; and 3:16-24; 1Jn.5:20, we must seek to be perfect as He is perfect, Mt.5:48 and 1 Jn.3:1-9ffs.
  60. The Bible says that God is coming back with all His saints (Zach.14:5) and also that Jesus with all His saints (1Ths.3:13). Are two coming back? No. Only one is coming back—our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Titus2:13.

Jesus is the same yesterday today and forever, He has become God in the flesh to show us our salvation and how to be just like Him with examples for His children to live by, Jn.14:6; 15; 15:1-14! We are to mark those who walk contrary to His ways and to admonish them that means we are to pick up our weaker brothers and give our lives to them in examples of what to do and what not to do; For this reason Jesus’ Spirit has been poured out in these last days, Joel.2:28, so that we could have the power to overcome this flesh, to deny self and pick up our cross and follow Him, Mt.10:32-39; or we are none of Him, Ro.8:9, just that simple, mark those who walk in righteousness for they have learned it from the Father, for they do always the things that please the Father as they walk in His will, Mt.12:46-50, till He come to receive His own, so that we can become His crown jewels, Mal.3:16-18, and have a name that no other can know but those who He gives it to, His chosen few, Many are called but few will be chosen, Mt.22:14; Mt.7:13-14; 20:16; Those who overcome are those who will sit at His dinner table, Rv.3:19-22;  Rv.3:12-13! Rv.22:1-21 Even so Lord come quickly, Come Lord Come, 1Cor.16:22! Jn.8:24 Those that will know His name will enter into His kingdom, Mt.12:28-32; 1Tm.3:16, Spirit of God-Man, He is Jesus forever, I am the First and the Last and besides Me there is no other God, Mk.12:29, Is.44:6 Why call Me Lord, Lord and keep not My commandments? Lk.6:46! Mt.7:21-23. Mt.24:35Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. Isaiah 40:1-8, Is.28:9-18; 55:3-11; 2Tm.3:16-17; We must use all scripture and it must all agree with our translations without one error or we have the wrong interpretation of it! It all must bring glory to God in Jesus Christ! God said He would never give His glory to another; Is.42:8I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. Is.48:11For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another. Jesus said this; Jn.11:40Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? Even the Apostle Paul knew who Jesus was; 2 Cor.4:6For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Who is the only potentate? 1 Tm.6:11But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. 12Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. 13I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession; 14That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: 15Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; 16Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.

We all of us are not saved until we hear those Godly words spoken to us before we can even think about going into heaven; Well done My good and Faithful Servant, you have done well over a few things, now I will make you ruler over many things! We all have a hope of salvation but we need to run our race well and it isn’t over until it’s over! Each day is a new trial and test, Jn16:33; how can we have a testimony unless we are tested, we must be tried so we can learn patience which strengthens the Spirit of Faith In or we are not one of His yet still! If we are getting along just fine in this world then Satan knows we are not any trouble to him and his kingdom are we? Rev.3:19As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. 20Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 22He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. Are we being tried and tested or are we already handed over to Satan for having a reprobate heart of hypocrisy? Are we just looking over the scripture and finding the one we agree with and skipping over the rest? Is do we only fool ourselves to Hell’s eternal fire, you know where the worm dieth not and the fire is never quenched, not a good time will be had by any! Why do you think God allowed Satan to exist? God had him in mind for this particular job from the beginning; 2 Tm.2:19Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let everyone that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. 20But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. 21If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work. Therefore:

22Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart! Who is going to heaven? These are; Mal.3:16Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name. 17And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. 18Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not. Ecc.12:9And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs. 10The preacher sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was upright, even words of truth: 11The words of the wise are as goads, and as nails fastened by the masters of assemblies, which are given from one shepherd (Only His sheep know His voice, Jn. chap. 10)12And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh. 13Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. 14For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. 1 Thes.5:1But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. 2For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. 3For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. 4But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. 5Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. 6Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. 7For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. 8But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. 9For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, 10Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. 11Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do. 12And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you; 13And to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. And be at peace among yourselves. 14Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men: 15See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men. 16Rejoice evermore: 17Pray without ceasing. 18In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you: 19Quench not the Spirit: 20Despise not prophesyings. 21Prove all things; hold fast that which is good: 22Abstain from all appearance of evil. 23And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it: 25Brethren, pray for us. 26Greet all the brethren with an holy kiss. 27I charge you by the Lord that this epistle be read unto all the holy brethren. 28The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen. These as well as all scriptures are our commandments for us to keep or we are still in our sin: Jesus gave us a perfect example to follow; Jn.8:11She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her: Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more. Look to this one as well; Jn.5:14Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee. Mt.12:43When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Judgment starts in the house of God first: 1 Pt.4:12Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: 13But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. 14If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. 15But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters. 16Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. 17For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? 18And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? 19Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator. These were warnings for our edification to be aware of the trials that lay ahead or we end up as these: 2 Pt.2:18For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error. We cannot get to the pearly gates and expect to enter in if we leave one thing left undone! We have been forewarned by the Apostles, disciples and saints alike even God our LORD of lords and KING of kings Jesus Christ who is LORD OF All, Ac.10:36, Is.9:6! Only the sin of ignorance is forgivable (Num.15:ffs) but we have been warned and commanded to grow in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, 2 Pt.3:18 so that we should never be caught unaware should we: If we do not teach them the whole gospel; who will be held accountable? We will; all of us were warned to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling; I don’t see much trembling going on today! Were they not in the same age or dispensation as we are? We are still in the age of grace being accountable to God’s words of life to those who obey and death to all who think they are saved by grace and faith alone: Judgment day will look like this; Rev.22:12And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be13I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14Blessed are they that do his commandments; that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

We only get one chance to get this right and it will be by the Holy Bible which is God’s will for us and His word for us! If you want to be Happy, Happy, Happy, then Obey, Obey, and Obey! With LOVE, LOVE, LOVE in your heart for Him ONLY!

  • Subject: RE: What are great spiritual deceptions of the last days;

This I thought was right on as far as doctrinally correct and I flagged it with a like. When I went to your sight for your church I went first to your articles of faith and I noticed some things that are not quite scripturally pure.

I would like to discuses some of them with you and share why I think you might have gotten off the narrow path to the strait gate: (Mt.7:12-14) for example; The good Apostle Paul which was called of Jesus Christ to become an Apostle baptized the same as they who were Jesus’ disciples from the beginning and were chosen and had been with Him from the beginning, which most people get wrong in thinking that is what makes an Apostle of Jesus Christ; if that were the case Paul would not have been able to call himself an Apostle of Jesus Christ, so that being with Jesus from the beginning is not the correct assumption for being qualified to become and Apostle. Paul had a calling and his gifting from the Lord’s own Holy Spirit filled Paul for his gifting. I know it sounds like maybe I’m getting off track and chasing a rabbit trail but bear with me and I will tie all the loose ends together I promise.

You were so right when you talked about people getting caught up in religion and falling into covetousness of falling in love with Pastors and Teachers and even a denomination instead of the word of God and Sola Scriptura or scripture only. In a comment you made while speaking about your sermon in the title above. People sometimes get involved in rituals or tradition rather than adhering to the word of God only! For example I noticed in your articles of faith that you baptize in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Do you recite this before you baptize these converts or do you actually call out the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit being these are just titles of the same person or do you do as our heavenly apostles have instructed us because they knew Jesus is the Father, Jn.14:7-9, Jn.12:45 when we see Jesus we see the one who sent Him, Jesus is the Father made flesh as seen in scripture, 1 Tm.3:16; therefore we too are instructed to do all things in the name of Jesus Christ, Co.3:17! This is exactly what the apostles did in Acts to show us how to correctly baptize our converts because they knew Jesus was BOTH Lord and the Christ, Ac.2:36 as well as Lord of ALL, Ac..10:36, When we understand that Jesus told us exactly who God the Father is in Jn.4:24 that God is a Spirit and that Spirit created Him a bodily vessel as seen in Heb.10: 5Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me6In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure. Therefore God the Holy Spirit for there is but one good as spoken by Jesus Himself in Mt.19:17; Mk.10:18 and lastly Lk.18:19. Jesus knew quite well who He was and why He had been manifested or incarnated Himself to be flesh, all man and all God, who was the Spirit in Him, see Mt.3:17 the Holy Spirit said from heaven to confirm to John the Baptist this is who in fact, I said you were to prepare the way for as we look to Is.40:  3The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Not the third person of any supposively holy trinity started by a bunch of Nicolaitans in the third and fourth and ratified in the sixth century by a bunch of so called Catholic Priests who put themselves over all the laity as their rulers instead of like the Apostles who conferred with all the congregation (presbytery elders) in their councils at Jerusalem! The Roman Catholic Church started this doctrine while changing times and seasons according to their reasoning to allow more pagans to attend their love feasts, while they worshipped martyrs and Apostles and even their own saints bones. This is called out for us in many articles and books of the so called church fathers called the papist, here is one set of books that goes into these details: History of the Christian Church by Phillip Schaff for one there are many that reveal the same thing as I was saying I’m not alone on this.

The Apostles gave us more than ample examples of how we are to conduct these baptisms, Ac.2:38; 8:14Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John: 15Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost: 16(For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.) 17Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost. Ac.10: 44While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. We even see this in Ac.19:1And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples, 2He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost. 3And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John’s baptism. 4Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. 5When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus: 6And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied. 7And all the men were about twelve.

Who are we or the Catholic Church to disregard Apostolic teachings with our own; the Holy Bible is very clear on this, we are not to add to it or take away from it or we too are an unworthy teacher teaching false doctrines and rituals based on ungodly principles based by men and not those who really had the keys to heaven which were the Apostles, only does a man of God have any authority at all is when we keep exactly to the word of God itself and not of men; who allowed the scriptures to be translated by a Deist, for one as in Tyndale, which they burned at the stake for heresy and political reasons which were related to the King of England but yet they still accepted more than 90% of his translations in what is now the KJV. Tyndale had pressures on all sides on how he was to translate this work and you can read it yourself in the original how he could have used words to fit as many of the then doctrines of the Roman Catholic Church or be run down as a heretic which he was; he believed that God created all mankind and the Universe and took off never to interfere with it again: Which is not a far stretch to Pantheism or even Tritheism as this so call holy trinity. Zech.14:9And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one. We see this over 500 years before Jesus ever walked on the earth in the flesh; Zech.12: 10And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, this is exactly what the Holy Spirit said which is God our Lord Jesus; they will look upon Me whom they have pierced! This was spoken of by the Apostle Peter as well; 2 Pt.1:19We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 20Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. The Apostles had a more sure testimony because they had been with God in the flesh and knew His name was Jesus who is both LORD and THE CHRIST! Peter revealed that the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Jesus Christ in 1 Pt.1:10Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: 11Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. Even Jesus Himself revealed this as seen in the Book of Revelation; as we see in Rev.19:10And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy and anyone born-again of God not man (Jn.1:12-13) as seen in Jn.3:3-8 Has the Holy Spirit which will lead him into all truths, this is the same Spirit which the world cannot receive because it knows not who Jesus really is; There is only one clause in the whole Bible who we are not to blaspheme and that is God and His name because His name is Spirit, that which is Spirit is spirit, Jn.3:6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. That which is flesh and bone is a living soul which was created by God, Is.57:16 which God created when He blew the Spirit into man and made him a living being! Even Jesus knew the flesh was nothing, He was offering up His blood for our propitiation so that we could have His grace which is His words applied to our lives, Ac.20:32And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. This is what Jesus was trying to tell us in Jn.6:63It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. We are bought with the blood of God; you past over this scripture and didn’t even realize it in your sermon; Ac.20:28Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.  Jesus’ blood redeemed us the blood of God who is the Holy Spirit manifested in the flesh, 1 Tm.3:16And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

Mt.12:31Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. 32And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. This is the only sin that is not forgivable, in this age or the next see Mk.3:28Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: 29But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation. 30Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit. Lk.12:9But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God. 10And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven. Jesus said the word of God cannot be broken; Jn.10:30-35 because Jesus and God are one in the same! If we do not understand this then we too are not worshipping in truth and in His Spirit and have not received Him! Jesus told this very clearly in Jn.8:24I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I AM [he], ye shall die in your sins. Every time the Israelites (Sanhedrin) heard this “I Am” phrase coming out of Jesus’ own mouth, they picked up stones, why, because He was telling them exactly who He was! Jesus made sure they knew it too; look to verse; 58Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, “I AM”. There is but one I Am in the Bible and that was explained to us in Ex.3:14! This is why they picked up stones; Jesus was claiming to be God in the flesh, which He was, Mt.1: 23Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, “God with us!”  59Then took they up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by. What did Jesus do here? Did He pass through by being invisible as a Spirit or did He do another miracle and change His appearance so they could not recognize Him? We don’t know but the Apostles did, that is why these false doctrines of the Papist got into the Church of the living God because they didn’t listen to the Apostles who knew perfectly who God in Jesus was reconciling the world unto Himself as seen in scripture not man. 2 Cor.5:14For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: 15And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again. 16Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more. 17Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 18And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 20Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God21For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. Only God has not any sin who is the Holy Spirit which was inside Jesus Christ, this is why Jesus said on the cross My God My God why have you forsaken Me; God had to lay all the sin of the world upon Jesus’ body and there was no way Jesus could take up or lay down His life until the Holy Spirit left Him temporarily: Jesus knew all this beings He is God in the flesh, He knew why He was born at the Age of 12; Lk.2:49And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father’s business? Who was Jesus’ Father but the Holy Spirit who hovered over Mary as He did at the beginning of time, Gen.1:1-2 and God said let there be light, Jesus is that light, Jn.8:12 the light came to the world even His own and they comprehended it not! Not too much has changed as far as I can see it from back then! Those words “My God My God why have you forsaken Me” are prophetic, they are intended for those who think they are in righteousness but have missed the mark because of an impure heart; 2 Tm.2:19-22 or even Mt.7:15-23 or even this one Lk.6:46! God changes not, read Deu.10:1-22 He is the same today and requires nothing less than full dependence on His every word, we fail most miserably if we rely not on Him and His Truths!

This is why Jesus allowed John the Baptist to baptize Him, the word of God cannot be broken, it must continue on through the Old to the New Testament without being broken and it must all be translated to not only give God in Jesus Christ all glory or we have the incorrect exegesis, or hematology and hermeneutics. Jesus is the Glory of God in human form, Is.42:8I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. Is.48:11For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another. Jesus said this in Jn.11:40Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? Did not the Apostle Paul tell us yet again who God was in Jesus? 2 Cor.4:6For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. Jesus Himself again told us clearly if we will only listen to the Holy Spirit; Jesus said we look to the scriptures for SALVATION and they are of Me, Jn.5:39 and people will not come to only Him because some group of so called Priests said God must be three persons so the pagans will believe in us and come to our churches or we will have to kill them, and they set about doing just that, which is entirely against the word of God, so I guess we can see that they were not the true church of the living God in Christ Jesus were they, Ro.2:4Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? Ro.12:1I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. See also the ending of this chapter; 16Be of the same mind one toward another. The Roman Catholic Church has never been of one mind let alone in keeping all scripture according to the doctrines handed down to them from the Apostles now have they? This is who gave us their unholy trinity! God is one and there is no other God that has been or will ever be, yes He says I know no other god besides Me! (Is.44: & 45) We do not get to add one word to this Holy Bible or take one word away from it, Deu.4:2 and Rev.22:18-19 because God changes not, Num.23:19; Mal.3:6; Heb.13:8 all scripture must bring glory to God and cannot come into conflict with another from Gen to Rev. or we have the wrong interpretation of it! Even Jesus said it is one of the most important commandments; Mt.12:28And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all? 29And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord30And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. 31And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself (You see when God became flesh, He became our brother as well as God; Paul knew this and said when we have loved our brothers as ourselves we have fuflilled all the law, Ro.13:8; Gal.5:14; When we do these things to the least of these, we do them unto the Lord Jesus, Mt.25:31-40!). There is none other commandment greater than these. 32And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he33And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices (1 Sam.15:1-23 see verse 29!)34And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God. And no man after that durst ask him any question.

You see Jesus knew who He was and He told the scribe so much truth when He said you are not far from the Kingdom of God because the Kingdom of God was standing right in front of him! Look to Mt.4:17; Mt.12:28But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. And to Luke he says it a little differently but is still in harmony to who Jesus is beings He is God in the flesh; Lk.11:20But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you. Who’s finger was Jesus using? Being God is a Spirit and has no fingers or hands and is in no need of them because all He has to do is just think and it is as good as being spoken, which is a metaphor when it says that Jesus is at the right hand of God, just as it was a metaphor for Joseph to sit at the right hand of the Pharaoh; it means to sit in all authority and in power just as Jesus said He was in Mt.28:18And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. By who did Jesus receive this power from? This question is answered in scripture not me; let us look to Jn.14:7If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.

The so called holy trinity says that Jesus is not the father and the father is not Jesus and the Holy Spirit is not Jesus or the Father but it is clearly seen that the Father or God the Father is in Jesus Christ because He doeth the works so how can the Father be in Christ Jesus unless the Father is the Holy Spirit living inside Jesus doing the works! Did not the Holy Spirit conceive Jesus? Yes. Mt.1:20But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the LORD appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. God the Father is the Holy Spirit, without the Spirit you are dead and it is said you gave up the ghost! God is a Spirit Jn.4:24 this refutes the Roman Catholics claims that the mystery of the holy trinity is unexplainable, it maybe for them; not for us who have Him living in us, which the world cannot receive because it knows Him not Jn.14:15If ye love me, keep my commandments. 16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever; 17Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not (Jn.1:17 Grace and Truth came by Jesus Christ!), neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 18I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Only they who know who Jesus really is have His true Holy Ghost living in them, this was promised to us because we adhere to all scripture not man’s theology, doctrines, rituals, or tradition of fools who bluff excommunication of everyone who will not knuckle under their authority as they disrepute even the words of our Apostles with their heretical Dogma! Anything that is of a lie will be revealed to us and even the things done in the dark will be shouted from the rooftops; it’s about time we start doing it! That is why we baptize in the glorious name of Jesus Christ for if we ask anything in His name He will do it, Jn.14:14 see that is the reason people are healed in that name because there can be no other name by which salvation comes to us but in that name! Ac.4:12Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. It makes all the difference to obey a commandment instead of just reciting a verse over someone at baptism thinking it will be honored just because you were following tradition and a man made ritual, Jesus is that name of the Father (Jn.5:43) the Son (being the adopted son of King David so God’s commandment of the sure mercies of David would live on through eternity as seen in 2 Sa.22 and chapter 23!) and of the Holy Spirit (Jn.14:26 whom the Father will send in My name!) by the power of the Holy Spirit who is the perfect will of God in His word, Mt.12:46While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him. 47Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee. 48But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren? 49And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! 50For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. Jesus is that word made flesh (The perfest will of the Father in Jesus Christ!), Jn.1:14 and in many manuscripts in verse 18 of Jn.1; it says the begotten God who is in the bosom of the Father, not another person but God’s own Spirit which Jesus went to become again! See Jn.16:26At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you: 27For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God. 28I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: AGAIN, I leave the world, and go to the Father. 29His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb. We have no authority to change one doctrine handed down to us from the Apostles, they alone knew who Jesus was, that He was just as it was told to Joseph by the Angle of God that Jesus was to be God with us our Immanuel! Is.7:14; Is.9:6 the Mighty God; Is.40:3 We too are to prepare the way for our God and His next coming! This is how we become Apostles the called and chosen ones, for many are called but few will be chosen, Mt.7:13-14; 20:16; and 22:14 because not one dot or title will be changed or be done away with till all of the Lord’s word will be fulfilled, Mt.5:17-20 and again Mt.24:35 because Jesus changes not, Heb.13:8!

I don’t care who we think we are; we will all face the judgment seat of our great God and King of kings and LORD of lords; Phil.2:10That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. 12Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. 13For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. 14Do all things without murmurings and disputings: 15That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; 16Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain. Or our worship our salvation our whole life will be in vain; it takes all scripture living in our lives: 2 Tm.3:14But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; 15And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. Did we get the true Holy Ghost that comes with fire or did we get the other gospel that Paul talked about which is not a gospel; if we or anyone preach any other gospel they are accursed four times, once in Deu.4:2 once in Gal.1:8 & 9 and once in Rev.22:18-19! That is the reason Jesus said we must be born-again of the water (correctly) and receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, it is a supernatural event with supernatural gifts accompanying His Spirit in you; as seen just as it was written in Ac.2:1-4 and confirmed in them who had received it who Paul was talking to in the Epistles; it was to people who had been confirmed with signs following; 1 Cor.1:1Paul called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother, 2Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and our’s: 3Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. 4I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; 5That in everything ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; 6Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: 7So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: (Jms.1:16-17), 8Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. 10Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing; and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. Eph.5:26That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. Because we have been baptized correctly or Paul would have left the disciples of John the Baptist alone if it didn’t matter, Ac.19:1-7! We must be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ to receive His repentance of what all sinners must face if not justified in His eyes not man’s but His eyes (Ac.11:15-18) that is why we must have His ordinances placed over us His way (1 Cor.6:11); God made sure the Israelites worshipped Him His way in the wilderness or you end up like Nadab and Abihu in the fire of God’s Hell forever more, where the worm dieth not an you become the fuel for the fire, Eze.21:31-32 and Eze.22:30-31!

I wrote a Bible lesson called Man lost his Salvation not knowing the true definition to two words; Grace and Understanding. You can find it at my blog-sight at http://garylordway.wordpress.com or write to me at GaryLordsWay@aol.com and I can send you my book free of charge, it was freely given to me by the Holy Spirit and I cannot receive something which is not my own. I hope these things have brought you some light; if not, I hope you will forgive my arrogance, writing to one of God’s own children of faith!

As always, God bless; your humble servant:

Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble.” 1 Peter 3:8 (NIV) If we are serving the same master, then why compete so much trying to save the saved? Team work works. Comments….

I think this is not so much about trying to save the saved: I think it is about sharing what our Lord the Holy Spirit has shown us in truth of His word being presented to us by His unction as shown in scripture; we have no need of teachers, 1 Jn.2:20But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. & 27But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. We all have a race to win; no man is saved until we hear those most famous words we can hear: Well do My good and faithful servant; We all must win our race and draw off of each other, we all have different callings and abilities and gifting, power is in the word unto death and unto life; the more we learn and are taught the more we will then be held accountable for: Mt.25:1-46 and I really hope none of get trapped in a situation which the Apostle Paul was talking about in 1 Cor.4:1-21 but all stop at verse 16 and be followers of him, because he definitely was the chosen vessel of the LORD’S to instruct us in our ways in which we are to follow, Jn.15:20, if we keep Jesus’ words we will keep theirs too!

We come to this forum to try and help strengthen each other and to build up or at least that was my intentions and I hope no one takes anything I say in any other way. When Jesus said keep My commandments in Jn.14:15 it shows us it is an on- going walk with Him in all of our lives or we find that we have only deceived ourselves with our own dogmas and theologies incorrectly and have wandered off into what Heb.12:1-29 is talking about, which is presumptuous sin, which I might add is the unforgivable sin, which even St. John instructed us not to pray for and seek their forgiveness, 2 Jn.1:6And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it. 7For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. 8Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward. 9Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. 10If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: 11For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds. 12Having many things to write unto you, I would not write with paper and ink: but I trust to come unto you, and speak face to face, that our joy may be full. 13The children of thy elect sister greet thee. Amen.

Just as God’s ways are not our ways and His intelligence is so much higher, we have been given a commandment by the Apostle Peter to grow in knowledge, 2 Pt.3:18 so that is my intentions in here and hopefully everyone else’s here too. I hope we all can grown in maturity and in faith and lead each other to higher heights in love of God; so that all of our lives will be more fruitful for His Kingdom’s Harvest! That is my hope and prayer today, to be a better servant and to grow in the knowledge that we all can learn from each other! See 2 Tm.4:6-8. Let us never be found to grieve the Holy Spirit for that is our earnest hope of salvation, Mt.12:30-32 see also 46-50!

Duck Dynasty and A&E

Today’s editorial:

Here’s the thing; I don’t watch TV anymore or go to theaters or rent videos from Hollywood or anyone else who sponsors let us just say that other life style, for the sake of harassments! I would like to sponsor Duck Dynasty but after devoting a great deal of research to the families so called religious ties and background I can see why they went with A&E. We have a right of religious freedom in this country; but we are to do our due diligence in whom we attend and why we are attending anywhere! If our walk does not line up with the Holy Bible guess whose wrong… it isn’t with God the Creator, it is with us who are the created!

It is quite clear all the way back to Moses that God would raise up a prophet like unto Moses; anyone who will not listen to Him will be cut off; this is a harsh term for being condemned, as in stoned to death for your sin. Death is required for all who sin and live in the flesh, with the pride of life and the lust of the eye or the lust of the flesh, see 1 Jn.2:15-17 which will be destroyed with this world of ours! In other words you are not going to heaven because they stem from covetousness and do a Bible study on covetousness and disobedience to God’s will which is His word, 2 Tm.3:16-17! It does not and is not going to end well with those who think; well, the pastor said we are all under grace and faith! You can believe all you want see Jms.2:19 for example; we will be judged by our walk according to Rev.22:12And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14Blessed are they that do his commandments; that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. 16I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. 17And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. You see it still takes Obedience to the word of God to enter into heaven or Jesus would have never said this: Jn.14: 15If ye love me, keep my commandments.

Man Lost His Soul not Knowing the Definition to Two Words!

Let us begin this study with a short heartfelt and meaningful prayer, that we would have the Lord lead us into all righteousness and that we could learn to fulfil all righteousness in all that He has intended for us to do with this life that He gave to us to live to its fullest, in Jesus’ name Amen.

I think any sermon or theological paper should always start with a cause and effect principle or structure to it, we see this with almost all the stories in the Bible. The stories present their case and then show the outcome to all that transpires; the cause and the effect principle. Now let me get directly to the point of my Lesson, when man lost not only his soul due to him losing his ability to know what the true meaning to this one word is: UNDERSTANDING!! And the other word we will discuss in the latter half of this discussion, Grace.

Now let me get to the cause of this situation that man has gotten himself in, when God made the earth and the heavens He used His wisdom and His knowledge to create everything to His specifications; this was the first example in the purest form of UNDERSTANDING. He did this because He had the ability, that all man is still desperately needing today; for this one ingredient or ability: God did all these things because He wanted a relationship with His creation; the ability to interact with a creation that was eternally evolving in its own direction, by mans mistakes (due to sin), up to this point I might add. Look I have history to back up this claim! Man’s empires always fall and they self-destruct mainly from the inside, just as the events in the Garden of Eden. It is just a matter of time before we get our just rewards; either good or bad. When man lost the ability to discern wisdom and knowledge and the word understanding, he lost his salvation to eternal life with his God our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ.

Man can and is indeed searching for all knowledge, we have almost countless opportunities to search out knowledge at a great price I might add, look at the cost of Higher Education these days and it keeps going higher each year. All of this is to no avail if we do not learn again the meaning of one word. The true meaning of the word Understanding!!  Let us look now at the true definition of the word understanding that our scholars have given to us: Understanding (also called intellection) is a psychological process related to an abstract or physical object, such as a person, situation, or message whereby one is able to think about it and use concepts to deal adequately with that object. Understandingis a relation between the knower and an object of understanding. Understanding implies abilities and dispositions with respect to an object of knowledge sufficient to support *intelligent behavior*. An understanding is the limit of a conceptualization. To understand something is to have conceptualized it to a given measure (but the hidden truth is still lacking in definition here). Now I can go into much deeper relationships to understanding for it goes into the realms of psychological, physiological, as well as every theology or any other doctrine that has ever been taught as well because we are to use understanding in every aspect of our lives but we don’t.

But the plain and simple truths I’m trying to relate is; just how far man has gotten away from the true ability to understand. The key to my writing this is to try and make apparent what man has to do to become one with our God, Lord and Saviour again. Our main objective in this life has changed from what it used to be when God created us. The simplest way to show you is in the Garden of Eden, when Adam and Eve first stumbled because they forgot understanding; the ability to practice (use wisdom and knowledge) what they have learned and put it to practical use (to have understanding when we use what we have learned and have declared as wise and profitable to the body of man)! Gen.2:15And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.16And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: 17But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. Now man at this point had all knowledge that was due him in order to live forever in light of God’s sovereignty. For man was not naïve as some presume that he was, for God had put in man the ability to know and to have wisdom as well as understand-ing, for God made man in His image, so we must assume the first man, Adam that was made in His (God’s) likeness had to be a perfect man, with all knowledge, except for good and evil; Gen.1:27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. This is the reason God condemned them because they blatantly refused God’s perfect way and perfect know-ledge to gain more knowledge at the cost of understanding. (Man put his wants ahead of God’s, this equals rebellion and sin, from which all sin originates.) When Adam and Eve stepped out on their own in search for knowledge that could be gained from eating the Devine Fruit at the cost of UNDERSTANDING; they created sin as well as death which are the effect of sin, at a cost to all mankind, to pay for eternity!!

Now man is just as obnoxious and arrogant today toward God as he was in Adam and Eve’s day! The plain and simple truth is that man in all his so called sophistication has lost himself in his own stupidity, by being arrogant, and not humbling himself before God. For the truth of the matter is this: Ecc.12:13Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man!!!  I just love the simplicity of the Bible, don’t you?

For man can indeed search and acquire: Ecc.12:9And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.10The preacher sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was upright, even words of truth.11The words of the wise are as goads, and as nails fastened by the masters of assemblies, which are given from one shepherd. (Refer to Ephesians 4 to One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism, Our Lord Almighty’s church!) 12And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh. Why for this one reason (Eph.5:17-21): Unless we do as God wants; we are in perfect conflict to His nature and death is our only resource in which we build upon in this case to our final outcome in this matter. Ecc.12:8Vanity of vanities, saith the preacher; all is vanity. Because we will all come to know Him sooner or later and sooner is better than later! Ecc.12:7Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it; and we all will stand and give an account for ourselves to God our creator our Lord Jesus Christ.

Remember earlier did you pick up on the part of the definition that leads to salvation?? I’ll show you one more time: Understanding implies abilities and dispositions with respect to an object of knowledge sufficient to **support intelligent behavior**: A perfect example of cause and effect relationships in which if used correctly gives eternal life! Which leads us to another cause and effect situation; the one when we receive truth and her twin sister’s knowledge and wisdom: for they are the effect of receiving God as our Savior which is true understanding which is the cause or the originator of the perfect ability to do as our Father originally wanted His children to walk in His light in perfect faith, of God’s will for us!! The cause in this case is receiving the Lord as our savior and we are baptized in the Water in His Name and Reborn in His likeness by receiving His Spirit: we gain wisdom, knowledge, and truth and strength in the Spirit to carry out the effect of receiving God; which is true understanding which is the ability to follow God’s command-ments to the letter. This leads to a chain reaction of causes and effects that proceed from the father: When we draw closer to Him He draws closer to us, as long as we seek His righteousness: Matt.6:33But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

This entire world is based and structured on the bases of cause and effects: Its God’s way; when He gave the first commandments, to tend the garden and to obey Him. He put a curse of death on man if he didn’t obey Him this is the effect of not obeying Him. This is primary and fundamental theology at its foundational truths. Man is the one who makes all things complicated with his trying to be smarter than God. 1Cor1: 19For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.20Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this world? Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 21For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God; it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

Man has gotten to the point that he has messed himself up and this world so drastically by miss prioritizing himself right into oblivion in both ways: Spiritually and Physically!! Why is this so hard for man to see, because he has lost the ability to know who God is and understand (keep His commandments) His ways! The cause and effect of this is what happened when sin entered this world with Satan as sins advocate. God set the dimensions of reality so simple that man just can’t grasp it because of one reason: He wants to be the creator instead of the creation!!

Answer to man’s problem:

Turn not away from the Lord:  For He is in His living word, His Holy Bible!

We can use a safe and time tested manor of revelation and follow all that God has given us in His irrefutable scriptures (2Tim3:16, 17) if we believe one scripture, then we are and must believe all of them, and interpret them correctly so that each one will harmonizes all the rest, to the glory of God: And the effects of that will be life eternal! When we follow God’s words we see He tells us not to turn to the Right Hand or the Left; when we do something other than that, its effect, is eternal death. Really too simple for man to grasp; I can only imagine why man cannot! Somewhere man has gotten into some idiotic tendencies of self destruction for temporary gains; instead of looking at the big picture of the eternal plan of God. I mentioned earlier about mans inability to prioritize, because we all know how smart we have gotten and how mans knowledge is growing so fast we cannot even keep up with the written word being published in book form: That book with all its facts has already become obsolete before it hits the schools. But I can guarantee one thing right now; all the knowledge we need to know for life eternal has already been published and needs no correction or addition; for John and Paul both said the same thing in different words: Paul said in Gal1:8But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.9As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed: and John in Rev.22: 19And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Prioritizing

Man has lost his priority of God and His written word, somewhere along the line of man’s psychological, physiological, and philological or whateverological evolution (Prov.17: 24Wisdom is before him that hath understanding; but the eyes of a fool are in the ends of the earth.)  Man is always looking and never seeing what is right in front of him. He, man that is, has stepped off the chosen path and went to the right hand or the left it doesn’t matter. Man has gotten off out of the wide place that God gives His people to dwell in, that is mentioned somewhere in the Psalms (18:19), somewhere in His irrefutable words 2Tim3:16, 17! Man with all his education has become and still is a child in God’s eyes and perceptions of him. For God said that He would become the rock of offence, but it is better to stumble and get up while we have a chance and receive Him as our Lord and Saviour before He comes and crushes this worldly educated man to powder and back to the dust of this earth, with his highly educated soul being put in the “Lake of Fire”!!  Man as smart as he is, is not going to win in his argument to the Lord if he pleads ignorance with this scripture for help: Luke12:48But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes (For this scripture is for those who truly have not heard this gospel message. That we will discuss later in the “Theory of Justification by Works”.). For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. Many think this is a way out from knowing all there is to know of God and still have eternal life with Him just by trying to be as perfect as a man can be with man’s worldly, carnal ethics and principles.

This is man’s folly again because this is man’s reasoning for if man truly knew God he would know that all God really wants of man is man’s love. If man truly loved God, man would seek Him with all his heart, mind, spirit and soul as the first commandment told all of God’s children to do back in Exodus, to sanctify them-selves and become His peculiar people. If man truly was in love with his creator he would have every one of our schools seeking Him in all His glory for all the people on this earth to come so that they could come to know Him. Man must be under some assumption that he can do as he wishes and worship God any old way man chooses to and be counted as worthy, but if man worships God in man’s definition of worship, man is still considered a non believer in God’s eyes. For God came to earth for two reason to bring salva-tion to the lost and forgiveness of sins, by bringing a division between those that will receive His word and those that think this Bible is foolishness. Luke12:51Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division: 52For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three. This is the effect of God’s teaching, life or death just one of the two that’s all there is.

Somehow when man gets more revelations about his environment and the world around him he thinks that this is all important work over what we have already learned from God Himself. For somehow man has lost the first thing we were to learn in the Garden of Eden and throughout the Bible, the first principle lesson was to Fear God, priority one!! Why? Matt16:26For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Man has nothing God wants but man’s love and devotion, for if God wants anything at all He simply calls it out and it is. One of the things God cannot do is make us Love Him, it has to be a freewill offering, and how is man going to show his love for God. Does man really think he can negotiate his way out with God or pay God off with some good works? God gave us all we need; He gave us all the things we need in this life to be comfortable and to make everyone of His creations have the ability to help his brother out and to help his brother to become complete in the Lord, as well, as in life with all of his material needs being met and man’s Spiritual needs being fulfilled!

Man’s inability to learn what’s truly important!

2Tim3:7Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. This is because man has lost the ability to have true understanding that only comes from God when we are washed in the blood of Jesus.

Now let us take a theological examination of how we are to achieve perfection in our world that has been given us in our studies of Eschatology, which is the study of end time scriptures that relate to the end of this age and in His sacred word the Holy Scriptures for the things that must be to come Matt.24:14.

I have noticed the word turn in its relation to God’s will for us, there are over two and half pages in my concordance with scriptures with the word turn in them, or an derivative based off the word turn such as turned, turnest, turneth and turning. Out of all these variations of the word turn we see mostly two objects of study, someone is either turning to God or turning away from God for his death sentence. I find one central theme in this Holy Bible given to us by God Himself. This Bible is God’s diary of what to do and what not to do, to be with or without Him. Hopefully it will be the former if we will receive His word in faith believing in 2Tim3:16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: & 17Thatthe man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

We are still in an issue of priorities

With this being said we see why man is so far from God, man couldn’t see Him (God) if he was looking through the world’s most powerful telescope or the highest powered electron microscope. Because man has forgotten to fear God and that there is an ever present belief that this Holy Book is from man’s imagination. Another thing man presumes is that God is somewhere in a remote area of Heaven that only God knows and man can’t be seen by God. Man acts as though God doesn’t even exist or is oblivious to our actions on earth. Man is unaware that God is all around him at all times and is omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscience!

Let me clue some of you into a fact, if you study history at all it will prove the existence of God’s irrefutable words, these words that are God breathed through His Holy Spirit filled scribes, prophets, disciples, and apostles! Today’s scientist and archaeologists are proving more and more on each and every dig that the Bible is factual indeed and is trust worthy as a book to the development of man’s civilization and man’s society and fundamental framework.

Types of people

We see in the Bible that there have always been two distinct societies, one group that fear God and one group in which whatever man’s power can get for him, regardless of his brother’s needs: We can see this as far back in the book of Gen.6: 5And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.6And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

And I can say with all confidence God is getting to the same point with man right now, because of our lack of fear, concern, and the ability to keep our word, even after we make a pledge, oath, or covenant; like at repentance, because we lack understanding. When you understand His word and His commandments you are supposed to keep them and carry them out to His coming!! Not just the ones you seem to think are the important ones, or convenient for you, for they all carry the same death penalty, remember the cause and effect syndrome. John14:15 If you love Me you will keep My commandments. Just as in the Old Testament Jesus is the same today, yesterday and yes He was there in the Old Testament as well as in the New Testament, look to John8:58Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am. You might ask for proof of this, so we look to John19:37 which comes from Zach12: 10And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me (Jesus is in God as God is in Jesus as God is manifested in the flesh 1Tim3:16, otherwise God would have told the prophet to say Him that they have pieced, for Jesus was and has always been in the mind of God so that He could be our propitiation for sin) whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

That’s good enough for me to belief that Jesus was present then as well as right now and is all around us as we read this request for God’s people to come back to know Him: He is next to us reading this as well, so I had better let Him do the writing.

Back to two types of people; this is why there was slavery, and the only reason there was slavery was because God was trying to teach people His ways, and if you didn’t catch the drift of what He was teaching He was going to put you in a mandatory school of the Israelites, His chosen people that bear His name, His priests’ and they were to teach you; this was the first “Home Bible Studies Course”. Because of man’s abominations and worshipping nature and the physical environment of God’s creation the universe with the Sun and Moon and Stars being deities because God made His universe so majestically that man’s brain couldn’t fathom what they were seeing, but primitive man felt that he had an inherited a since that he was to worship something instead of someone (God in the flesh Jesus), he just couldn’t figure it out on his own until God showed Himself to His chosen people, the true righteous children from Adam and Eve: I’ll tell you why God looked to Adam and Eve’s descendants 1Sam16:7 for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.

So many men and so many styles but one inspiration and the tone of one writer!

And on the topic of a man writing the Bible no one man could have had that good of an imagination or the comprehension to write such a perfect work of literature! Besides that when God’s recorded word gets destroyed God tells the writer to write it again! We can see this in Jeremiah36: 22Now the king sat in the winter house in the ninth month: and there was a fire on the hearth burning before him. 23And it came to pass, that when Jehudi had read three or four leaves, he cut it with the penknife, and cast it into the fire that was on the hearth, until all the roll was consumed in the fire that was on the hearth. 24Yet they were not afraid, nor rent their garments, neither the king, nor any of his servants that heard all these words. 25Nevertheless Elnathan and Delaiah and Gemariah had made intercession to the king that he would not burn the roll: but he would not hear them. 26But the king commanded Jerahmeel the son of Hammelech, and Seraiah the son of Azriel, and Shelemiah the son of Abdeel, to take Baruch the scribe and Jeremiah the prophet: but the LORD hid them. 27Then the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, after that the king had burned the roll, and the words which Baruch wrote at the mouth of Jeremiah, saying, 28Take thee again another roll, and write in it all the former words that were in the first roll, which Jehoiakim the king of Judah hath burned.

This certainly sounds like man today doesn’t it? Man doesn’t like what God has to say so man just ignores God’s words; the one Book that will keep his eternal soul from the Lake of Fire and man disregards it as folk lore.

Receiving all of God’s Holy Words

Deu.5:31But as for thee, stand thou here by Me, and I will speak unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which thou shalt teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it.32Ye shall observe to do therefore as the LORD your God hath commanded you: ye shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.33Ye shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days (that man may have eternal life in the new age to come, this was the promise given to Abraham) in the land which ye shall possess.

Simplicity is in the Truth

This message is just as simple as it was back then; keep your promises to God turn not to the right hand or to the left, but walk in the light of the Lord. Just as God told Abram in Gen17: 1And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. 2And I will make my covenant between Me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly. 3And Abram fell on his face (True fear of the Lord, just how many people do that today?): and God talked with him, saying, 4As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.5Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

Indeed this happened; some more irrefutable proof, but I have come up with my own proverb: Fools know nothing and seek even more! But the prudent find wisdom and the fear of the Lord!

Vows and the Strength of words

A teleological argument, or argument from design, attributes the existence of order and direction in nature to some kind of purpose, thereby essentially proving the existence of God. (The word “teleological” is derived from the Greek word telos, meaning “end” or “purpose”.) More generally, teleology is the supposition that there is purpose or directive principle in the works and processes of nature. Immanuel Kant called this argument the physico–theological proof. Refer to Romans1:18-21

This is just one example of man’s attempt to press the point of their own intelligent superiority as to know that there is in fact a God and that He must have ordered the operations of the universe. So man out of his own interpretations of his own intelligence can discuss something into existence, for they are not allowed to go on faith and just believe, because this is against the principles of philosophy and to some degree some areas of physiology and psychology as well, depending on which position man decides to take according to his interpretations of his environment, realism, naturalism, mysticism, and the old time favorite atheism.

Power of the God’s word

I know that people as long as history has been written down on sheepskin or some other parchment, man has always made a living and a way of life for others, out of trying to convince the major public how brilliant they are by baffling people with so many words that their audiences’ can’t remember what they originally started talking about in the first place like right now. A bunch of words to do about nothing! This to me is, psychology, physiology and philosophy and a few otherologies; I love the old saying that when we are discussing the Bible we don’t need to try and defend it, the Bible is like a 2,000 lb. bull you just let it go and it will take care of itself.

Honesty and Ethics

We see the problem with words and their meanings is this; that words in themselves are only as powerful as the person or people or country or whoever spoke them into existence. Many people have lost the importance to how words work, when we speak them, we are supposed to mean what we say, and the people hearing the words are to comprehend our speech, or else we are all just foreigners trying to talk to each other, even in the event we are speaking the same language, if we do not know what the other said, people get wrong impressions and sometimes wars break out in the wake of misunderstanding even when it was entirely accidental!

Breaking of our Vows

We need to understand what we say and we are to back it up with actions (understanding), real physical movements, to place the word into a since of reality, this is true understanding, of what we read or what we spoke or what we have written. The only way we can do this is, is if we believe or better yet and in another word for believe is to have faith in that which or what was talked about will be either true or false or will take place or will not, and the only other class of thought on the matter is that it is must yet be unknown, as to the outcome or to have no comprehension of the thought trying to be relayed upon to the other person.

True innocence of God’s Presence in Creation

The case of not knowing the Lord in true naivety; is only possible if the Lord’s word has never been read, heard, or revealed in intuitions, but that is an impossibility, for God has caused us to inherit an umption to worship good over evil, just by observing nature around him (man) that God put in his (man’s) sub con-sciousness, that was inherited from Adam and Eve. And even in this case if man has never at all heard of God; he is still not lost because God will judge that man according to the Law of Moses; now if the man has never heard the Law of Moses brings about this situation: That man’s heart: If that man had never maliciously harmed good with evil and always did good in return for evil he could inherit the kingdom, because he lived according to God’s commandments without knowing God in his (this man’s) true naivety Romans2: 11For there is no respect of persons with God.12For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law; 13For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.14For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:15Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another ; 16In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.* Because God knows beforehand who will except Him or not, and this man had never heard of the sin of Adam and Eve, so this man will be judged as according to the times of before Abraham and before the Law was; were there was no law established from God to man’s behavior except not to shed innocent blood of another man, Gen.9:6. But what if a man never heard of Adam or Eve or even of the Bible?  John6:44 & 65No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. & 65And he said “Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father”. Now this only goes as long as that innocent man had never had a bad thought as well and had no thoughts of a situation of a wrong doing and wished it fulfilled, Matt5:28But I say unto you: That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

The likely hood of this ideal situation ever happening is entirely possible but highly UN likely, because Jesus said if we lust after a woman we have just committed adultery with her in our hearts, so we see that the mind of man is the seat of evil and sin. But on the sin issue with all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God issue and all have sinned from Adam on and is inherited, I would like to point out this scripture in evidence of what I call  “Justification of works without knowledge of God”. Prov.24:12If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? And he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? And shall not he render to every man according to his works?  This was speaking after the Law given to Moses! But I would like to point out one more point to those who have never heard of God and have never seen a missionary, or another white, black or whatever RACE OF MAN; one in which brings forth the Gospel of Jesus Christ, if one has never heard of God or the Gospel, God will in fact judge according to His righteousness, just as he did before or after Gen.9 and further on to Sodom and Gomorra, because the son is not at fault for not hearing the gospel: For the Father is at blame and the Son will not be judged according to the Father’s sin, Jer.31: 29In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children’s teeth are set on edge. 30But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eateth the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge. But this theory of “Justification of works without knowledge of God”  is just that for according to My Bible this should never take place because of this one scripture; Matt.24:14And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. And I might add that according to my perceptions that the Lord has given me of this world; that it cannot be much longer for all things of this age to end. Due to this one reason that this entire world has indeed heard of Christmas and if they haven’t they soon will hear of Christ when they ask what is Christmas. Jesus has already told many that Gabriel has the trumpet to his lips and is ready to sound the coming of the Lord!

Morality, Ethics, Honesty and the Fear of the Lord

But when man puts his name on anything spoken or written he is putting his honor on the line, and people have lost the since of what that means anymore in today’s society. We see this with divorce rates as high as they are and as well as so many so called Christians. I call them so called Christians for a reason, when I read my Bible it says we are to do all of His commandments: Precept upon precept, Line upon Line.

The first order of business after salvation is preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ nailed to the cross; crucified for our sins. Jesus died; He poured his blood out on the ground at Calvary, for you and me, so our sins will be covered, seen never again, Jesus was the answer to the curse of sin we inherited from Adam. That curse of sin that got put on all man for this was the total cost of his sin and because of the Law of Moses that requires a death of a sinless sacrifice for atonement: The blood of a sinless sacrifice; from the Lord our God; for the propitiation of sin forever. Jesus buried for three days rose again under His own power (authority given by the Holy Spirit) or authority because He was God in the flesh and yet He was the firstfruits of man (son of God the flesh) unto the Lord and is sitting on the throne of God because He told us He was the Father, when you have see Me you have seen the Father and from hence forth you have seen Him. John 10:30I and my Father are one (as one as Spirit and flesh can get joined together still two substances, immortal man and Holy Spirit, still One Person Though!). Refer to John4:24.

So the whole point to this subject that I’m expounding on is this, people are weak and cannot keep their word entirely; even if they keep it physically, they will break it mentally. We in this world are all but lost without our salvation coming from Jesus our savior. Man is incapable of saving himself. We all have come short of the glory of God because of this right here the cause: Romans2:20Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. Jesus actually came for two very different reasons to bring life forever and to bring condemnation to the world at the same time.John15:22If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloak for their sin.

Repentance, Baptism in the Water and in the Spirit

Listen up; right here is the big reason why people can’t keep their promises that they have spoken to God at repentance. For one they followed someone else’s oath and just recited whatever that person felt needed to be said. That man had no idea of what your sins or your mental attitudes are towards God and where you need to come to meet Him. He had no idea of what needed to be repented of in the first place, that is between you and God. Repentance is a private ordeal and is to be entered into reverently, for this is oath time; we will either live or die by what we say to Him right here in repentance if we don’t live up to our promise to follow Him. We will burn in the Lake of Fire over what we do in the presence of God when we step forward to come to know Him as our personal savior. For Jesus said if we don’t pick up our cross and follow Him daily we will not be worthy of Him.Luke9:23And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.

See Jesus said four things here: 1 come after Him (as to imitate) 2 let him deny himself (this means to but the flesh down and humble yourself and walk in the Spirit) 3 pick up your cross (have a burden for your brother, love for the sinner as well as the saint) 4 and follow Me. (means just that to be a servant or a minister to all of mankind and to be a slave to Jesus Christ and let Him be your master, the King of Kings in your life! If you can’t do this then you don’t love Him and do not deserve His Love. Matt.10:38And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. (These are those who have not obtained salvation in the proper way and are still in sin! Still walking in a worldly manor, and not reaching or witnessing to the lost, the gospel of Jesus Christ and of God’s Grace) You can worship and think you’re saved and have all the emotions to go along with being with God but lack to true joy of knowing Him in the Spirit in which the rest comes from, in knowing God our Lord and savior Jesus with the Love of the Holy Spirit dwelling inside you, giving you the perfect love of God. For man is to worship God in Spirit and in truth, because His Spirit is the Spirit of Truth (john16:13); John4:24God is a Spirit (an essence and cannot die) (not a true physical person of flesh, bone and blood which holds the life in it, in which one can actually die): and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth (true righteousness apart from the carnality of this world). For if characteristics of a person or titles or acts of achievements where persons then God would be countless and we would have no way of stopping at just three of His manifestations as in the “Trinity of God”.

Costs of Salvation

The anguish the Lord felt the night He prayed relays all that needs to be said, for His sweat was as blood, so what did Jesus do, He prayed even more fervently, because the flesh is weak and must submit to the spirit. Luke22:44And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.

The Price that we must pay to be His: Matt.19:21, Luke12:33 & Mark10:21

First I’ve heard it preached this salvation is free, which is not true at all! It will cost you all that you have! God is looking for disciples, stewards, and ministers, prophets, servants, administrators, etc. Those of us, who are willing to give their all to Him, forsaking all others to follow Him. Matt.10: 32Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. 33But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. 34Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. 35For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. 36And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household. 37He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.38And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.39He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.

Jesus came to cause dissention, to bring father against son, mother against daughter, but the bottom line is this: We must seek Him with all we have, for He will take nothing less, did He not give it all on the cross at Calvary? He will take nothing less than all of our hearts, minds, spirits, souls, and strength! Nothing short of full devotion is required and is a must if we are to be His children.

Falling by the wayside

This is the biggest reason why we have so many so called Christians living in today’s society, for one they have no clue to actually what is the cost and are not living a righteous life in Christ Jesus. They have never read the entire Bible all the way through for themselves, and studied it on a daily bases and the other reason is that they have not been washed in the blood of Jesus or even baptized in His name as required in Acts 2:38, 39 or even receive the Holy Ghost! Unless you receive the Holy Ghost how is one to interpret the Bible correctly without the Spirit leading the way. Many people today just think repentance is feeling sorry for what has been done in the past, but that is just the beginning of repentance. Full repentance is a turning AWAY from ERROR back into the path of RIGHTEOUSNESS. And then not getting out of the path to the right hand or the left, for narrow is the way and strait is the gate: Being a Christian takes a bona fide effort, Jesus never said it was going to be easy, if it were easy everybody would be one, kind of like today’s Modern-day Emerging Church!  Here’s all I have to say to this emerging church; Isa.28: 15Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves: 16Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.

He that believeth shall not make haste

I’m not for putting off getting saved; all I’m saying is do your due diligence, for the scripture says work out your own salvation and you had better do it in all reverence and with fear in your heart, for I would not want to fall into the hands of an angry God Heb.10:29-31; Phip.2:12: This is where people get into all kinds of trouble, first they never truly repented, second they were never baptized in the only name given by which salvation comes, Acts4:12 and knowing who Jesus is as in John8:24  I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, (God in the flesh refer to John20:28 if Jesus was not God He would have corrected Thomas right then and there. 1Tim3:16 & Col2:8-10 as well as 1john5:20)  ye shall die in your sins.

When one is water baptized in the proper way he may present himself before the Lord and receive the Holy Spirit with the evidences given in Acts2, for the Lord is the same yesterday today and forever Heb.13:8 from Heb.1:12 from Isaiah40:8 8The grasses withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand forever. If one is worthy and the Lord has searched them and found them fit; the Lord sometimes baptizes in the Spirit before the water baptism but you must be born of the water and the Spirit before you can truly worship in Spirit and in truth; John3:3 & 5: 3Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Matt.3:15 so that all righteousness maybe fulfilled. This is part of the operations of God that must be completed and fulfilled in order to come into His kingdom.

If you have not the Holy Ghost and do not speak in tongues you are none of still His: Rom.8: 9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man has not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. For example we use Peter and Cornelius in Acts10: 44While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. 48And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord (Jesus’ name). Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.

Die to self and the Rebirth

The rebirth is just that; we die to self and receive Jesus’ Spirit and walk in light (likeness) of His truth of His ways as in His life. We no longer look at this world as our level of righteousness, for if we do not judge ourselves against His infallible word we will be lost as before, for the world cannot receive His Spirit for it is foolishness to them: (today’s emerging church believes we all get baptized with the Spirit as soon as we come up out of the water but this is not true, the evidences of tongues was given as a sign for just that reason so someone would know when they receive it: Trust me for years I thought I was baptized in the Spirit until it truly happened, and the gift of tongues, and prophesy as well as other signs came upon me.)  John14:16, 17: 16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever; 17Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. When we get baptized in His Spirit we receive power from on high (the fire) that enables us to stay in His word, when we put the flesh down and live for Him. This is the total devotion and the commitment to the promise spoken at repentance. For God sees to the heart of man, and if we have not received it is because we asked amiss:  James1:16Do not err, my beloved brethren.17Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, (the gift of the Spirit originated that way and will always have the evidence of speaking in tongues, because God changes not, and that’s the way He comes into our hearts the same way with Fire) neither shadow of turning. (This is how they will be known by others because of the signs and wonders, by the power of His spirit John14:12-15)18Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.19Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: 20For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. 21Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. 22But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.23For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. 25But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. 26If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain. 27Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this: To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.  Refer to1Thes.5:22.

Now discipleship and Stewardship Begin

Repent of your sins to our God and Savior Jesus, be baptized in His truth and Spirit in His glorious name in the water of death to self and raise out of the water in newness of life born again in water of cleansing as in the washing of the sacrifice before it was excepted in the Tabernacle in the wilderness, and the purification of the priests before they were anointed with oil were washed and sanctified, and in His Spirit and likeness, this is the true rebirthing process. No one ever said it was going to be easy, it’s not until you do one simple thing. Learn to Love God with all your heart, then it starts to get real easy from there on! For does not the Bible say the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. When we learn to reverse our thought pattern to the Spirit before the flesh and humble ourselves, we then begin to realize a break through.

Fallen by the wayside

Unless we are baptized in the Spirit, we are lost when reading His scriptures, without His spirit to guide us and to help us with interpretations: These are those that I have talked about before, that start out really well but have not the fire that only comes from the Lord’s Spirit, spoken of by John the Baptist; Matt.3:11he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: This is the reason right here so many think they are with the Lord yet cannot keep from going back to the world and doing the same things all over again, as well as they start reading the Bible and lose heart. Because the Lord’s not there with them holding their hand through the process of the learning and interpretation, look to Isa28:13 But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken. (The people who have not the Spirit of Jesus will be those that start to read the word and lose heart, fall backwards, and break away from daily prayer, praise, and stop reading the word because they don’t understand it, lose ambitions or the Fire, because they never really received it. These are those people that fall back into the worldly ways and go straight back to doing just what they did before they were so called saved!)  Every one of God’s scriptures are to be read, eaten and thoroughly digested, not just the ones someone thinks needs to be read and you can do without the others: like some people I know that say to only concentrate on the New Testament, for that is what matters to this day and age, true but unless you read and know and thoroughly understand the Old as well as the New how are you going to keep from doing the same old mistakes the Israelites did that upset the Lord, in that the Lord looked to the gentiles to graft in a people who knew not the Lord, to make His people jealous. For how easy it would be to graft in the natural branch back into the vine than the wild one, which will be done in the future anyway.

We see so many today trying so hard to get right with the Lord but always missing the mark for one reason, they have not the proper teachers teaching apostolic doctrine directly from scriptures. When man who has no idea of how to speak in a heavenly tongue tries to teach, we see this problem arising, look back to prior verses in Isaiah28 for we see the answer right there.11For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. This is how we preach this gospel as well as teach it, we let the Spirit move us to teach in light of His guidance, then we can get all of His word to our heart: 10For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: in the right order by the leading of His Spirit we see how to become His people; and then we can start to be fed, 9Whom shall he teach knowledge? And whom shall he make to understand doctrine? Them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts: (Those that have been baptized in His Spirit can start to eat solid food of His hard scriptures or dark sayings sometimes called the parables as well as Paul’s hard sayings.)

This is the very reason many have come to stumble in their walk with the Lord, they have not made the transition from Child of the World to Child of God in the Spirit, no wonder we have so many so called preachers that need true revelation being preached to them before they preach to Another living soul, for this is indeed the blind leading the blind straight to the gates of Hell’s Fire!

Many are called but few are chosen

I have shown more than enough to get most on the road to repentance, forgiveness and baptism in God’s Spirit; but that is entirely up to you, how you go about it, for this is your walk. (But don’t get off the path to the right hand or the left.) I can’t go before you and ask God to forgive you or lead anyone through some sinners prayer but I can pray for you and if you are baptized in His glorious name and Spirit then He will forgive your sins and make you whole, James5: 15And the prayer of faith shall save the sick (mentally and physically), and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he has committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.  16Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual ferv-ent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. For we are all called by God but few will receive Him in all His glory; Rev3:20Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears my voice, and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21To him that overcometh (The world and carnality with, man’s traditions, philosophy and this trinity doctrine, that came from man and not out of His irrefutable word “The Holy Bible”.) will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father (I and My Father are one, John10:30) in his throne. (Because God in this New Testament age is now manifested in the flesh) 22He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Paul instructs Timothy in 2Tim. 19Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let everyone that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.20But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.21If a man therefore purge himself from these, (from the world and sanctify himself for God’s use) he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.

This is only done after we prove ourselves and our faith is held true under his testing or proving: Rev.3:15I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. This is those who have lost the Fire and are not doing His will and making disciples of all nations and people, when God loves you He will test you to see if you truly love Him: Rev.3: 19As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten (test, purify, and make ready for use): be zealous therefore, and repent.

The miss understood word of Grace

I feel that so many people are out here preaching of “this day or age of grace” and we live in an age of grace and that we can do anything we wish and say oh I’m sorry God I’ll try and do better and it will be ok. Heads up fly ball, this lie is going to be all over you; you’ll chase it all the way to the broad path that leads straight to hell’s slippery slope, to the big Lake of Fire!  Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. He is the light of the world that allows us to have light in the darkness of this world, to follow His narrow path (means difficult) and enter at the straight gate (for it would be easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a sinner to enter therein). Many the first thing they say is I’m saved by faith and not by works which is the works of the Law of Moses to the Jews, but yet we have those laws put upon our hearts and in our minds now and yes we live by faith but faith without works is dead James2 teaches this: 17Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. 18Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.19Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. (How many people tremble now days? Even understand that there is only One God our Lord Jesus) 20But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?  21Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?  22Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?  23And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. 24Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. 25Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way?  26For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

The most convincing is what is taught by Jesus in John14:15 If ye love Me, keep My commandments. I love simplicity! Or Else the long version in Luke13:24Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able (for the order of operations that God has instructed for us to do must be kept, they have to be kept in order to enter into His court and His mansion, for we all will see the throne room, but who will see the rest of His kingdom?). 25When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are: 26Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets. 27But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity (these are those that did not have a burden and pick up their cross for they are not worthy of Him). 28There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out. 29And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God. 30And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last. These are those who have made themselves ready to enter into His kingdom and have gowned themselves with His royal robes so that they may attend the wedding feast of the bride! (Eph4: 3Endeavouring to keep the unity (God cannot be divided He is omni-present) of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. 7But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.)  Please people read 1John5:1-20 and learn that Jesus is the true God. And Thomas harmonizes this verse as well in John20:28.

You want to go to heaven then listen to this prophet: find you a wise teacher who preaches just straight apostolic doctrines and learn who is “rightly dividing” the word of God so you can rebuke a false prophet or a teacher of today’s emerging church; 2Tim2: 15Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

If you seek Him in all righteous and in a love of your heart He will find you and give to you freely; 1Kings3: 13And I have also given thee that which thou hast not asked, both riches, and honour: so that there shall not be any among the kings like unto thee all thy days. 14And if thou wilt walk in my ways, to keep my statutes and my commandments, as thy father David did walk, then I will lengthen thy days. (Like forever to eternity) Matt.6:33But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. And this is the long and short of it; 1Tim.4:16Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

  • Now I’ve found something written a long time ago and I think it is still current and helps explain the true meaning of grace according to God’s eyes and as well as what we should be seeking in true grace”:

The Mystery Doctrine of Grace

By F. W. Krummacher (1796 – 1868)

What is the principle thing in Christianity? On what does all finally depend and what is the surest sign of a state of grace? These questions, my brethren, are not difficult to answer. The principal thing, and the surest touchstone of Christianity, is this: that our godliness should shine forth in our life, business, and all our walk and conversation; in our sufferings, in avoiding of evil, in patience, in meekness, in peacefulness, in compassion, in industry, and in a faithful discharge of our daily calling. “Let your light so shine before men,” said the Lord, “That they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.” “Not everyone that says unto Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that does the will of My Father which is in heaven.” “By their fruit you shall know them.” “Show me your faith by your works,” says James. And Paul says, “Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.”

“You are,” exclaimed Peter, “a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people, that you should show forth the praises of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”

In these, and many other passages of Holy Scripture, all our boasted godliness and fancied merit, are pronounced worthless and hypocritical; yes, even judged and condemned, when they do not so affect our hearts, as to produce a virtuous life, fruitful in good works. “Without holiness,” says God “no man shall see the Lord.” And in the first epistle of John we find, “He that commits sin is of the devil; and whoever is born of God, does not commit sin; for His seed remains in him: and he cannot commit sin, because he is born of

God.” “Whoever is born of God, sins not.” This is a remarkable passage; how are we to understand it? Are they who are born again really free from all sin?

Need they no longer daily renew the complaints and sighs of a contrite heart, that they have been so remiss in their most sacred obligations; in love to their God, and to their brethren? Does not John himself declare, “If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us”; yes, we make God a liar. How then can we bring these two passages, which seem to contradict each other, into unison? This will not be so difficult, my brethren, if we look more closely at the context. John tells us explicitly why the regenerated do not sin. He says, “He does not commit sin, because His seed (the seed of God, the seed of the new life from God, Christ Jesus, who is the true life) remains in him.

Whoever is truly born of God, has obtained another nature, a new life: he has become a new creature in Christ Jesus; he sees sin in its most frightful form, and abhors it as the greatest evil; he hates it as an act of enmity towards God—as the murderer of his Savior, his own life, his salvation. Nothing is so horrible, so odious to him, as sin; he bears in his heart a deep and sincere desire, and an earnest prayer renewed daily and hourly, to be delivered from the bondage of this tyrant, and to serve the Lord in the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. The Savior has enlightened him from pure mercy, so that he has recognized his wretched condition through sin; He has atoned for his sins by the death struggle on the cross; He has forgiven his transgressions, and purified him in His own blood, and made him blessed and holy, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit. This astonishing grace, this unspeakable mercy has eternally estranged him from sin; sin has become detestable to him, it is a crying abomination, a most unnatural ingratitude, and therefore he hates, avoids, flees, and curses sin; and prays, strives, sighs, and uses his utmost endeavors to root it from his heart.
But how is this possible? Does not the seed of the serpent yet reign within him? Do not the most beloved children of grace still sigh and groan under the weight of their transgressions? Is not the Christian’s pillow often moistened with the tears of godly sorrow and repentance? Truly it is, but yet even in this distress and lamentation, this strife against sin, and this imploring of the sanctifying power of the blood of Christ, there is proof given, that he who is born again has received a new nature which cannot sin, to which sin is a strange, disgusting, and unfriendly element; and that the old Adam, which exists in sin, has, nevertheless, received a death wound which will by degrees cause his destruction.

We ought to try and examine ourselves, sincerely as before the sight of God, whether we know this new life by experience. Many deceive themselves, many pretend to have the seed of God in them, many imagine themselves in a state of grace when it is not so; and the consequence of this will be, that they will turn the grace of God into licentiousness, and still continue to go on in sin. Where grace has really been experienced, it breathes death against the pleasures of sin. We will now consider this so frequent an abuse—not of grace, but of the doctrine of grace.

In Your light, oh Lord! Shall we see light? Lift up the light of Your countenance upon us, that we may be healed. Your mercy is great to those that fear You. How unnumbered are the wonders which You do to Your children! Your affections yearn with compassion; You had pity upon the miserable, Oh God! Give us the eye of faith? You gave Your only beloved Son, Your heart’s treasure, to be despised on earth, in the deepest lowliness, in contempt, to bear grief, death, and the curse; You allowed Him to be trodden under the foot of sinners, that Your enemies, Your despisers, might not be lost. Oh Lord! Give us the eye of faith; give us a heart to understand heavenly things; let us but be aware of a part of You our Savior’s overflowing mercy; then shall we forever be removed into Your comfort, and show forth Your praise in time and in eternity. Give us to understand the true nature of sin, so that the name of Jesus may be precious to us above all things. Declare unto us something of the riches of Your compassion, of the stability of Your truth, of the unchangeableness of Your promises, of the all-sufficiency of the holy sacrifice of Golgotha, and especially of our own nothingness and our deep guilt, that it may lead us to depend daily on You, and to look to You for grace, as our only means of existence.

Oh, Lord! Guard us from hypocrisy, which is an abomination to You. Let Your grace and truth dwell within us, that we may never, like the foolish virgins, call in vain: “Lord, Lord, open to us!” Grant us a pure, sincere, and upright heart, a spirit free from guile, a single eye! But if we are without the humble, childlike spirit; if, instead of truth itself, we have only the words of truth; and if we have only as yet attained to that degree of knowledge and sense which leaves us unfruitful, slothful, cold, proud, impure, without the daily fervent communion of prayer with You, without chastisement, without desire for sanctification; then remove the scales from our eyes, and break the white sepulcher of our hearts, that from it we may run in terror, and fall in sincere contrition at Your feet to acknowledge from the deepest heartfelt experience, that   You are perfect grace and truth. Then shall we, oppressed by hatred of sin, moved by Your unmerited love and faithfulness, animated by Your Spirit, clothed with the garment of Your righteousness, overpowered by Your free grace, “give diligence to make our calling and election sure, for if we do this we shall never fall.” Lord, be merciful to us, and bless Your Word to us! Amen.
“What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid! How shall we that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?” Romans6:1, 2.Guided by these words, we will consider the abuse of the doctrine of grace under the three following heads.

  • 1. How is it possible that the abuse of the doctrine of grace is so easy, and therefore so frequent and
    customary?
  • 2. That it is a crime, and therefore worthy of punishment.
  • 3. How can a man be delivered from that error, and attain the right use of this doctrine?

And while this important subject is under our consideration, may our merciful God shed His blessing upon us, and make His truth powerful in our hearts for Christ’s sake.

Before, however, we commence a close examination of these three heads. We will make a few remarks upon the subject of grace in general. We are necessitated to do so by the words of our text, which stand in intimate connection with the preceding verses. In the fifth chapter of Romans, Paul describes the riches of the grace of God in Christ Jesus. The riches of this grace are superabundantly great; so great that none can number them; yes, speech will fail if they are only reflected upon. We, miserable, condemned, cursed, sinners, can and shall be saved in the midst of all our wretchedness. We have deserved that God should take no more heed of us, but leave us to take our course the way of destruction. We have derided and despised His law, His love, His mercy, His truth, His representations, His entreaties, His calls to repentance, His earthly and spiritual blessings. Our conscience bears witness to the truth of this. It is written in burning characters which cannot be quenched, though you were to pour a sea of streams upon them. But, behold, all these sins God will overlook. The Lord of glory appeared to us, clothed in flesh and blood like ours, tangible and audible to our senses, like a human being, but poor; He veiled the rays of His Divine majesty that we might not fear Him and flee from Him; but might draw near to Him with childlike simplicity, as to our equal. Further, He stepped into the gap; He bowed Himself beneath the law, and accomplished it as an obedient servant, for love of us, and in our stead. All He said and did was performed for our benefit, and it all has a meritorious property, and is all-sufficient as an expiation. Finally, He submitted to the torments of hell and condemnation, which we have deserved, and was made a curse instead of us, and died the bitter death of a malefactor. “God made Him to be sin for us who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.”

Yes, God offers a complete justification in the Son of His love, to all poor, miserable, condemned sinners. We may thus appear in His presence, not only free from the curse, from punishment and sin, but holy, righteous, guiltless, without blemish, clothed in the beaming, spotless robe of the righteousness of our Surety, in which even the eyes of the Holy God can discern no stain of sin. We may approach the most wretched sinner, and say to him, “There is a Redeemer, a Comforter, a Surety, a Savior for you, who can fill you with the peace of God, who can pour into your breast the most blessed hopes of future glory, who can even in the midst of the valley of tears build you a habitation of peace, against which all the waves, storms, and floods in the world, will spend their strength in vain!
When his tears and prayers have been for some time answered, and he can lay hold of Jesus with the hand of faith, then the Savior plucks him as a brand from the burning, and presents him before the presence of His Father as a pardoned child of God, to whom all things have worked together for good. Mark! Not merely for his salvation, but for his good! It is true that we lost much—no all by Adam’s sin. The image of God was destroyed, and we are reduced to so powerless a state, that we cannot stretch forth the withered hand to pluck the fruit from the tree of life. But behold! Listen! Be astonished, and pray! There is a free grace of God, which without any respect of persons, can save to the uttermost, and pardon sins of the deepest dye! We speak to all sinners—to old sinners, to young sinners, to adulterers, thieves, murderers, slanderers, blasphemers, the voluptuary, the deceiver, and the Sabbath breaker—however deformed and soiled by sin, though they may deserve eternal condemnation a thousand fold, we call to you aloud, our heart impressed with the sincerest love for your souls: You may now be delivered from all your guilt, yes even today you may gain justification of life in Jesus Christ.
You need bring nothing of your own; you can be cured permanently and gratuitously of all your own sins and misdeeds; Jesus will absolve you from all; and give you forgiveness of sins, a new birth, faith, sanctification, safety and glorification; He will save you, convert, justify, favor, and bless you; yes, He will dwell in you, and walk in you, and you shall be in Him what He was and is, the holy and beloved One of God!
O my brethren, how blessed is the man, who, overcome by this free grace, is removed out of himself and incorporated with Christ. His grace swallows up all our sins, and all our evil, like a fathomless sea; and introduces all the treasures of heavenly glory into our souls. This grace raises us above all cares, and leads us to repose in the depths of the eternal love of God; this grace finishes the work begun in us; and never ceases from correcting, healing, strengthening, and blessing us; it screens, and arms us against all the enemies of our salvation; it helps us to bear our cross; it conducts us through the narrow path of death, to the regions of eternal glory; it constitutes our song of praise throughout eternity.
Then what shall I say, my brothers and sisters, but that whoever is born of this blessed mother, to the light of life; whoever has exper-ienced anything of the riches of its tenderness and truth, and has truly been convinced, by the light of God’s Word, of the depth and extent of his wretched condition, must feel that it is impossible to describe the value of this grace. We cannot sufficiently appreciate its unspeakable value; the most ardent songs of praise are but poor and weak in comparison. And yet it is a melancholy truth, which bears fearful testimony to the deep corruption of the human heart that though the prophets and apostles zealously applied themselves to guard this precious doctrine from corruption, yet it was necessary at all times, notwithstanding and it is to the present day, to preach with unabated zeal against its abuse.

We have already said that this abuse of the doctrine of the free grace of God in Christ Jesus is very easy. Is it truly thus? If I am in danger of sinking in a deep and muddy stream and a compassionate savior throws his self into the water and rescues me at the hazard of his own life; should I forget my preserver and his deed of love, and throw myself afresh into the stream, the depths of which threatened to destroy me? Should I not rather, all my life long, be eager to testify my gratitude to my faithful benefactor? Should I not anxiously avoid the dark stream and its frightful depths, and sincerely hate and abhor it?

Oh my brethren, whoever has experienced real grace, who knows grace in its true character, and sees clearly that the Lord might justly have left him to perish, but that He has saved him, out of His free mercy, by the offering up of His own life; and not only that, but has also chosen him from the foundation of the world, looked upon him as a righteous child of God, and made him blessed to all eternity; he ought to dread nothing so much as a continuance in sin, and daily desire nothing more fervently than to be faithful to this Savior until death. But, truly, this experience does not fall to the lot of every man, and hence the abuse of it.
Men talk about free grace without having the slightest acquaintance with it from personal experience; instead of living in the element of grace, they have nothing but a mere head knowledge, (lacking understanding) or a superficial perception of it in their hearts; a complete break with the world, the flesh, and the devil, has not yet taken place; the conscience sleeps the sleep of death, and Christ is regarded as a mere substitute, whom the sinner thinks will make up the deficiency of his own fancied merit. Thus the abuse of this doctrine becomes very easy. When the whole head, the whole heart is filled with false premises, how can we be surprised that they should lead to the most false—no, infamous conclusions? What wonder is it that such a man, who chatters about grace without having become acquainted with it from heartfelt experience, with the tears of repentance, should appropriate the kindness of this Redeemer to himself, in such a manner as to leave his heart and life unchanged.
Only imagine to yourself a man who has yet to learn his deeply sinful condition in the sight of God. He hears how Christ has atoned for all; how He has offered a perfect sacrifice for the salvation of sinners, that His blood washes out all sin; that nothing further remains to be completed; that man must be saved by free grace, without the merit of works; he hears, that all which serves to advance a godly life and walk, must be bestowed by the Savior; and that we can do literally nothing without Him. The sinner’s own inability is to him welcome intelligence; it is like an agreeable pillow to repose on. “This,” thinks he “may be turned to some account.” “You have sinned,” says he to himself, “consequently the Savior belongs to you, He has blotted out your sins; His merits, His righteousness, are yours.”
He torments himself, and labors to bring his opinions to these truths; he appeals as being entirely orthodox to the promises of the Word of God; he believes himself called to repel all the accusations of the law, and of his own conscience, and allows himself to go on quite smoothly, as though everything were in the best possible condition. He has perhaps wept once over his sins; has accused himself, by a few strong expressions, as a lost sinner; has experienced the insufficiency of his own resolutions, and has deduced from a superficial insight into the demands of the law that he cannot stand before God in his present state. He now places Christ before him, and firmly persuades himself that he belongs to the elect of God and that none can have anything against him. He troubles not himself as to whether he daily experiences the workings of grace in his heart, whether he is become a new creature, and sin is destroyed within him; he thinks that in his own perception of the doctrine of grace, and in the humble acknowledgments which he makes of his necessity of it, he possesses the fullest security that he belongs to the people of God; and considers—truly in a manner which excites horror when closely viewed—that this and every other declaration of the Bible may be brought forward to justify his apparent Christianity. Yes, he may perhaps be a zealous advocate for free grace; while he himself is still lying under the wrath of God, and has no spark of grace in his heart.

Perhaps you think that this abuse of the doctrine of grace is of infrequent occurrence, By no means. Most men are sick with the same disease. Why is it, that you are so quiet, so careless, so happy, so confident, so gay, so merry, while you belong to the children of this world? With which do you comfort yourself? You must die; you are traveling towards eternity! You must appear before the judgment seat of God; you have broken the law of God, and deserved the wrath of the Almighty. This you cannot deny. If your mouth says, No! No! Your heart cries, Yes, Amen, it is true. How can your heart have rest while these truths are existing; while the reproaches of your conscience are loud, and warnings of death, and the judgment to come, fill your breast?

God is gracious,” you say; and with this you try to cover your sins, and to still the goading of your conscience, as well as you can. But, in God’s name how can you believe in the grace of that God whom you despise; whose Word and commandment you reject; and whom you daily and hourly offend by your sins against Him? But you answer, not withstanding, “God is merciful”; and thus you continue in your sins, in your impenitence, in your enmity against God; you lie and deceive, revel and rage, hate and covet, curse and swear; and spend your day in vain title tattle. Is not this abusing the grace of God? Do we not continually abuse His patience more and more, while we walk along the broad way of destruction as unconverted men?

But what shall we say of those who have really an insight into the grace of God, in the Gospel, and yet knowingly and willingly continue in their sins, or even only in one single sin? Have these hypocrites disap-peared, or can we speak of such people as monsters, who are not to be met with in our country? Would to God it were so, but sad exper-ience teaches us to the contrary. Even here, among us in this country, where the knowledge of Christianity has the pre-eminence; where it is less subject to reproach than elsewhere; where the name of the Lord Jesus is acknowledged, even in our neighborhood, it is beyond all things necessary to warn you against the abuse of the doctrine of grace.
Even here there is a very large number of such, who have certainly the appearance of leading a godly life, while they deny the power of it, and declare by their actions, that though they can talk fluently about free grace they have always resisted its chastisement, which would have subdued their ungodly dispositions. Alas! There are but few who earnestly engage in a determined warfare against sin. Most people content themselves with mere knowledge, thoughts, feelings, acknow-ledgments, and speeches; while they, more or less, willfully turn the comforting truths of the Gospel into a pillow for their sins to rest upon. Thus the free grace of God is extolled by many who openly continue in their sins; and publicly mark themselves, by their pride or indolence; by their judging arrogance and uncharitable speeches; by their fraud and reveling; by their falsehood, avarice, and other vices, as men who know not the true life in grace.

We meet with many people who are zealous defenders of the truth, while in the observance of their domestic and civil duties they come far behind the great mass of the carnally minded and careless children of the world. They are always extolling the Savior, His merits, His free mercy, while they daily make Him the servant of sin. Men are anxious, truly, to be preserved from the curse, from the final punishment of sin; but they submit to the dominion of this or that sin, without any serious combat. And if men are urgently called to combat sin, they call it all legality, while they make the Gospel, in a carnal manner, favor their indolence and impurity and run the doctrine of grace into an intoxi-cating draught, against the voice of the law and of their conscience.

Alas! The number of those who are true believers, and who in all points grow up to the full measure of the stature of Christ, living in the element of free grace, with the greatest purity, is very small; many, many hearts are filled with the leaven of the Pharisees; and the dangerous disease of the abuse of the doctrine of grace is an epidemic which snatches away numberless victims.

2. But this is very melancholy—it cries to heaven, it is beyond all measure lamentable. For what is as criminal as for man to degrade Jesus to the rank of a servant of sin, and His Gospel to be a passport for all immorality, to a resting place for his own indolence? What! Has the Son of God trembled and mourned beneath the weight of your sins? Has He endured the floods of torment, and the pains of hell? Has He, forsaken by God, hung upon the cross, and breathed out His precious life there, in order that you might in carnal indolence serve dead idols? Behold, the Eternal God opens His whole heart to you; He follows you, in all your goings; He blesses and delights you in a thousand different ways; He sets before you the most splendid offers for the redemption of your soul; He sends His Divine grace to meet you; and is ready, like a tender mother, to take care of you, to refresh you; and yet you continue with your dead heart to praise his love with your mouth, yet turning this same love into a cloak for your wickedness.
What are these sins which you commit? Are they not, as it were so many blows from your hand, directed against the infinite love of God? Are they not like the traitor kiss of Judas, worthy of the deepest abhorrence? You say, “God has chosen me, saved me, regenerated me; He has snatched me as a brand from the burning; He has forgiven me my sins; He has received me among the number of His elect, and has embraced me with His free grace.”
If God has done all this for you, how can you endure the thought of daily crucifying your merciful Redeemer afresh, and causing him to mourn? Talk not of your awakening, talk not of the grace of God; you have as yet never known the hellish nature of sin, nor have you experienced the true meaning of pardon. If the Lord has chosen, saved, favored, and blessed you, should you not in deep humility bow yourself to the dust? Your heartfelt love for God, who has thus loved you, should daily incite you to gratitude: “For to this end has God chosen us,” says Paul, “that we should be holy and unblameable before Him in love.” If you can so far abuse the Gospel of the grace of God, as to bear to continue even in one single sin, without contrition, striving, and fighting against it, and without the most earnest wish to subdue it; you are a dreadful hypocrite, and your sins are by far more hateful and abominable than the sins of those who do not possess your knowledge.
If, however, the abuse of the doctrine of grace is such a horrible and crying sin, such an unnatural wickedness, its punishment will likewise be fearful. We see a proof of this in Judas Iscariot, the traitor. This ungodly wretch imagined that he was in the favor of Jesus, and belonged to the number of His elect; but he deceived himself, it was not so. He was in secret alliance with sin. He was devoted to avarice; and he coveted, and stole, under the very eyes of Him whose disciple he pretended to be. He even journeyed about with the other Apostles; preached the name of Jesus; and who knows but that he was not more conversant with the doctrines of the Gospel than the rest of the Apostles put together?
But what did it avail him? Discord gnawed at his vitals; an evil conscience tormented him as often as he came under his Master’s eye; a warning from the lips of his Lord sounded in his ear, as the thunder of the judgment; until at last the flames of despair; which consumed his vitals, burst forth—until he, finally, in the grasp of this despair, put an end to himself with horror and dread.

Yes, if you apprehend the doctrine of grace, only carnally; if you leave it as a useless treasure of knowledge, to dwell only in the head, instead of within the heart; if you lend but a finger to Satan, while you pretend to be giving your whole hand to Jesus, and are knowingly and willfully under the dominion of the least appearance of sin; then you are on the direct road which Judas took to eternal damnation. The abuse of this doctrine is the most dreadful ingratitude, the most fearful mockery of the living God, which men can commit—the most hateful insult which we can show to the Lord. What wonder is it that the Lord, who will not be mocked, threatens it with the most dreadful punishments?
3. Yes! Our compassionate God guards and warns us, that we may not in future receive our portion with the hypocrites. He assists us in His mercy, which we may be secured from the abuse of His grace, and may attain to the right and proper use of it. How does this appear? How are we to attain to it? We will shortly, in the last place, consider this. We have seen already how this abominable sin is very easy to commit; how common it is; and how criminal, and therefore how worthy of punish-ment. If you have attentively and considerately followed what has been hitherto said, you will have remarked, that we spoke not so much of the abuse of grace itself, as of the abuse of the doctrine of grace. There is a wide difference between the two.

The doctrine of grace may be viewed in a false, sinful light, and looked at only on one side, so as to have no influence—at least, no deep, essential influence—upon the reason and actions of the man. But is this possible with grace itself? “God forbid,” says Paul, “that we who are dead to sin should live any longer therein!” True grace contains a death blow to all sin, and a powerful incitement to all goodness. Whoever has truly found grace in the eyes of the Lord, has seen sin in all its most hateful forms, and knows its curse, its deserving of condem-nation, and has engaged in warm combat against it; bearing a bitter hatred towards it in his heart, and not even having any inward desire in his soul but this, to consecrate his whole heart, his whole life to the Lord, who has in so unmerited a manner saved him, and drawn him to Himself.
But whoever can grieve this Eternal Comforter, by even one single sin; whoever can reconcile his heart to take pleasure in any sinful deed or desire, has placed a phantom, an airy conception of his brain, in the stead of real grace; and does not belong to those who have exper-ienced the grace of God, and are become partakers of it. If you wish then to be freed from the abuse of grace, and to attain to the right use of it, behold I can give you no other advice than this: Learn to know the grace of God by experience. In grace alone, where it is in truth experienced lays all saving power. Learn to see what you are in the sight of God; what you deserve according to His law; learn to know, how it is only through His free mercy that your salvation can be affected; and that He has affected it. You must descend from the proud height of your imagined righteousness, until you know yourself, as Paul did, to be the chief of sinners, who has deserved everlasting wrath, curse, damnation, and hell; but who is not worthy of the least benefit from God.

When you have learned this in deep humility, then the grace of God will become great and precious to you; then you will perceive what a hateful hellish monster all sin, and every sin, is; then it will be your chief desire daily and hourly to destroy all and each sin; yes, then will your heart lay hold of the free grace of God, so that in the deepest heartfelt humility, love, and thankfulness, you will offer yourself as a living sacrifice for the great love with which the Lord has loved you, and will ever love you.
Means of grace are not lacking to us. If it is the real intention of your heart and not only of your lips to attain to grace; if the Spirit of God has kindled a longing after God in you, then you will faithfully employ the Word of God, prayer, and the holy sacraments; and avoid all occasions of sin, and frivolous, vain, worldly society; and strive with all your efforts, and all the powers at your command, to attain the goal—the everlasting blessedness of your soul.

Thus we return anew to begging and entreating you, and admonishing you in Christ’s stead: “be reconciled to God.” No longer reject the saving hand of your Surety; fall at His feet, and become His blessed heritage. With all the riches of His house, with all the precious blood-bought treasures of His kingdom, with all His most holy merits, with his spotless righteousness, with endless peace, with joy which infinitely outweighs all earthly pleasures, the Everlasting Comforter appears before your soul to crown it with grace and mercy. Oh, receive the presents of this bountiful Lord. Draw Him towards yourself with all the treasures of His grace, and He will establish, strengthen, and settle you in the blessed experience that His grace shall never depart from you, or the covenant of His peace fail.

Closing

I myself can add little to what has so beautifully been said by my Elder, brother F. W. Krummacher over one hundred and forty three years ago, all I can add is this, if we don’t find a way to love Jesus Christ with all our hearts, minds, spirits, souls, and most importantly with all of our strength and the strength of the Holy Spirit in us fighting sin in this world we are not in His will, and are still sorrowfully lost; if we do not reach the Lost. We must seek our own salvation and keep ourselves clean, spotless, sanctified and consecrated for His Glorious Calling, so our testimony will have a weight of conviction to it because not only to we preach holiness, sanctification, and consecration, we must meet His required practices, sayings, judgments and to keep His commandments as well as seek and to save! This is a fulltime position.

God’s standards have not changed over the years so why should our churches; just to meet this modern-  day man’s traditions, that are going to perish in his own foolishness. If we can’t find a way to live with all of the Lord’s scriptures seared into our heart and burned into our flesh just as we see men today with tattoos from head to foot, we should represent the very word of God written all over us for the whole world to see as well as hear from our lips to their deaf ears, we must find a way into their hearts and souls; eternity in hell is not fit for man, God’s perfect creation to end up in. It was reserved for the adversary who deserves to be bound in it; “The Lake of Eternal Fire!” “May the Lord take a liken to your soul on judgment day!” Have a blessed day and remember Acts2:38, 39 and everything else will fall into place, after you have been baptized in the Lord our God’s loving Spirit in the only name in which salvation is obtained in Jesus’ name.
